Nos atendieron muy bien en recepción
Limpieza.
Ubicacion.
Sólo se nota el metro o ferrocarril.
No me impidió dormir.
Calidad precio razonable.

El hotel es muy bueno. Todo va genial hasta ahora. Llegamos a las 21: 00 y nos registramos sin ningún problema. Todo fue explicado en recepción. El barrenador del lenguaje no hizo daño. La recepcionista lo utilizó inmediatamente del español al ucraniano. El número es como en la foto. Faltan zapatillas. Caminamos durante 6 horas y cuando regresamos estábamos casi de pie. Muchas gracias por el servicio. Todo esta bien.

Buena ubicación. El personal del hotel es muy servicial con los taxis y las direcciones. También fueron más allá de lo que esperaba cuando dos miembros de mi familia sufrieron una intoxicación alimentaria y tuvimos que pagar una noche extra en el hotel. Es bueno saber que realmente se preocupan por sus clientes.

L'emplacement est parfait non loin du tram, d'une grande places, des ramblas et de restaurants! Le personnel est très agréable, l'hôtel est sympa, bien décoré, propre, et la terrasse est belle. Petit plus le parking à 20e/j. Nous sommes très satisfaits de ce séjour et le recommandons vivement.

Naprosto vše bylo perfektní! Profesionální a milý personál, skvělá snídaně formou bufetu kde najdete vše na co si vzpomenete, nádherná střešní terasa s výhledem, není absolutně co vytknout a to nemluvě o tom, že hotel stojí hned u metra - takže pokud přemýšlíte kam se ubytovat - tento hotel doporučuji na 1000%

I recommend this lovely hotel. It is centrally located and with a very helpful staff. Breakfast was decent and filling. But service was a bit disorganzied. Almost seemed like you could walk in, eat and leave and no one would even know. Wi-fi worked well. The superior souble room was spacious and I didn't bump into things trying to move around. Bathroom was a decent-size and I could move around without having to back in to sit on the toliet. Getting in an out of the tub was a struggle, but having a nice soaking bath after a day of walking was lovely.

This is an asian restaurant inside Hotel Jazz property. Wonderfully prepared food after you order it Everything was decently hot when served. One draw back. They do not have wasabi nor are the dishes spicy, even though spicy is listed. Price was right. Alas there is no wine.

So the hotel is in main area, excellent location, friendly staff (kind & helpful) & clean room (huge king-size bed & good bathtub). Most of the main area is at walkable distance (shopping, restaurant, bars). You get direct bus from airport (A2 bus from terminal 2 - takes 35 mins) to hotel. There is metro 30 sec walk from hotel and few bus stops next to hotel which makes it easier to travel in other part of the huge city.

The location is perfect. Very clean and comfortable room. Great breakfast variety but the sweets were not fresh. Very helpful stuff

Well located hotel with all the attractions within walking/cycling distance. Obviously being centrally located comes with some traffic noise even in the 7th floor and windows facing inner yard. Breakfast has all the right macros and taste. Bed and pillows were not to my liking but that is a subjective thing. Largest TV I have ever seen in any hotel I ever stayed. Cleanliness is up to the standard. Big thank you to all the ladies doing the cleaning, the guy running the breakfast all by himself every morning and the staff from the reception!
