Hotel Sansi Park, Lleida

Gran hotel familiar en el centro de Lérida. Habitaciones amplias, buen aire acondicionado, edredón y parking en el edificio con acceso directo a las habitaciones. El persona muy amable y atento. Nos recomendaron que actividades hacer con nuestros hijos y dónde ir a cenar. Muy recomendable

Hotel que cuida de los clientes. Día a día mejora en los servicios.

Tracte molt agradable i familiar. Habitacions noves molt espaioses bany amb banyera. Molt cèntic i amb parking. Repetirem.

Excel.lent tracte. Feia temps que no trobava persones tan amables i agradables. Hotel net, bon menjar i habitacions confortables.
De ben segur hi tornarem el proper cop que visitem Lleida.

La verdad es que para ser un 3* está muy bien. Limpio, tranquilo, cómodo y el personal súper amable. Los gerentes son encantadores y el personal de recepción excelente.

The location is nearby center but i didnt feel safe, the district gives the sense of danger.the room was not clean, the desk was very dusty.sound isolation is very bad, street was not so busy but it is very noisy.i woke up several times midnight with the strange noises coming from other rooms.the attitude of management is also bad, they shouted me several times.breakfast is a matter of fun, two low quality toast bread and 4 small slices of low quality cheese with micron thickness, one croissante.the dinner is instant food most of the time, everything deep fried, event burnt.it was one of the worst experiences of my life to stay there

Siempre que viajo a Lleida me ospedo en este hotel, trato muy agradable y familiar. Habitaciones confortables y agradables. Muy buena cobertura de conexión WiFi. Las comidas y las cenas son raciones grandes y muy sabrosas.

This hotel is the Hell on Earth. No hygiene, no sound isolation, bad attitude from the hotel management. You dont have daylight in the rooms unless you open your window. No proper heating of the rooms and the general area of the hotel. It says 3 star hotel but i dont think that it even deserves a star. Location of the hotel is also dangerous. You can get mugged at any time. People come to backstreet to smoke weed, listen loud music or just to pee. Some rooms also smell like urinate. There were also a construction at the hotel while i was staying. It was a terrible experince all around. Stay away from Hotel Sansi Park.

When this hotel is checked on internet, it was seen as 3 star hotel. But in reality, nowhere close to 3, it is not even 1 star. It was my worst hotel experience ever. Let me go step by step.
1- Staff:
Attitudes of the ladies on the reception are depends on their mood. They can be very friendly or very uncommunicative. If you are lucky enough, you can talk with them when they are in good mood. So you can get answers of your question (s) in polite way. Otherwise (for most of the time) you will have very hard time to communicate with them.
Hotel owner is also manager of the hotel and mostly staying on reception. If you see her on the reception and if you have any question, just dont ask anything and run away. She behaves like hotel is her toy and she can do whatever she wants. She doesnt give a s*hit of customers and their problems. Rest of the crews are polite and cheerful.
2- Cleaning:
On my first night, ı spent 1 hr to clean my room. Everywhere was too dusty. It seems room was reconstructed but didnt cleaned afterwards. Lines and blankets were not clean and also not new. There are cigarette burns on blankets and corner of the blankets were torn off.
3- Sleeping
You know some hotels have "best sleep ever" concept, ı think this one should have "worst sleep ever". Because of dirty lines and blankets, you dont even want to go in bed. Plus, reconstruction was still going on at 1st floor, so constructions sounds (hammer, drill etc.) makes it impossible to sleep. It was starting by 08: 30 am and went until 17: 00.
In addition, my room was looking at a dead end street and many people came here to smoke some illegal things (you know what ı mean). I am not judging them to smoke, my problem was, when they got high, they became too noisy.:)
Some people brang their dogs here for poo and pee. So you can imagine how it smells: (
4-Location
Location was not bad at all. It was close to main tourist attractions which you can go there in 10 min.by walk.
On the other hand, neighborhood didnt seem safe. So you should better not come back to hotel alone at nights.
My overall view is, there are some other choices in Lleida which have better services for same money. So try to avoid staying here as much as you can.

Trato por parte de la dirección horrible, humillación constante a las trabajadoras y a los huéspedes. Las habitaciones: los muebles viejos, pero nos aseguraron que la cocina estaría perfectamente equipada, nos encontramos con una cocina; con dos cuchillos y un tenedor, dos vasos y cuatro platos de café. Absolutamente nada más. Habitaciones sucias, puertas, cortinas, persianas rotas. Lavabos sucios.una estancia horrible.no recomendable.nos echó del hotel y unas 12 personas seguimos esperando la devolución del dinero de los días que ya teníamos pagados, y por lo que leo en la reseñas no es la primera vez que usa indebidamente una tarjeta.

Magnífica estancia de dos noches por trabajo. El personal super atento y servicial, las cenas en el restaurante más que aceptables. Volveremos, sin duda.

Very friendly and helpful staff! They always try to make every wish from the guests happen. The rooms are clean and the beds are cozy. I just can recommend the hotel.

Reservamos con varias semanas de antelación una estancia de 10 días durante las vacaciones de Navidad, en uno de los apartamentos con cocina que ofrecen. Era una reserva para dos adultos y dos niños. Sabíamos que la habitación no estaba reformada y con los muebles viejos, pero nos aseguraron que la cocina estaría perfectamente equipada (incluso nos ofrecieron un microondas). Avisamos por la mañana que llegaríamos a última hora de la noche y nos encontramos con una cocina con dos cuchillos y un tenedor, dos vasos y cuatro platos de café. Absolutamente nada más, evidentemente sin microondas. Además la mesa estaba rota y el somier de la cama era más pequeño que el colchón, por lo que este se doblaba. Al día siguiente me ofrecieron buscarme menaje de cocina, pero evidentemente pagamos la cuenta de la noche y nos fuimos a otro hotel. No pienso volver nunca más a este establecimiento. Ellos salieron perdiendo: tal como están las cosas una reserva de 10 días no es nada despreciable.
