Die Aussicht vom Zimmer aus perfekt. Wir hatten das Classic Panorama Meerblick Zimmer. Ein sehr schönes Zimmer. Das Zimmer immer sehr sauber. Sehr zu empfehlen. Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Das Frühstück hat alles was man sich wünscht. Jeden Tag eine andere Frucht.

Hotel bien ubicado con un personal muy profesional. El baño de la habitación (220), así como la piscina, no corresponden a un hotel de 4 estrellas.

Excellent Hotel. We stayed in one of the rooms that wasn't refurbished, and it was still great, with an excellent view of the beach. Staff is also very friendly and helping. The hotel is located right next to beach, and there are a lot of restaurants near the area. I do think that the launch and dinner options are not worth it since there are cheaper options in town.

Très bon hôtel et chambres spacieuses. Pour ma part le nettoyage laissé un peu a désirer et les prix ont beaucoup augmenté cette année. La literie est bien ainsi que les produits salle de bain. Mini bar en chambre

Muy buena ubicación en el mismo paseo. La habitación en la que nos hospedamos, nos encantó, muy moderna y con buenas vistas, fuimos con nuestros dos perretes, y el balcón fue ideal para ellos. La limpieza algo floja, al llegar había pelos en la ducha y el suelo del balcón estaba sucio. El servicio del hotel en general muy majos, algo despistados los que nos atendieron en recepción al llegar. El bufet es pequeño pero está bien. Recomendable! Además son pet friendly ️

Cogí una habitación lateral doble superior. Interiorismo moderno y cuidado muy mono, con estilo. La habitación preciosa con vistas al mar. Amaneceres desde la terraza. Un acierto total. Hotel bonito y bien ubicado, pero habitaciones muy pequeñas. Por otra parte, me he tomado un té en la terraza del hotel y algo tan simple como un té no podía ser más malo. Además, esta noche se ha puesto un grupo de gente en la playa, justo delante del hotel y han estado gritando, cantando y montando un escándalo espectacular toda la noche hasta las 6’30 de la mañana, imposible dormir, me parece insólito que nadie haya dicho ni hecho nada. Creo que todas estas cuestiones se deben cuidar en un hotel de este nivel y precio.

Très bel hôtel, très moderne dans un décor très sobre, blanc, marbre, chrome et verre. Très calme, donnant sur la plage, dommage que le personnel soit aussi glacial que le décor. Le petit déjeuner est délicieux, Quand au prix de la chambre, il change suivant les jours, Dans l'ensemble, très agréable séjour, dans un bel hôtel, mais un peu cher, (chambre +petit déjeuner +parking) pour les prestations.

Bar and reception staff were rude and unhelpful and we recieved an unwelcoming arrival
Poor buffet/food with limited selection and the same things every day (we were there for 8 nights)

Me and My partner speak English and intermediate Spanish yet the hotel struggled to communicate with us as only catalán and French seems to be spoken by 99 percent of staff (weird for an international hotel in Spain)
Pool was filthy, small and just 10 sunbeds for a hotel with a capacity of 250+people
Solvent paint used throughout the hotel to paint the elevators with no ventilation so the solvents lingered and many of the guests (my self and my pregnant wife included) suffered with headaches and dizziness at breakfast.
Reception didn't seem bothered by this and said "take some paracetamol and deal with it"
After speaking to the hotel about our experience the day before we left our last night and morning there was awful. One lady working there (the only pleasant staff member in Addition to the cleaning staff) tried to speak to us as she was clearing our table and the management staff screamed at her until she was almost in tears and she never came back to our table.

A lovely place. We booked a room with sea view. The room was clean and was daily cleaned. The staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel is located at the beach front. Good breakfast with a big choice of food and fruits. Good fresh coffee. Champagne free of charge during the breakfast. A bit noisy during the breakfast. The check-in/out took a long time. Staff at the reception talked Good English. All in all I can recommend the hotel. A 10 minutes walk to the city center. Will visit the place again. If my review was helpful, please like it. Experiencia bonissima. Habitacio amb un disseny espectacular. Esmorzar buffet perfecte. Personal molt amable. Recomanable 100%

Estuvimos hace unas semanas. El hotelesta muy bien ubicado y la habitación que pedimos estava reformada.
Pero nos decepcionó un poco el tamaño y sobretodo el baño minúsculo. La pica de manos fuera. Y pedimos vistas al mar laterales y nos tocó vistas en la escalera de emergencia o sea una reja. Personal amable y limpio

Conegut d fa molts anys, han fet unes obres q. Baia guapo q ha quedar, les habitacions, aneu, aneu-hi i veureu. El personal molt agradable, i la situació Cadí immillorable. Anna Maria

Hotel que correspon a les estrelles que re.
Ben situat, reformat.
Habitacions uns mica petites i el bany tambe molt petit k poc funcional.
La pica es troba a l habitacio, cosa que te els seus impediments a l hora desmaquillarse, per exemple no ha cubeta de brossa.
La dutxa es molt petita.
Tampoc no hi ha cap mirall de cos sencer.
Llits i coixins molt confortables, net, amb les mesures Covid ben apreses i amb personal molt amable.

Elegante y moderno hotel recientemente reformado. Ubicado junto a la playa. Tiene piscina exterior de temporada, restaurante con terraza al paseo marítimo. Habitaciones cómodas y con balcón. Cercano a la zona comercial de Platja d'Aro

Apartaments antics però ben arreglats. Hotel acabat de reformar, amb una recepció, bar i restaurant espectaculars. Una situació òptima al passeig marítim
