Huir urgentemente del personal desagradable patatas fritas frías y pasta con agua de tomate todos los días Me pregunto cómo seguirán allí los viajes de Leonardo Sigo prefiriendo el María del Mar

La comida era muy buena, habitaciones con ducha.
Situado en el centro.

Fue un viaje de fans muy agradable para Stephen Mc-Queen y Johan van Eyck.
El próximo año 2024 volveremos.

El servicio del hotel fue muy bueno, todos fueron muy educados, especialmente Kevin. Kevin fue muy positivo, relajado y muy solidario. Las actividades fueron muy divertidas.

Lo pasé muy bien en el Hotel Xaine Park durante mi escapada gracias a la buena y amable atención de todo su personal y a los interesantes servicios que ofrece el hotel! Especialmente me gustó el jacuzzi y el masaje revitalizante que reservé con Mari.
También el servicio de buffet fue bastante completo y el lugar, en general, acogedor.

La experiencia ha sido positiva y espero poder volver pronto en otra ocasión! ;)

Hem estat allotjats en aquest hotel dues nits una familia. El personal tant de recepció, restaurant, neteja.molt bé. Restaurant tipus bufet correcte, cal mencionar que hi ha varietat, estant molt pendents de tot i tot està posat amb molta cura i netedad. Hi ha molta fruita i potser caldria menys "bolleria" industrial. La piscina neta i l'animació de la nit bé per als nens, llastima que no hi ha hagut gaire participació, només erem dues families. El que haig de valorar negativament és l'habitació: súper antiga, i poc manteniment, neta si que estava, però no correspont a 4 estrelles. Ventilador de sostre trencat, terrassa amb rajoles trencades, s'ha de demanar el comandament de l'aire a recepció, bany antic amb banyera. Si les habitacions haguessin estat millor hagues repetit segur!

Me gusta Annimacion demasiado divertido me gusta el hotel y también la comida y es muy buena para mí todo es perfecto y siempre venimos aquí a este hotel que es amable besos de Pino y Mirella

We stayed here for the first time for a week in september 2022. The staff was always nice and there were lots of different programs throughout the week, the lobby and furniture in the hotel was really modern and pretty and the cafe looked great too! The rooms were always really clean and were also cleaned fast but efficient. The paintings/photos on the wall were a bit scary at first but didn’t bother me too much, air conditioning worked perfectly fine and even though the rooms may look a bit older, especially the bathroom, they were kept up really well and don’t have any problems. The breakfast always had lots of variety, same for the lunch and dinner with everything freshly and deliciously cooked. The view from the restaurant was really pretty too as you could see the main street. Even the staircase was really nice to look at. Although I didn’t visit the pool in the time I was there, I did notice that it was kept really clean throughout my stay. The hotel is located near the beach, only having to walk around 5 minutes to get to the beach and it’s also located directly besides the centre. Considering the main street is directly besides the hotel, the rooms have blocked out the noise coming from the city and from the other rooms really well and we had peaceful nights:) All in all a really great hotel with nice staff, lots of variety in food and clean rooms. Thank you for making the stay so pleasant!

Nourriture peut varier pas toujours excellente ar contre petit déjeuner tres bien, hotel mal insonorisés, ce qui est dommage c'est quand on veut charger nos téléphones ou autre appareil on ne peut pas car il faut que la carte soit en continu dans le boîtier, il faut une deuxième carte mais là femme de ménage là retire en pensant qu'on l'avait oublier sinon le reste c'est bien

Les chambres sont confortables mais un grand lit a la place de 2 simples lit convient mieux a un couple.la salle de bain date de 1980 avec un lavabo moyenâgeux et une baignoire tres mediocre mariee a son rideau de douche bas de gamme.eclairage inadapté et seche cheveux en panne.
L'hotel se trouve en centre ville et sa position permet l'acces a tous les points strategiques de la ville mais il devient tres bruyant la nuit
La nourriture est abondante mais la qualite n est pas au rdv

No corresponde a un hotel de 4 estrellas, habitaciones con olor a humedad, baños antiguos, la limpieza deja mucho que desear, piscina ridícula y la comida fatal, fría y poca variedad, pan y pastas duras, no volveré nunca más

Buen sitio catalogado de 4 estrellas, pero muy justillo creo que es más de 3.

Comida escasa al medio día.dormitorio con columnas al lado del armario lo mejor el trato del señor Miguel.y compañeras en el comedor de diez!

Brilliant holiday destination, right in the centre of town. Moments from the bus station. Good plentiful food and comfortable room.

Un 4 estrellas falso (equivale a un 3 estrellas), aunque suficiente para alojarte un fin de semana de paso en Lloret. Lo bueno, el precio. Me alojé en pleno agosto (reservando una semana antes, cuando ya era imposible encontrar algo asequible en Lloret) por 100 euros la noche en una habitación doble, con copa de bienvenida y entrada al spa. Eso sí, si quieres descansar, no te lo aconsejo. Situado en la zona más céntrica y guiri de todo Lloret, al lado de un montón de discotecas y hoteles llenos de gente con ganas de fiesta. También es imposible aparcar cerca si vas con coche.

Instalaciones anticuadas. Buen trato. Más parece un hotel de 2 o 3 estrellas, más q de 4 como indican

Having read some of the reviews after booking I was a bit worried but the hotel was OK for what we paid the staff were friendly and polite especially the lads from the cafe bar the rooms could do with a bit of updating but again you get what you pay for, the restaurant had several choices you'd have to be a very picky person not to like anything, we were at the back of the hotel and not so noisy but this hotel in right in the centre so you've got to expect some noise I think some people need a reality check when booking some hotels we would definitely stay again the bar and cafe prices were quite reasonable compared to some of the beach and sports bars.

Habíamos leído comentarios del Hotel y íbamos un poco preparados.
Decir que en recepción nos atendió un chico super agradable y atento.
Nos indicó todo lo que nos entraba.
Fuimos al jacuzzi, muy bien.
Después me metí en la piscina perfecto.
Las instalaciones limpias y en buen estado.
Nos dieron una cesta de frutas y cava gentileza de Wonderbox, la chica que lo trajo super atenta.
Decir que la comida buffet y el desayuno buffet no es lo mismo que un menú casola, pero estaba bueno.
La habitación espaciosa, con terraza y vistas a la piscina.
Respecto al ruido estuvimos tranquilos y bien, también se ha de decir que la temporada de Octubre no es Agosto.
Estamos contentos y volveríamos a ir.
