Un hotel ubicado estratégicamente cerca de líneas de subte, negocios, restaurantes. El acceso al hotel no es óptimo ya que hay una escalera y cuando se llega con equipaje resulta un incordio. Ningún empleado acude en ayuda. Las habitaciones tienen buen tamaño pero se escuchan los ruidos de las habitaciones contiguas. Los empleados son atentos. Reponen todos los días los amenities.

Horrific experience with staff and management. We booked a DOUBLE room with one bed and when we arrive only twin rooms were offered. The night clerk could not find an acceptable accommodation, so we left and rightfully requested a refund for services not provided.

I have been back to the hotel personally on three separate times to speak to a manager and they continually refuse to even see me. Apparently there is never a manager available. I'm waiting for a resolution to a very simple problem and their staff seems unwilling even to listen to the basics.

We had booked two rooms with the intent of staying a week, but even the second room had problems on the first night and left in the morning.

Nice position, all the workers very professional.
The hotel is clean and breakfast is very complete.
I can suggest this structure to friends

Good location, good service and clean room. Breakfast was tasty with a good variety of dishes. There is a bar on the top with a small swing pool. Nice view.

El hotel tiene todo lo necesario para una excelente estancia en Barcelona, la atención del personal es muy buena, siempre atentos a las necesidades del huésped. La ubicación es perfecta frente a la rambla de catalunya. Tiene una pequeña piscina en la terraza con un bar que viene bien para refrescarse en verano. Muy contento con hcc regente

Lovely hotel. I was given a single room with a terrace on the seventh floor instead of the standard double that I'd booked. This was great except for the loud humming noise from what I assume was the engineering room above on the top floor above my room. This woke me up several times in the night.
Also the breakfast is really expensive for what you get.
Apart from these issues, it is in a great location.

Hotel in perfect location, close to many venues. The staff was very helpful in getting us to the airport for our return flight. The hotel was beautiful and very clean. Loved our stay in Barcelona

Hôtel très bien situé et très propre. Personnel accueillant. La terrasse sur toit est un beau plus pour admirer la ville, de jour comme de soir.
