They denied my entry because I was with my service dog. Service animals are working animals, not pets. So, although a “no pets” policy is legal, it does not allow a business to exclude service animals. I do not recommend this place staff is rude and ignorant.
We got for 4 nights the double bedroom which was not at all what we are seeing on the photos. No window, no light from the outside. When I asked for a bedroom with a real window they asked me 200€ more. The nights, there was sooo much noise because of the party on the rooftop. The mornings so much noise because of the people that are working for the hotel. No isolation at all. I will never book again in this hotel. There are so many hotels at the same price but better conditions!
