Muy bonito hotel, bien ubicado!
Hay que revisar la recepción, ninguna explicación, hay que valerse por sí mismo, limpieza descuidada (nunca cambiaron la ropa de cama durante nuestra estancia, polvo por toda la habitación). Sólo 1 piscina para todo el hotel y pocas tumbonas. Afortunadamente el hotel está bien situado junto al mar y a 5 minutos a pie, con muchas tiendas alrededor. El buffet es variado, la única pega es que hay que pagar las bebidas. No creo que vuelva a este hotel. Salou y genial pero te aburres rápido fuera de temporada, mucha actividad cerrada.

Llevamos ya una semana en este hotel. Visualmente es un hotel muy bonito y lamentablemente no encaja perfectamente en esta zona. Las habitaciones son suficientes para 2 personas y además son preciosas. También es posible con un Smart TV grande para conectar a un celular o tableta. Pero también pensamos que tiene una ubicación muy céntrica ya que puedes llegar a la playa o a la ciudad en sólo unos minutos caminando. La desventaja es la ubicación del hotel, ya que está bastante cerca de la acción en esta calle, por lo que el silencio sólo se vuelve más tranquilo alrededor de las 2 o 3 de la noche. Entonces se duerme poco, por lo que nuestra recomendación es realizar actividades por la mañana y tomar una siesta a la hora del almuerzo, solo por el calor, antes de iniciar más actividades por la noche. Desafortunadamente, el hotel tiene muy pocos ascensores y es demasiado pequeño, lo que provoca tiempos de espera más largos si no se sabe caminar.
Ventaja, el personal es muy, muy amable y servicial. Lo único a tener en cuenta es que si no tienes todo incluido, debes asegurarte de tomar la bebida original que pediste en el bar, ya que notamos que en los todo incluido la bebida es más barata. Entonces, al realizar el pedido, asegúrese de ser un cliente que paga.
El aire acondicionado de las habitaciones es suficiente para enfriar la habitación a una temperatura agradable.
En cuanto a los precios, tengo que decir que como disfrutamos tomando un cóctel, también notamos que los precios en el hotel eran más baratos que en los bares de alrededor.
Lo que también podemos recomendar es el pequeño restaurante (Catalunya92) de enfrente, el precio es realmente bueno y el sabor también es de primera clase. También disponible para llevar si quieres disfrutarlo en tu habitación.
En general, una bonita casa de vacaciones.
Además, todas las noches hay algo que ofrecer, desde buena música en directo hasta bingo.
Si volvemos otra vez elegiremos una habitación junto a la piscina, ya que por las noches debería ser más tranquila.

Buen hotel limpio, a poca distancia a pie de la avenida principal, el personal es muy amable y servicial, me alojaría aquí de nuevo si volviéramos a Salou.

La comida fue simplemente excepcional. Es mejor que en cualquiera de 4-5 estrellas. El único efecto secundario: puede aumentar algo de peso)

Cada año vamos a pasar las vacaciones en este Hotel, y estamos encantadas. Calidad precio fantástico, la comida exquisita. Los trabajadores impecables, y las de la limpieza un 10. Volveremos.

Todo Genial! La habitación estaban muy bien, amplia y con balcón. El buffet genial, mucha variedad y hacen carne y pescado al momento. Atención muy buena.

Hotel cercano a la playa y a toda la zona centro (tiendas, bares, etc). Respecto a las comidas eran geniales, los fines de semana en las cenas hacían temáticas y eran estupendas.
En cuanto a las habitaciones eran muy amplias, pero no las limpiaban, en mi caso solo me hacían las camas y ya, excepto un día que ni siquiera entraron, y justo esa misma noche, llegué de dar un paseo y me encontré la habitación llena de bichos, por lo que me toco bajar a recepción a quejarme y la única solución que me dieron fue que iba hablar con la directora del grupo de limpieza y me dejaron el bote insecticida, cuando lo suyo me tendrían que haber cambiado de habitación debido a los bichos y al olor del insecticida.
En cuanto al personal, los camareros, recepcionistas y animadores eran muy amables y educados, pero la animación era escasa y corta. Algunas de las de la limpieza eran unas bordes.
En caso de la piscina, cerraban muy pronto y, además en un cartel ponía prohibido reservar hamacas, jugar con la pelota dentro del agua, y todas esas cosas las hacían igual.
Por último, cambiaría el horario de la comida y la cena, eran muy pronto. Y para coger el ascensor era pésimo, te podías tirar esperando 10 minutos fácilmente. En el apartado de servicio pongo tres estrellas por el personal de la limpieza.
NO VOLVERÍA A ALOJARME EN ESTE HOTEL, debido a la poca higiene de las habitaciones.

