Hotel Ciudad de Castelldefels, Barcelona

El trato del personal muy bueno. El desayuno genial. La piscina un poco pequeña. La zona de piscina necesita renovación. El mobiliario de exterior que tienen muy viejo.

Muy recomendable, las cenas de la media pensión muy bien atendidas por Pedro y de altísima calidad. Encantadores en recepción. Es un 3 estrellas que debería ser de 4. Apuntar también que las camas y las almohadas son super cómodas. El desayuno muy completo y con zumito de naranja natural! Os lo recomiendo sin duda, volveré.

Muy buena atención del personal en todos sus servicios, unas habitaciones amplísimas un gran cuarto de baño y sobre todo una superpiscina.

Me parece un hotel sensacional por su situación, instalaciones, servicio, catering, recepción. En definitiva, encantado de mi estancia en él. Repetiré en cuanto tenga otra ocasión.

El hotel es muy agradable, sus instalaciones son pulcras y ordenadas. La piscina es amplia y limpia. Las habitaciones son cómodas aunque me hubiera gustado una con balcón ya que viajaba con un niño pequeño.

Para ser un hotel de 3 estrellas está genial. Yo le daria 4. Las habitaciones bastante cómodas, el buffet del desayuno super completo y rico y el personal muy atento y cariñoso. Por poner un solo pero yo cambiaria las tumbonas de la piscina, son de laminas de plastico y no son muy comodas.

Hace 15 años era mejor, lo he encontrado caro y la habitación muy justa de servicios, una suit sin albornoz, sin zapatillas con dos vasos y dos botellas de agua en la nevera, un poco justo y rácano para el precio. Instalaciones bien, servicio amable y desayuno bueno y abundante.

Entre los pasillos hace muchísima calor y haría incapie en las mascarillas. Los huéspedes van sin máscara por el hotel y no se les dice nada algo muy importante en este momento

Hotel que ha tingut èpoques de més esplendor. Vam estar en una Suite i vam trobar a faltar moltes coses. Al minibar, dues ampolles petites d'aigua, i res més. Al quarto de bany no hi havia res més que gel de bany i xampú dues ampolles petites. Molt soroll a la nit per part dels altres hostes. L'esmorzar bé, el llit bé, poques tovalloles al bany i no em va agradar que quan vam demanar per aparcar ens van adreçar a un descampat al darrera del hotel. Ni ens van oferir la possibilitat d'aparcar al parking de l'hotel, pagant el que fos. Pel que costa la suite vaig trobar molta manca de servei.

Considero que es un hotel calidad-precio, muy correcto.
El edificio e instalaciones son un poco antiguas pero bien cuidadas.
Recepción y salones confortables.
Le falta un poco de cuidado en algunas zonas, como en las terrazas de las habitaciones, que les falta un repaso de pintura a las barandas.
Habitaciones limpias, colchones mejorables, piscina grande y muy confortable con amacas. A menos de 10 minutos de playa y zona hostelería.

Posizione tranquilla, spiaggia raggiungibile a piedi, camere silenziose e comode, colazione a buffet ottima. Consigliato.

Tres mediocre comme hotel, personnel non respectueux, la piscine est pas nettoyer, je sais meme pas comment ils ont obtenu les 3 étoiles. Les serviettes sont changées mais avec des serviettes salle. Je ne vous le recommande pas

I stay in this hotel with my son's baseball team. The staff was always ready to help in any way they can. Super happy with all the staff and the hotel was clean. I will be back next year 100% recommended.

Positive points: location, size of the room, nice staff that was very helpful with a problem we had (we suffered a pick pocket in the train and they were very lovely to indicate to us how to deal with the situation). Bad points: the swimming pool only starts opening at 10 am and closes at 7 pm. Terrible breakfast, Covid's protocol is limited to alcohol gel. There are sleeves but they are not visible until you finish the self service and the waitre does not make hosts follow protocols. Besides, the food was old and we had stomachache after eating eggs and sausages. Another issue - that we know that is not hotel's fault at certain point: there was a huge group (around 20 people) from the same family that booked all together. The guys were very very noisy and made a birthday party inside one of the rooms after 11 pm. The movement around the room was hetic and the party was really noisy. When it was 1 am I decided complaining. The group stopped but the movement around the room lasted until 2: 40 am when I could finally sleep. Not hotel's fault, but the thing is that the noise was very notable even from reception and the receptionist didn't do anything until other hosts start complaining. This same group of people disturbed breakfast in the next morning and they've monopolized the swimming pool and the staff didn't do anything about this. I suppose 115 euros is very expensive considering the facilities, breakfast and lack of protocols.

I love this hotel.
We stayed 1 night at first, but because the staff was so nice, the hotel very nice and a perfect location, close to good restaurants and very close to the beach, we decided to extend our stay. We will absolutely come back, because for this price, it’s really a good offer!
