Absolutely amazing, staff are so friendly and helpful the rooms were exceptionally clean and the variety of foods was great loved every minute can’t wait to go back and make more memories?

Hotel qui a du avoir son heure de gloire.mais ce n'est plus le cas. Hotel vétuste, sombre, personnel peu intéressé par la clientèle. La restauration digne d'une vrai cantine.
It was a great experience overall but there are a couple things both good and bad that stand out.
The good: the lobby, restaurant and dining area look fantastic! Very comfortable and very nice people who work there! Gracias!
The hotel room we had was simple, The bathroom stands out as nicest room. The shower is great! A lot of water and perfect temperature control!
The room airco was perfect! Nice and cool.
A rooftop pool and big area to sunbathe and a GREAT VIEW!
(Pool bar*) The rooftop pool was always pretty quiet. Always had a great time hanging out here and met some great people!
The bad: Their taxi is just a regular van without logo and the taxi driver only speaks spanish. (I've spoken to some employees about this already, But look into "Car magnet stickers" order a big magnet sticker and place it on the side of the van! Easy to remove. And makes the taxi look more trustworthy!)
By default only one keycard for the room, you need a card to have electricity and only the person with a card can enter the room. Families of 3+ should get 2 cards by default.
The hallways between elevator and rooms is hot! Please keep windows closed during the day but open at night to cool down!
Room balcony's are very hot because of the airco despite being in the shade. It's better to sit on the roof near the pool instead.
Pool bar was still closed when we visited, should have been open with the weather we had. It has opened now and I'm sure it's great!
Little note though: i never saw an employee at the rooftop pool area until the pool bar started to open. Might be important information for families with kids.
Tldr: it was great!
I will have to visit again some day, when my spanish has improved and when i have more time.

If you come expecting the Ritz you'll be disappointed. However, this is a charming hotel. Very clean, some good food, some of the staff are really nice e.g. Sol. Some of the staff can be a bit rude but that may be down to the high turnover of guests.