Brilliant staff, Teo in the restaurant always remembered our room numbers and was extremely friendly. He even asked when one of us weren't there. Faraz, Akram, Arnold and the other waitresses were very attentive and helpful. On the minus the pool is much too small for a hotel that size. Hence we didn't use it. The food choices great but not if you're a vegetarian. Labels aren't on all the food and need to be clearer. Rooms are good but do need a thorough clean. As I noticed there was still hairs etc on the floor. They don't use vacuum cleaners. Think this would help them. Walls in bedrooms aren't sound proof nor is the double glazing. When booking this hotel don't take a room looking out on the road if you want sleep. As the road in this concrete jungle gets very noisy. Lovely shops close by and of course the beach. There's a lift by the door on the way to the outside bar. I would use it as lifts are small and busy. Please open your inside lounge always as not everyone wants to sit in the sun or outside.

La Comida con muy poca variedad, la Comida q sobraba del dia anterior la volvian a poner al dia siguiente, el menu consistia de pizzas, en la plancha la Carme q hacian llevaba rondando desde el primer dia q entre en el hotel, si a esto se le denomina un menu variado, no dejaban ni gel ni papel higienico, tenia q ir a pedirlo.

Lo mejor del hotel es el personal, muy amable y trabajador. Por eso deberían cuidarlo más y poner más gente en la limpieza de las habitaciones, que es malisima por falta de personal y las que están van agobiadas para poder llegar.

If you’re looking to use the hotel pool make sure you’re prepared to queue every morning for hours just to get a sun bed. We stayed for a week and didn’t get to use the pool once as everyone would queue, put their towel on a bed, then nothing would be available all day. It seems many people go for the all inclusive option and stay by the pool all day, and there isn’t much room around the pool either. There were other hotels nearby that had room by the pool all day.
There is also a lot of animation that revolves around the pool, and although we found it entertaining watching people sunbathing by the pool being hit by the ball in a water polo game, I wouldn’t say this is ideal if you’re looking to relax.
The food is great, we went half board and enjoyed our breakfast every day, and stayed for dinner a couple nights, always a big selection of food available. Food isn’t restaurant quality, but it is a cheap buffet with decent food and everything you could want. Though it takes ages to get served for drinks at the buffet.
Cocktails and drink options at the hotel bar were great.
We asked for a pool view when we got to the hotel, and they changed our room for no extra charge.
Had no problems with room cleaning, and staff were always friendly and helpful, including reception. We were given a towel with a stain one time, and the cleaners were very apologetic and instantly got us clean towels and changed everything.
We did however notice a bad smell coming from our shower within the first few days, my partner works in the building industry so he noticed a lot of problems with the bathroom that could cause the bad smell. We speculated the smell was from the sewage and lack of a trap in the bathroom, and if so we were on the 6th floor so it could be worse on lower floors. I have noticed other people mentioning a bad smell in their reviews, and it wasn’t unbearable for us but could be something for the hotel to investigate.
Overall, if you want a budget holiday and don’t care about the pool or are happy to queue for it, this hotel is fine other than the bathroom smell.

Only disappointment was we were not given water or refreshments with the meal as we only booked half board? We live in Spain and your meals always include water, wine, or a beer or lemonade. Apart from that good stay

Stayed here for 10 nights at the end of September - for the price and star rating I really cannot fault this hotel. Rooms basic but have everything you need; there are multiple plug sockets, decent air con, a working television and a good shower. Cleaned daily. We went all inclusive and when we did eat at the hotel the food was fine - usual things you would expect to find in hotel buffets, along with a chef stationed at a grill to cook various cuts of meat and burgers on request. Special mention to the pizza which unlike any pizza I’ve ever had before but in a good way. Bar staff are great and even when the hotel was quite busy at the start of our stay they kept on top of queues easily. There is a self service Estrella tap and soft drinks machine, but this area of the bar was closed for the majority of our stay. Drinks on AI in general were good - Estrella, a local radler-type beer, sangria, wine, and a large selection of local spirits. The location of the hotel is good - we’ve been to Salou before and stayed nearby previously so we had no problem getting around, but for first-timers it’s less than 10 minutes walk to most places which are reasonably central, and 5 minutes to the beach if you’re a quick walker. Busplana services to Tarragona, Barcelona and various other places stop almost right outside the hotel at the bottom of a small hill which it is located one.

