After being told to buy a new iPhone by Apple the service rep suggested trying a 5 star rated repair shop.

Tomadura de pelo. Les dejé una tablet que no cargaba y me dijeron que antes de repararla me llamarían para darme el presupuesto. Unos días después me llamaron diciendo que YA estaba arreglada, sin haberme dicho antes nada. Al comentarselo al chico me dijo que se había equivocado, que la proxima vez ya me avisaría. Evidentemente no habrá una próxima vez. Por cierto la tablet al cabo de unos días volvió a no cargar

Les lleve mi teléfono rog phone 3 que es muy difícil de encontrar una tienda que te arregle este tipo de teléfonos y en solo 4 días lo tenían listo para recoger. Gran servicio y siempre te responden cualquier duda que tengas lo recomiendo mucho.

Se me rompio el movil y no encontraba donde ir, los de IFIXIT GO me lo arreglaron en 30min excelente servicio y muy simpaticos

Beware of changing your screen.

I came to fix my Xiaomi Mi 9 and was offered two options, either OEM (non-original) screen for 139 EUR or original for 189 EUR. When asking for the difference between them I was told that they are the same, except that OEM screen does not have fingerprint activation. I was fine to go ahead with cheaper screen version if the only difference was fingerprint. As it turned out, there are more differences between 'High quality compatible screen' and original screens:

1/ Warranty for non-original screen is 2 weeks vs for original which is 3 months. This important information isn't shared when replacing, only after paying for replacement, so after the fact.

2/ At least for my phone (and one other reviewer who complains about the same thing) the quality of screen touch is not the same as with the original screen. It's less responsive and you have to type slower not to miss any letters when typing.

3/ When researching on Internet later, I was made aware that OEM screens are less durable, don't last as long, and overall, their quality is just poorer. They aren't 'the same' as I was told

4/ I have to restart phone few times a day as it gets frozen and I cannot press any key. After restarting it works again for some time.

All in all, I felt misled when being provided the information at this particular shop. Be mindful

EDIT: Response to reply. If you ‘always’ recommend clients to choose original screen then you are disputing my version of events and calling me a liar. If you always did what you always apparently do, there would be no problem. And to everyone else who want to replace their screens to original one, please check reviews of other users. Recommended. I took my iPhone 13 Pro Max to the store because of a cracked glass back. The repair cost was 199 euros and I requested a 30 minute service for an additional 15 euros. When the technician looked at the phone he recommended that I leave it with him for a couple of hours if at all possible, since a 30 minute job on that phone might be risky. I found this to be a professional response and agreed. The work was done to a very high standard and is, to my eyes, indistinguishable from an Apple repair. In conversations with the technician, I was favorably impressed with the customer service attitude and lack of interest to cut corners to make a bit of extra money. You can’t go wrong here.

Over and beyond the call of duty. Broken Honor phone was a nightmare as there was no screen for it in Spain, and no info about there being three different versions. It had to come from China. They fixed it, at no extra charge.great service.

I am a sailor and my Phone Screen broke during voyage (Samsung S22 Ultra). Had a hard time finding shops from different countries that can fix phone on the same day. Until I saw this shop. UNFORTUNATELY, our ship docked on sunday morning and the shop is closed. I send a message to the page and quickly got a response and opened the shop just to have my phone repaired. Repair process is Extremely fast (under 30 minutes). The replacement screen has all the functionality of the original screen. Service is excellent! People are very nice. Highly recommended! Many thanks for accomodating me on rest days.

I really recommend fixing the problems with your phone to these guys, they do it fast and with high quality!

Update: they got back to me a couple months later and offered to replace my phone with a used one they had in stock (wouldn't work for me, i wasn't in barcelona anymore) or transfer me some money for a partial refund so I'm updating my review.

While replacing the back of the phone, they broke my face ID and then also stripped the screws when putting it back together so that nowhere else can open my phone to fix it.

They made me pay the full amount in cash after damaging my phone to get it back.

So I paid them to fix a cosmetic feature on my phone and they ended up damaging the internal hardware *and* made it impossible for anyone to open my phone in the future. I tried to talk to them about a partial refund and they stopped responding.

Super helpful and nice. Fixed my screen perfectly and did it quickly too. Would definitely recommend!

Un grand merci à eux pour une réparation rapide (1h) pour un écran bien cassé … En pleine balade, mon téléphone m’a échappé des mains, fissuré comme il faut! Accessible en métro, je ne regrette pas du tout! Prix abordable et personnel sympathique, n’hésitez pas!

I brought in my phone twice in 2 years. The Huawei services would make me loose all my data, yet at IFIXIT GO they took all the necessary effort to find the way to repair it, so my data stay safe.
