Hotel Catalonia Diagonal Centro, Barcelona

Además de una muy buena ubicación, las habitaciones súper amplias, cómodas y limpias. Todo el personal fue un encanto. Y el buffet de desayuno súper bueno y completo! Una estancia de 10, para repetir siempre que vuelva a Barcelona.

Habitación triple enorme, con baño gigante y muy cómoda.
Personal muy agradable.
La situación perfecta en un barrio muy bueno con mucha vida alrededor y a un paseo de las ramblas.
Volveré a alojarme aquí en mi siguiente visita.

Lo mejor el desayuno. Por lo demás un hotel regulero. No me dejan toallas ningún día llevo con las mismas una semana, hace un calor espantoso en la habitación, muy ruidoso por los clientes.en fin.para no volver.

Nous devions passer seulement 2jours dans cet hotel et nous avons terminé par prolonger toute la semaine! Très bel accueil, service parfait, très bon emplacement, super chambre et effectivement la salle de bain très grande donc parfait, rien à ajouter! Merci encore pour tout et à bientôt ;)

Hôtel très agréable, très bien situé à deux pas du métro, propre, personnel accueillant. Parking et piscine. Hyper abordable 75€ la nuit en plein mois d'août en plein centre de Barcelone c'est vraiment le top. Ni trop loin ni trop près du centre, peut se faire à pied ou en métro, et dans le quartier y'a de très bons restos (balmes 159 surtout! À deux pas) nous reviendrons sans hésiter lors de notre prochain séjour.

El hotel es una maravilla en un barrio residencial súper cerca de la pedrera y de otros lugares de interés.

El personal es súper súper amable, sobre todo Ferran.

Las habitaciones son amplias, el baño está genial.

Y tiene una piscina, con varias hamacas que está bien para quitarse del calor de Barcelona.

We are a family of 3 with 11 months baby girl. We had a 3 nights stay at hotel Catalonia Diagonal Center. Everything from the reception till the check out was outstanding: very friendly, willing to help personnel, always giving to us their upmost attention and warmth. Room was spacious, clean. We could chose between 2 room types: either to have an extra-bed for our little one, or to have a room with bigger bed + sofa bed.

Breakfast was also an amazing experience: wide choice of fresh fruits, diary, excellent Italian coffee, French boulangerie, pan tomate, etc.

Excellent experience. Will definitely come back to this hotel chain.

I will never stay with them again. Worse than the below details are their unacceptable customer service afterwards.
Here a summary of my experience:

+ The plumbing goes directly through the room. Every single time someone takes a shower or goes to the toilet, the water pipe makes loud noises next to the bed

+ Construction started EVERY MORNING at 8am RIGHT OUTSIDE the window of my room with hammer and electric machinery

+ The room was right next to the main street and on the first floor which means I could hear every single car drive by all day and all night because the walls and windows have very low sound protection

+ The door of the neighboring room was broken, so every time the neighboring guest would leave the room or come back, it would make extraordinary loud cracking noises 

I sleep in hotels usually 100 days per year over the last ten years and never ever have I experienced a room like this.

Que lástima la ubicación: Por el ruido continuo del metro hasta media noche y de nuevo empezando a las 05h30 de la mañana. (Sobre todo con una migraña.imposible descansar lo suficiente por las vibraciones del metro)

Un hotel céntrico con todas las características que dan bienestar a sus huéspedes, acogedor y muy familiar. El desayuno es excepcional, muy variado y rico.

Albergo situato in prossimità del centro di Barcellona. Camera pulita, personale gentile, ristorante a buffet ricco. Buona la cucina. Personale gentile.

Stayed there for a business meeting. Close to a metro station, and in a very well frequented area of Barcelona, so taxis were quite easy to get

One of the few hotels whose pictures on the reservation site very closely resembled the reality. The room was quite small, but relatively nice. But the sound isolation was terrible. Sounds from the floors or from next door bathrooms were very loud. The breakfast was very good.

Hotel ideal para pasar un solo día.
Servicio del restaurante repetitivo pero completo. El comportamiento de algunos empleados no ha sido bueno, sino grosero.
Habitaciones calurosas, personal poco agradable (hay excepciones), el trato haciabel cliente deja mucho que desear, vistas aburridas hacia la parte que no enfoca hacia la calle, baño no completo, poco espacio y poco material (útil). Hacen falta más papeleras en la habitación y más actividad dentro del hotel.
