Hotel Terraverda, Girona

El hotel es muy bonito así como la ubicación es perfecto, pero es una lástima que el servicio en ambos restaurantes es pésimo, camarera en el pool bar muy mal educado así como en Terrafonda, el bar del lobby cierra a las 7pm y no sirven más comidas ni bebidas hasta al día siguiente, el desayuno es un desmadre y desorganización así como falta de personal, en definitiva una experiencia muy mala

Una lástima porque estuvimos muy bien el año pasado pero no volveremos más!

Tranquilidad absoluta, buenas instalaciones, personal amable, calidad y excelencia en todo lo que hacen. Solo hemos pasado una noche, y nos hemos quedado con ganas de más. Volveremos.

The worst service ever.
At the first evening they said they don’t have table for us to have a diner but after we checked the restaurant half tables were empty. Service in the restaurant was awful. The owner of it came to us and scream that she didn’t like how we talk to her. But we tried to explain her, that her waiter put oil to our phone and table, didn’t even offer to clean it. Service was super slowly, every time we had to go and ask waiter to come to us.
Next day in the restaurant next to the pool we ordered food, wait one hour and they said the waiter didn’t make order.
This is the worst hotel service that I’ve ever seen. They didn’t say “sorry” just blame us.
They have beautiful territory but that’s all. NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE.

Fuimos de rebote, sin pensarlo, nos salió una oferta de finde y nos salió el plan super bien. El hotel chulísimo, los empleados del hotel muy amables, el desayuno de 10, estuvimos genial, no nos faltó de nada.

Excellent établissement, vue sur la piscine et le golf magnifique. Le petit-déjeuner est excellent et le restaurant sert des plats délicieux avec des produits frais.

My husband and I had a lovely getaway to this beautiful hotel.
The hotel is near the beach, about a 10 minute drive but also has an inviting pool that overlooks tree groves and the golf course.

The rooms were very clean and there was a lot of attention to detail and quality in the decorations and ambiance. There was an interesting mix of couples and some families so I would say it's a friendly environment for all guests.

Make sure you book the breakfast. It's 100% worth it because the spread is incredible - from a granola buffet to Spanish jamon and tortilla to chia puddings and Basque cheesecake.

The service was fine and appreciated how often they provided fresh towels for guests hanging by the pool.

Elegant. Classic. Respectful.

We stayed for one week. They really set the standards for many aspects, from the service, hotel, restaurant up to the golf. What we mostly liked, among other things, is the environment that they have set around, and the way they make you feel. Customer service and attention was top. For critics, you have to play your part, customer is not always reasonable.

Hotel is very nice. It has a nice interior and exterior design, congrats to the designer.
Breakfast is tasteful and it is quite diverse. Felt really special to have the breakfast outside in the nature, together with the little birds which are part of the stay/environment.

Hotel has a big underground parking, there are chargers for electrical cars. The room we had was Matrimonial, very comfortable and well equipped. It was cleaned daily.

Staff is very friendly, helpful, attentive and open. Liked their service.

Golf. Two beautiful terrains and two practice areas. You can rent a club for 4 euros and for 2 euros you can have 30+ golf balls. It’s a nice experience for beginners; for professionals, check their website or the golf reception were you get all info and etc.
Restaurant is top. One of the best meals
we ever had. You won’t regret, quality, aspect and service is top.
Restaurant design is elegantly fancy. Staff is very attentive and nice.
As regards the beaches, within a radius of max. 20km, you can reach all of them: Aigua Xelida, Aiguablava, Plaja Fonda and Platja de Sa Riera (at least these were the ones we liked, check my reviews on them and their practicalities).
There are three beautiful villages that I would highly recommend to visit them: Pals, Begur and Peratallada. Check hotel website for details.

If you want a place that is geographically positioned in the middle of all these attractions, plus some golf experiences, tasty local food, good hotel and services, then that’s the place.

Nous y avons séjourné 3 nuits, tout été parfait. Chambres spacieuses, literies exceptionnelle, petit déjeuner copieu et raffiné. Le personnel est présent mais
discret. Possibilité de marcher autour des terrains de golf, pour promener. La Piscine est joliment installée comme un bassin naturel au milieux des plantes