I would definitely consider staying here again when we come back to Salou.

Absolutely lovely hotel, food fabulous, service great, daytime entertainment around pool was good but night time could have been more varied.
Location was beautiful on the coast offering beautiful walks around smaller beaches towards Salou main strip and beach.

Por sacarle algunas pegas (el armario) se quedaba un poco pequeño
Y faltaba escobilla en el baño
Pero la atención de la limpieza ha sido muy buena.
Los horarios de las comidas se notaba que estaban puestos para extranjeros.
A pesar de estas cosas hemos pasado una estancia para repetir

Hôtel à fuir! La chambre était extrêmement sale, des taches sur les murs, des poils au sol, des draps qui ne sont pas changés et nous avons trouvé dans le placard les draps des clients précédents avec une grosse tâche de sang. C’est inadmissible de payer ce prix là pour que l’hygiène soit inexistante. De plus, la nourriture n’est pas bonne et il n’y aucune isolation. Je ne recommande pas du tout.

Nous (avec mon mari et mes 4 filles) avons réservé 2 chambres (526et527) du 11 Août au 15 Août 2022.
Notre séjour s'est plutôt bien passé, nous avons été satisfait en grande partie cèpendant, nous avons tout de même rencontré des complications soit dues à l'organisation de l'hôtel soit à certains professionnels de l'hôtel
A notre arrivée le 11 Août vers 17h00 la réceptionniste ne parlais pas français donc peu d'explications sur le fonctionnement de l'hôtel cependant, elle a quand même pris le temps de nous comprendre et de répondre à nos questions

Les places du parking étaient complètes (la réservation à l avance n'est pas possible) donc, nous avons dû faire des tours autour de l'hôtel pendant 2h00 avant de trouver une place.

Pour le matériel: il nous a manqué la baleillette des WC et nous avons été infortuné par les remontés des égouts qui ont provoqué une odeur très
désagréable dans la chambre 526 seulement

Les chambres ne sont pas spacieuses mais pratiques et confortables

Pour le personnel: le personnel de la restauration est efficace, discret et bienveillant envers les clients (particulièrement une fille grande avec les cheveux long clair et qui parle très bien le français, l arabe, elle est vive, efficace et surtout sait écouter, nous aurions aimé l'avoir à l'acceuil, elle nous aurait bien aidé)
La cuisine est très bonne et variées bravo au cuisiners

Le personnel de l'accueil et ménage: nous avons eu très peu besoin de ce personnel là, je dirai dans l'ensemble personnel correct
sauf la récèptionniste que nous avons eu pour notre départ le 15 vers 11h00 (une brune avec les yeux bleu gris) nous nous sommes mis sur son côté pour lui rendre les cartes de l'hôtel, elle nous a ignoré totalement, elle ne s'est pas du tout occupé de nous ni même un regard alors qu'il suffisait d'une demi seconde pour attraper les 2 cartes qu' on lui tentait, il a fallut qu'un client qui était là pour l'enregistrement demande à la réceptionniste qui s'occupait de lui à l'autre bout de la réception de venir récupérer les cartes surtout que notre voiture se trouvait sur l'arrêt de bus car nous n'avions pas trouvé d'autres places pour charger nos bagages
Cette réceptionniste nous a laissé un goût amer pour notre départ, pas aimable du tout
Nous venons, très régulièrement sur Salou et nous reviendrons dans cet hôtel

No stars! Avoid at all cost! Food was terrible, Rooms were never cleaned! Bedsheets never changed.floor was full of sand. Staff was ok but management now wow.learn to do your job!

Es la tercera vez que hemos venido, y fenomenal, las habitaciones con la reforma que han echo muy bien, las comidas riquísimas, y el personal que trabajan simpáticos, que más se puede pedir
