Hotel HCC Montblanc opiniones
40The staff was very helpful and efficient. The hotel itself is clean, comfortable, and conveniently located. The hotel does get a lot of street noise, however, so it's wise to bring earplugs. Breakfasts are delicious and the restaurant atmosphere exquisite.
Great location! The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The walls were thin, however, and we could hear conversations around us and the person in the next room snoring.
We had a great stay in this hotel. The staff was helpful and friendly. The breakfast buffet very good. We had a triple room. The 3 of us had plenty of space. The water pressure in the shower was amazing. The aero bus is 5 minutes walk away and tickets were 7 Euros each. We did not use the pool as it is closed in winter.
Comfortable beds/pillows, great location. Friendly staff. Did not get to experience the bar, restaurant, or pool. Minus one star because the power went out in all the rooms one morning and we lost hot water. Not sure how normal that is in the city, but it was back up and running by 10am (power out around 6am). Also, some distracting street noise, even on the 4th floor, and tears in the thick privacy curtain let in some unwelcome AM sunlight. Otherwise, clean and comfortable.
I would stay here again.
Spacious room, clean and tidy, very good service, helpful amenities
Stuff was very helpful at the reception and very good suggestion for food.
Just remember to have electrical adapters. The only way to get to the hotel from the airport is by taxi.
Very rude staff and unhelpful. Don't go there if you want to be treated like animal (in a bad sense) especially if you're an american
Clean, some of the front desk staff were personable. Small, quaint, clean room. Need to move the bed apart for double occupancy if you are not a couple. If you are a city person, you should feel right at home, especially, if you are fluent in Spanish.
IT IS A BUSINESS HOTEL NOT LUXURY ONE. FOOD IS GOOD. ROOMS ARE SMALL, AIR CONDITION IS WEAK. SERVICE IS FAIR. LOCATION IS EXCELLENT.
Clean + efficient hotel in center of Barcelona. Staff extremely nice + helpful. Nice buffet breakfast also.
Initial impression was very good, reception was friendly, check-in was painless. The room I got (312) was huge, could have hosted a small party in there. Good location close to metro station allowing quick access to pretty much everything in Barcelona. I was there for 4 nights attending a conference and most nights had arranged entertainment so noth much time to explore the surrounding areas.
Room: Good size, nice and had a double bed, a small desk with a tv and a chair, small low table. The bed was firm, which I like, the big miss here was a lack of wall outlets to charge a phone or whatever. The only outlets available where near the door and hidden behind the desk. If anything should be improved, it is this.
The bathroom was good sized as well, featured a bath (Spanish size, so somewhat small for a guy my size) and shower (in the bathtub). The mirror was positively huge, a hairdryer was included as well as the third power outlet in the room. And weirdly, a phone?
The view was there busy street in during of the hotel, but that was to be expected in center town. I've seen reports of lots of noise in the rooms but did not have any issues with that once the window was fully closed.
Breakfast: good selection of various bread, fruit, meat, cheese and so on. Fresh juices were available and some coffee as well. Coffee did it's job but wasn't anything great.
Travel: access to Fira Gran Via via metro was about half an hour, Sagrada Familia is about 20 minutes away by metro, magic fountain is also around 20 minutes away (plus a little walk). Airport Terminal 1 via metro is a little under an hour.
As I visited in January, I didn't bother checking out the pool and with my schedule the other facilities were also left unexplored.
All in all a very decent hotel, nicely situated and at a reasonable price.
It is a typical 3 star hotel having one restaurant.it does not provide tea and coffee satchets and hot water kettle in the room. Location is near catalunya centre which is very useful. Staff is very cordial and co-operative. Rooms are relatively big as compared to new hotels around Las Ramblas etc
Very well located in the city; close to the old town and to all the good restaurants. Fournitures & decorations looked outdated. We experienced many thunderstorms during our stay, and our room wasn’t smelling good (sewers). The personnel was friendly and welcoming. It’s a good value for money.
