Great location, clean and enjoyable room, friendly and helpful staff!
A bit pricey, but Barcelona is not a cheap city.

Posizione eccellente, camere pulite e spaziose (per essere un 2 stelle). Check-in veloce. Bagno dotato di phon, shampoo, sapone, asciugamani. Possibilità di farsi un caffè o te in camera con il bollitore. Ho speso 45€ per una notte.
Consigliato per chi vuole fare un weekend soggiornando in una sistemazione vicino al centro senza spendere troppo.

El staff muy bueno, muy educados y el trato increible, muy decepcionado por el desayuno. Creo que ha sido el peor desayuno que he tenido en todos los hoteles que he estado.me dijeron que por el covid no servian nada caliente, pero porfavor he viajado despues del covid y aun asi servian desayunos buenos.no pudimos calentar ningun tipo de pan, y no servian nada caliente como huevos o bacon o nada.solo 2 trozos de pan con 2 trozos de queso y jamon frios! Un pequeño envase de fruta que no estaba para nada comible.otra cosa que me pareció mal tambien es que no tenemos aire acondicionado? Pasamos la noche con calor por que solo habia calefacción ‍‍.

Nous sommes venus en couple. Le réceptionniste parle français, c'est très appréciable!
Rien à redire, la chambre est confortable, propre, bien agencé.
Il n'y a eu aucun soucis.

Je recommande!
Le petit déjeuné est à améliorer pour les personnes qui résident plusieurs jours. C'est toujours le même menu qui est proposé. Sinon il est très bon.

Beautiful hotel with very kind staff. Perfect location, big rooms and modern interior. We were given a better room for free with a beautiful view from the window!

I was walking my dog in other day and a guest inside of the hotel started to calling him, so instantly he tried to go there talk to them, at that moment even before I have time to push him back to the sidewalk a guy in the reception started to shot out multiple times "NO NO NO NO". I would definitely never refer this hotel to anyone. The hotel is not pet friendly and the impression now is that they are pet haters. I do live near by so no reason for need to be hosted there. So my suggestion is Just be nice to everyone even you not support pet in your hotel. Cheers,

Great location, very clean, very friendly and attentive service. Please note that the terrace is not available during the winter season.
I do not recommend booking with breakfast included.

This was our second stay at this fantastic hotel! We booked an interior view room and got upgraded upon arrival. We ended up with a corner room with a fantastic view of the Pla de Palau, which came with a large bathroom as well. There were several receptionists during our 4 day stay but all of them were extremely friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. The two stars really don't do it justice, neither does the price which is a steal for this amount of comfort as well as the central location.
