Very clean with pleasant and polite staff. The elevators and bathrooms are small, but it's typical of Europe.

Hôtel au centre ville de Barcelone, propre. Personnel accueillant et à vôtre service en français.

Bon accueil, personnel agréable, chambre familiale correcte et propre ainsi que le petit déjeuner qui est complet (sucré et salé)

La bandeja del desayuno la llevas al aire, falta donde apoyarla para dejar las cosas, un caos

Excelente hotel! Pessoal muito simpático e prestável. Limpeza dos quartos diária e restantes espaços com muito boa aparência. Pequeno almoço muito bom e com muita variedade. Medidas civis cumpridas com muito rigor. Adorei e quando voltar a Barcelona já sei onde ficarei

O hotel teve um pequeno gesto de cortesia connosco, que muito me agradou: para viajar, precisávamos de ter em papel os resultados de testes de covid que fizemos numa clínica privada, que nos enviaram os resultados por email. Assim, na receção do hotel, está disponível a nós hóspedes, um computador e uma impressora, que nos foi facultado gratuitamente.
As 3 vezes que já estivemos em Barcelona, ficámos sempre neste hotel e será cá que voltaremos a ficar na próxima vez que cá voltarmos! Porquê? Porque como passamos grande parte do tempo a passear pela cidade, este hotel é o ideal, pois tem bom pequeno almoço e o conforto adequado para quem necessita de um hotel para pernoitar, por um preço bastante bom.

The staff is super nice. The room ain't bad. The breakfast is meh.
But the air-conditioning and the WiFi are non existing. Forget about it. Traveling for work? Not anymore. You can't work. Welcome to the 18th century.
Cold? You better be, the heat from the air-con comes from hell at no less than 90° Celsius.
Solutions? Open the window, but not much, it's fixed.

Nous avons pris 2 chambres pour 1 nuit car nous sommes une famille nombreuse avec 5 enfants. Les chambres étaient propres la literie très comfortable le personnel très très chaleureux. Le petit déjeuner très bon et beaucoup de patience et de gentillesse avec nos enfants qui on était très bien servi. Merci beaucoup. Séjour du 24 octobre au 25

Servicio atento y agradable. Habitaciones confortables. Como pega, el desayuno algo pobre, sin fruta, zumo de naranja d bote y de bollería solo croissant.

Todo muy bien. El recepcionista muy atento. Las habitaciones limpias. Las camas están bien. La ubicación ideal para ir a la playa y al centro. Recomendable!

Not the fanciest of hotels, and rooms were outdated and a little banged up. My room had a lot of scratches and marks on one wall, which could have been covered up with paint or wallpaper.

Free breakfast isn't great and there's no actual warm food options. I often ate my own food.

Front desk folks were friendly enough.

Ok hotel if you're on a budget and want to be within some tourist areas.

Room was great but I had a problem. The reception person gave me a European plug to charge my phone. The phone showed charging but the battery power numbers never increased and it stopped when it got to zero. After spending $30 on taxi charges, the shop said the Holiday Inn plug was bad. I bought a new plug for $20 went back to room and the new plug worked great. When I gave the bad Holiday Inn plug to the reception person and told her it was defective and my story, she put the bad plug in the plug storage drawer anyway.
All of this time and money was cost to me because Holiday Inn issuing me a bad plug.

Un hotel davvero molto carino, attrezzato ma al contempo essenziale. Personale gentile, preparato ed accogliente, sopratutto per quanto riguarda la comunicazioni (dato che la maggior parte parla italiano). Le camere un po' piccole, ma in genrale abbastanza complete. Per quanto riguarda la colazione, abbondante e abbastanza buona. Ciò che penalizza questo hotel è comunque la zona, molto industriale, ma comunque ad un passo dalla fermata Llacun, sulla linea L4, dovete si può raggiungere facilmente barceloneta ed il wuartiere gotico e dunque il centro città.

Come tutti gli hotel di questa catena la qualità dei servizi offerti e delle camere è buona senza però eccellere.
In particolare in questa struttura le camere avrebbero bisogno di una maggiore manutenzione.
Colazione a buffet decisamente abbondante anche se molto caotico se si va al mattino non troppo presto

Excelente hotel, un desayuno contundente y muy rico, las habitaciones hermosas modernas y limpias, esta a 2 cuadras del metro Llacuna, y a 5 cuadras de la playa. Tiene supermercado a una cuadra y también a 1 cuadra la Rambla del poblenou con restorant, bares y tiendas, el barrio es muy moderno y tranquilo tiene juegos para niños en las plazas cercanas. Fue una estadía maravillosa en familia.

Das hotel liegt zwar etwas ausserhalb des geschehens, was aber mehr positiv ist. Die metrostation liegt ca. 5 minuten entfernt. Die zimmer sind sauber und es ist ruhig. Was erwähnt werden muss ist die Rezeption. Ich war schon in vielen hotels, aber noch nie erlebte ich einen solch freundlichen empfang. Auch beim check out extrem nett und zuvorkommend. Auf solche Mitarbeiter kann man stolz sein. Frühstück war ebenfalls gut, man sollte jedoch spätestens um 8 erscheinen. Danach sind extrem viele leute beim Frühstück und es entsteht eine riesen schlange vor dem buffet. Aber alles im allem ein top hotel!

A bit pricey for the usual budget hotel but everything associated with this type of establishment was otherwise acceptable. Compared to similar hotels in Germany, this one's breakfast could have been of a slightly higher quality.

Sólo limpieza bien, usan cubrecolchon plástico y secador no funciona. No trajeron uno nuevo. Cama adicional pésima

Nice modern hotel, with spacious and well-kept rooms, comfortable beds, clean bathroom, good breakfast with many choices (both sweet and savoury). The only issue was that in the bedroom you can hear noise/voices from the corridor. Otherwise, nothing else to complain about.
