29Mi hijo y su familia se han hospedado durante una semana en el hotel, se han marchado muy satisfechos del servicio, de las habitaciones, del restaurante, en fin de todo en general. Lo recomendaré a mis amistades y mi hijo también. Gracias por todas las atenciones recibidas.
Las habitaciones son cómodas, tranquilas y creo que esta a un buen precio. En recepción muy amables y atentos
Hotel muy bonito en el centro de Barcelona con pequeño gimnasio con lo suficiente para salir del paso.
Poor hospitality treatment. Not friendly staff and no, it's not near city center. We stayed there for 6 nights. We wanted to leave the hotel from day 2 but unfortunatelly they had gotten their payment by the time we checked in, so in order to avoid the trouble of getting a refund from the unfriendly staff, we decided to stay there for our vacations. The third day they didn't even bother to clean the room. The room was ok according to its price per night but just ok, nothing special, nothing more nothing less. There was a brochure in the room about the facilities we could use. Room service for breakfast was included in the brochure but when I call the reception for it in the next morning they inform me that there wasn't such an option. Last but not least: while I was in the front desk figuring out WHY we couldn't have breakfast in our room, another customer who checked out 2 days before his original check out date, inform the reception desk that he found an underwear that wasn't his, INSIDE his room. I will not stay there again FOR SURE.

La atención muy buena, la limpieza y cuidado de las habitaciones muy bien, el zumo de naranja agrio y algunos de los camareros deberían mejorar su trato con los clientes.
Lástima que algunos detalles no dejen buen sabor a los clientes; el personal se esfuerza pero falta profesionalidad, un detalle: el grifo del lavabo, es incómodo, no te deja lavarte la cara sin que se moje todo alrededor,
Servicio muy amable. El desayuno muy rico, variado y preparado para las medidas covid. Las habitaciones limpias y las sábanas muy suaves.
