Incredibly terrible and disappointing! They cancelled our booking with absolutely no communication and offered no help when we showed up and they didn’t have a room. It was the weekend of the Grand Prix in Barcelona so everything was booked up. All they could do was blame the system but offered no help whatsoever or compensation! We wound up having to find a new hotel last minute and paying exorbitant price as we needed a place immediately. Definitely do not trust your booking with this hotel!

Amazing location in the gothic quarter, everything you could need on your doorstep. Amazing rooms and attentive staff. Breakfast was best ever.
Excellent location and very safe, friendly staff and very clean! Everything is walking distance and there are lots of good restaurants and shops around the area.
The hotel staff will go above and beyond for you and your stay. The location of the hotel is in middle of everywhere. You can do anything you want within walking distance. The hotel is not loud and very comfortable. Would definitely stay there next time.

Wonderful property and incredibly friendly staff. Highly recommend this hotel in the Gothic Quarter. Pay the extra money for a terrace room so you can enjoy a glass of wine on your private terrace while overlooking the streets of Barcelona.
Hem estat allotjats 2 dies en aquest hotel, hem estat super bé. El primer dia vam tenir un petit problemeta amb el travel cash que no sortia per enlloc el saldo acumulat i les dues noies de recepció ens van resoldre el problema, moltes gràcies per la seva efectivitat i professionalitat, en general tot el personal de l’hotel un 10, fem especial esment a en Constantino que ens va atendre al restaurant Ascent del mateix hotel, per la seva amabilitat, atenció i simpatia. La piscina tot i ser petita és ideal per relaxar-se després d’un dia de visita per la ciutat. Un hotel totalment recomanable. I tornarem segur!
Très Bon hôtel. Des gens souriant et accueillant. Prestations de haute qualité et prix raisonnable. Le Rion spéciale pour Constantino et son savoir faire et sa gentillesse. Recommande sans hésiter.
We booked the hotel through a third party website that promised us a terrace. We did not receive a terrace or a refund for our extra expense paid. Staff was unwelcoming and standoffish.
The room was nice but not as expected and we would’ve appreciated if the hotel had taken some responsibility for this.
