Hola Hostal Eixample, Barcelona

Era barato alquilar una bicicleta por 30 euros, impuestos municipales incluidos.
Las habitaciones no están sucias, pero no están lo suficientemente limpias. Queda la basura de la persona anterior.
Parece haber solo un empleado y el servicio es desagradable.
El alojamiento no estaba sucio, pero era oscuro e incómodo.
Era muy difícil dormir en la habitación. El sonido de la puerta es molesto. La iluminación es demasiado brillante.

Es un hostal increíble
Las habitaciones están limpias, son seguras y tienes lockers con tus tarjetas de acceso.
Lo único que realmente falla son los sensores del inodoro, pero por lo demás todo estuvo bien

Primera experiencia en albergue. Es cierto que no es un albergue con mucha actividad y dinamismo, pero el ambiente es muy agradable. La calma y el respeto por los demás ya sea en las zonas comunes o en las habitaciones es muy agradable. Además, el albergue está muy bien ubicado, el personal es acogedor, las zonas comunes están limpias y las cortinas de las literas dan un poco de privacidad.

Tipico ostello ha tutto il necessario. Noi eravamo in tre e abbiamo usufruito di un unica stanza privata un po’ grezza ma va bene così personale simpatico è sempre disponibile anche per fare semplicemente due parole. Prezzo nella media. Buona posizione in centro.

El sitio está muy bien, lo único el ruido de las habitaciones que están al lado de la puerta.
Muchas actividades organizadas por el hostal que están genial!

Mi experiencia ha sido pésima por decirlo con mucha educación.
Reservé 3 noches en una habitación compartida vía Booking para 2 personas y según fotos era algo muy limpio y las reseñas eran muy buenas por lo que confié en que así sería, pero.
•Al momento de entrar a la habitación se sentía un olor demasiado asqueroso y no había opción de abrir una ventana porque la única ventana a la vista estaba totalmente sellada y veía canales de ventilación pero no había aire acondicionado y tampoco se extraía el aire de la habitación.
•Entramos al aseo/baño y tanto el de hombres y mujeres apestaba a orines, también habían heces y tampoco papel.
Al ver todo esto decidí buscar la manera de cancelar mi reserva y buscar otro alojamiento, lo platiqué con el responsable y claramente mi reserva era sin reembolso por lo que no se pudo reembolsar pero preferí perder 140 euros y pagar otro alojamiento, booking buscó la manera de solucionar pero el hostal no quiso por la reserva que hice y es entendible pero espero que esta lamentable situación no le pase a nadie más.

Les pongo 2 estrellas por que las personas de recepción se portaron muy educadas. He estado en este tipo de estadías en otros países y he de decir que fatal, el olor a tuberías en las habitaciones y los baños super sucios. Dos noches que estuve allí y no limpiaron los inodoro a ni nada. No vuelvo pero ni gratis

No me atreví a dormir una sola noche en este lugar, llegamos por la mañana y al entrar a la habitación, que era compartida con otras personas, se sentía un olor terrible, las ventanas están selladas, por lo que no se puede ventilar, los baños igual, estaban sucios, llenos de heces, sin hablar del mal olor, el encargado no nos ayudó a encontrar ninguna solución y tampoco se nos hizo la devolución, ni siquiera una parte de lo que pagamos, pero preferimos pagar otro lugar y no dormir allí.

The stuff has horrible attitude their not friendly and it seems that they dont like people in general.the rooms are super crowded and the all place just reflect bad vibes,
i recommend you all to find another hostel to stay at/

Very nice and cheap hostel, for uni students or for holidays, really clean and we'll preserved, beat choice for decent and cheap accomodation

No vayan, el recepcionista me acaba de colgar el teléfono, no sabe explicar, quería reservar una noche y no entendía español

