4I had some leadership coaching sessions with Michaela after my maternity leave to make for me the point about my further development of my career at this point in time. Her approach was very structured, oriented to a better understanding of my wishes and my personality and at the end of our sessions I had a clear idea of my goals and how to reach them.
I was lucky enough to find Michaela in a moment of my life where my self confidence and self value had been really shattered by a bad job experience. I was looking for guidance to find my professional path but, thanks to her, I soon realised that the work had to be focused on me, my thought patterns and my programmed beliefs.
Her hypnotherapy sessions and holistic approach have empowered me to start my own business by being able to stop listening to my negative self talk and start thinking like the person I want to become.
