Hotel HCC Lugano, Barcelona

Hotel molt net i centric. Molt ben comunicat amb transport public. Habitació còmoda i tranquila. Desdejuni molt correcte. El personal de recepció educat, atent i parlen català. Molt recomanable.

Our stay was mostly pleasant but I docked off 3 stars because one night we returned to find our door was left wide open…? ! Must have been the housekeeping that left it open, which probably meant it had been like that the whole day since they cleaned in the morning. That was a major security breach and the staff on night duty was not helpful. Didn’t even offer to change our rooms and only gave us new key cards. It was only in the morning when we complained again that the morning staff gave us the option to switch rooms but at that point we weren’t bothered. Other than that, it was a good location to stay, but I was quite shocked to come back to my room being accessible to anyone that walked by. Luckily nothing was missing…

Hotel situato in una buona posizione, camere carine e silenziose, ben pulite. Personale gentile e disponibile, colazione varia dolce e salata di buona qualità, unica pecca se chiedete un letto matrimoniale puo essere che trovate due letti singoli semplicemente avvicinati tra loro, nel complesso lo consiglio anche per il prezzo competitivo rispetto ad altri

Experiencia nefasta, muchísimo ruido. Se escucha absolutamente todo, desde abrir y cerrar puertas de otras habitaciones. Mover muebles, duchas del resto de habitaciones, pasos, conversaciones del resto de huéspedes. El aire acondicionado no tiene control de temperatura y hace ruido Carros de limpieza en la mañana y en la tarde.

Stayed here for vacation.
Most of the rooms are quite simple but have the amenities you'd need. Bath or shower, air-conditioning, a tv with mostly spanish networks and a mini fridge/bar.

Good hotel, used it for a bussiness trip with a limited budget. Breakfast is super. Clean rooms. Friendly reception

Hôtel très bien placé. Le personnel est sympathique et professionnel. La chambre et la salle de bain sont grandes et propres. Une bouteille d’eau offerte dans la chambre est appréciable et la coupe de cava encore davantage. Nous y retournerons le plus rapidement possible.

Molt bona ubicació i molt a prop fonts Montjuïc. Estació de metro a 500 metres.
Qualitat preu raonable. Habitació correcta, tot i que caldria renovar el matalàs.
Esmorzar tipus bufet variat i força bo.
Personal molt atent.

Le bruit de l'ascenseur

Viajé por trabajo y estuvimos muy agusto. Las habitaciones tienen moqueta, había toallas suficientes y amenities en el baño, y estaba todo muy limpio. La única pega que puedo poner es que el colchón que me tocó no era nada cómodo.

Personnel très accueillant, se rendant disponible.
L’hôtel est très bien situé, à 2 min à pied environ de la place d’Espanya (grande place principale) ou place tous les bus et quelques métro, pas mal de restaurant le long de l’avenue.
Hôtel très propre proposant divers services.
Nous avons pu bénéficier d’une terrasse alors que celle ci n’était pas prévu lors de la réservation très bonne surprise.
Seul petit bémol serait l’insonorisation, en effet nous entendons les bruits des autres chambres ou même le métro lorsqu’il passe (nous étions au 1er étage), cela n’est peut être pas le cas pour les autres étages.

This hotel was a pleasant surprise and we will be staying again. We already knew the location was spot on for the aerobus and exploring Montjuic and Sant Antoni, however, the hotel was spotlessly clean with lovely staff as well. Our room was cleaned every day and we appreciated the safe and mini fridge to keep drinks cool in our fridge. The air con was much needed and worked flawlessly. Within a short walk of a variety of bus stops, we used the D20 bus most which goes direct to the Barri Gothic and Barceloneta in a few minutes. There are four delightful restaurants right outside the front door if you don't fancy wandering far in the evening, and a short walk brings you to the magic fountains if your stay coincides with that display.

Hotel muy bien ubicado, en al Avenida del Paral.lel, cerca de Plaza España, de la estación de Sants y de las líneas 1 y 3.

Respecto la habitación, una habitación amplia con su armario con espejos, perchas, incluso una tabla de planchar, TV, frigorífico, muebles y con vistas a la calle. Una habitación muy completa.
El baño, también muy completo, con su bañera, secador, toallas, jabón, peine, vasos, en general muy completo.

Los puntos en contra que pondría sería que aveces, las almohadas de la cama eran blandas y la bañera, un poco alta para mi gusto, pero en general, ha sido agradable alojarse en el hotel.

El personal fue muy amable y cordial y aunque no necesité de sus servicios, doy por hecho que me hubieran atendido muy bien.

Concluyendo, un buen hotel de 3*** con muy buena ubicación.

Hotel perfetto per un week end a Barcellona! La stanza è grande ed ha tutti i servizi, compresa l'aria condizionata (fondamentalmente in estate date le alte temperature della città). La colazione è abbondante e spazia dal salato al dolce, assolutamente da provare. Il punto di forza è sicuramente la posizione, infatti a 250m c'è la stazione del pullman con linea che collega direttamente all'aeroporto. Dal punto di vista della metro passano vicine sia la linea L3 che la L2. Nel giro di 20 minuti si può anche raggiungere la rambla a piedi. Approvato sotto ogni punto di vista!

Très agréable. Situé sur le métro et à 20mn à pieds de La Rambla. A quelques distances de la Fira.

Stayed here during barcelona pride and had a lovely stay. The hotel and my room were VERY clean and I specially liked: the shower (water pressure) and the warm lighting in the room. The beds are comfy and I didn’t here anything from other rooms.

Special compliment to Tsering from the reception who was VERY friendly and helpful even although there was a lot going on during pride!

It’s so great and central to almost everywhere in the city. We will be coming back in July and staying here again. Staff were really accommodating and friendly. My Spanish is terrible but they were so lovely to me