The location is great, the priva y in the room is advanced because every bed has a cover, you can close it and stay inside with less light too.
Every bed has a small locker where to put inside your bag and it is enough even for 2 small bags. You have to open it with the key provided by the reception, is like a credit card, with that you have access to the hostel and to the room. Here you don't need to have your personal looker and in my opinion is a safe place. Beside this there is a huge terrace, even is not panoramic is on the center of many buildings and it is nice and relaxing to pass some time there reading a book or just talking with new friends.
The place is very clean, the bed are solid and don't move a lot, easy to go up to the first floor bed.
The kitchen is open until one certain hour but you can handle your food inside the fridge 24/7 and this is amazing. You can get your drink even at 5am cold if you are thirsty.
Showers are huge, just a bit better if the shower can be directly a bit more far, but I promoted it. There is a tool to be pressed every 30 seconds due to don't waste water.
The hostel organise different activities and they rent a bike too, I don't know about the price.
A bit pricey but of course on Barcellona/ Barcelona is all expensive and this Hostal is not the more expensive.
I can tell that is a great relation price/quality.
Towel is u der rental at 3 euro each. Good deal so you don't need to get yours and save place on the bag. Is 500 meters from the underground station where you can get your dayly card ticket to travel Barcelona called "hola Barcelona" that advise you to get for your journey. Workers are very cool and they are there to answer all your questions, needs and fix problems. There are some automatic machine for cold/ hot drink too next to the kitchen. Almost in front there is a market where you can get all you need and close at 11pm. The market is not pricey and there is almost all.
If the first WiFi you get doesn't work ask for the second one, that is not displayed for the connection. The first one was not working at all.

Me aloje 5 noches en la habitación de 24 camas. La verdad es que la gente respetaba bastante el sueño y respetaba aunque recomiendo llevar antifaz y tapones para los oídos.

Las taquillas son espaciosas y son super cómodas para abrir, todo se hace con una tarjeta.

El único inconveniente que tuve fue que justo al lado donde dormía había una persona que roncaba muchísimo, yo no aguantaba más y pedi amablemente un cambio de cama que se me dió sin problema, todo un detalle.

Opiniones encontradas en este lugar, en general todo bien. Relación precio calidad es lo más positivo, pues es un hostel económico y está relativamente bien ubicado, con conexiones en transporte público a la mayoría de los puntos turísticos de la ciudad y si no caminable a pie. Te dan las sábanas gratis y están limpias, las frazadas también. En nuestro caso dormimos en una habitación compartida de 18 personas y estuvimos muy cómodos, hay lockers individuales y seguros y las habitaciones no tienen olor y están limpias, la verdad es que pasas poco tiempo en el alojamiento mientras recorres. Los baños son comodos, pero la verdad es que no estaban muy limpios, en mi caso me bañe 3 veces con un manojo de pelos pegados en la pared que en 3 días nadie limpió. El área común es más que buena, espaciosa, equipada. Y el personal nos resultó muy amable. En general la experiencia fue buena, aunque haya puntos que mejorar.

Es una opción barata, cerca de la sagrada familia. Dormí en litera, cuarto compartido como con 10 personas. El lugar está regularmente limpio. Los sanitarios se ponen bastante sucios ya por la tarde noche, es lo único malo. Y las habitaciones muy frías. Sí volvería a este hostal, el costo beneficio es bueno.

The rooms are crowded and almost always noisy.
The staff is not really kind and helpful (for some, only if you're a good looking girl).
Everything is charged extra - towels, luggage storage, using the pool table.

The location is nice but I would pay Abit more to get a nicer experience.

The most amazing place in Barcelona! Very nice staff and the best paella night! Of course I’ll back ️

This August my two friends and I decided to spend our 5 days of holiday in Barcelona at Hola hostal eixample.
I must say that our stay was rather pleasant and we don't have much to complain about.
First of all the hostel is situated in a very nice neighborhood, close to a lot of the main attractions of the city, which are easy to reach both by walking and with public transportation. There are also a lot of supermarkets and restaurants close to the hostel, which comes in handy.
About the inside, the common areas are quite big and spacious, the kitchen and the bathrooms are rather clean.
The staff actually keeps the place really clean and tidy, cleaning both the kitchen and the bathrooms multiple times a week (or at least we think, since we saw them clean more than once during our stay). But you have to remember that it's still an hostel and all the common areas are shared with other people, and you never know who you might end up living with!
Talking about the staff, the people working here are all quite young, super kind, helpful and friendly! We had the chance to spend some time with a couple of them and we really had a fun time! They'll give you a hand if you need help with something and they organise a lot of fun activities during the weekend.
The dormitories are well kept and they don't fell crowded at all (and we shared a dormitory with other 13 girls!).
Point in favour: every bed has its own curtain that you can close to have some privacy! Really useful if you want some time and space for yourself.
The general atmosphere of the place is chill and fun, it's really easy to meet other young travellers and make some new friends!
We really, definitely, recommend this hostel for your days in Barcelona!

Estoy muy satisfecha con el trato del personal y las instalaciones, lo único que objetaría seria el horario de la terraza, ya que cierra a las nueve y estaría mejor que habilitasen una zona para poder fumar, por lo demás muy contenta y satisfecha!
