45Habían unos chicos que fumaban p0rros y se metia el olor en la habitación muy desagradable pero por lo demas muy limpio y buena atención.
A destacar la amabilidad y buen trato del personal del hotel, tanto de recepción como de cafetería. El hotel es limpio y las habitaciones son cómodas y espaciosas. Está un poco lejos del centro pero no está mal situado.
Servicio exquisito y preocupado con el cliente, habitaciones preciosas, la restauración muy buena, el lugar, los platos ya la gente. Esperando volver pronto.
As a frequent traveller, feeling like “at home” is paramount. The staff masters their roles while their kitchen and premises are of high standard and better located both for frequent locals as for demanding business travellers. Recommended by all means.

El hotel muy moderno y limpio. Al lado del hospital Cima de sanitas. Lo que no me gusto es que no tenía carta de almohadas y no eran cómodas. La habitacion con terraza muy amplia pero había un ruido y nos cambiaron a otra igual con terraza pero bastante más pequeña y no nos hicieron ningún tipo de descuento. En el lounge bar se come muy bien y el trato del personal es bueno. Es precio es bastante elevado.
Hemos pasado una noche en el hotel Upper Diagonal y tengo que decir que hemos estado muy a gusto.
Habitación y baño muy limpios. Ducha excelente. Cama muy cómoda.
El personal del hotel son excelentes como profesionales. Muy atentos, serviciales y simpáticos.
El desayuno es a elegir entre tres opciones: continental, americano y mediterráneo. Hemos escogido el mediterráneo que nos ha maravillado en cuanto a calidad. Sublimes ese pan con tomate, el jamón ibérico, el queso, el chorizo y el fuet, el croissant y el zumo de naranja! Y no nos hemos quedado sin hambre, al contrario.
Totalmente recomendable el hotel Upper para passar unos días y visitar la ciudad de Barcelona.

Hotel muy correcto, habitaciones modernas, muy limpias, algo justas de espacio. Aire acondicionado. Baños amplios. Camas cómodas. Recomendable.
Highly recommended I had the steak and veg I think the presentation should be abit better starter was excellent and the cheeseboard my husband had was very good all in all we had a lovely evening

A group of work colleagues stayed at the Upper Diagonal in July 2021 for 1 week.
We loved it! The rooms are great, the staff is great and they were accommodating since the beginning.
The breakfast is very complete and with a lot of custom choices and the restaurant itself its great.
We will be back for sure.
I stayed here for a week for my surgery with the Chiari institut across the street. The service here was superb. The food is great. If you have special dietary needs they are more than happy to accommodate.
The bad: the beds are hard as rocks and the pillows are about the same. Sleeping on these beds with female hips was very very painful. I recommend they stock some foam toppers if people need them.
Hotel muy moderno y limpio, habitaciones amplias, la unica pega es q no tienen amenity, serian 5 estrellas.
Buenas instalaciones y habitaciones. Hotel acogedor con una recepción muy atenta. El restaurante está muy bien aunque no el precio. Muy elevado para la oferta. Animo!
The stay and staff are very good. But the restaurant is alright. They can work on a more veggies or vegan options specially with the tasty vegetables they have in spain
Not a business hotel. If you are traveling for business they are clueless. I was expecting FedEx reception refused to acceot it as i had not checked in yet. (My estomated arrival and hitel knoew this was 9pm) then next day fedex was clised (welcome to spain) i asked hotel to forward fedex to client direct
. They fumbled that as well. So a good hotel to visit when in BCN but NOT goid for business travel.
The worst price and service. After I arrived, I realized the price is almost double compared with internet. The breakfast is not included. No discount. Can not cancel the reservation.
Rifinito e recentemente ristrutturato. Camere spaziose ben curate e luminose. Struttura piccola ma con i servizi che servono per clientela business. Buono ristorante al pian terreno, molto gradita anche la formula colazione alla carta. Ottima esperienza sopratutto grazie al personale professionale e serio.
È un ottimo, confortevole albergo con altrettanto ottimo ristorante, con tavoli anche all'aperto. Io ormai lo frequenti da anni. Situato nel quartiere di Sarria', che è vicino al centro (e ottimamente collegato) senza doverne subire il caos notturno. Sarria' ha anche un suo centro storico molto carino.
L'hotel è in una posizione strategica, a poche centinaia di metri dalla fermata della metro per chi arriva con i mezzi.
Se si arriva in auto, possibilità di parcheggio a pochi passi.
Stanza ampia e molto confortevole.
Zona tranquilla senza grande traffico.
Letto molto comodo.
