Bought complete snowboard gear boots bindings etc. The guy who helped me was super professional and patient (when I buy expensive gear I don't skip on details and I ask questions:) Even though they actually closed the store they didn't stress (like other stores would do). Tall thin guy can't remember his name but whatever his salary he needs a raise!

Mucha variedad de equipos, vestimenta, y accesorios.
Mucha diferencia en la atención y el trato respecto a la misma tienda en la calle Aribau.
Muy recomendable.

Trato por parte de empleados bastante malo, te intentan vender lo que sea sin tener en cuenta tus necesidades. 2 veces que he ido, ambas igual.

Muy simpáticos, atentos y profesionales (sin ironías). Hasta que te montan la tabla con las fijaciones al revés.

I went to Esports Iglu at Carrer Mallorca 316 today and bought all my ski gear for the upcoming season. I got great discounts from the store because all of the new equipment they are receiving. But i like to emphasize how impressed i am by the service provided: not only all the staff are friendly and seem happy to work there, but also the knowledge of Ferran who fitted my boots to perfection and matched my new set of skis with mastering experience and complete understanding of my needs and budget. I am amazed with the technology to scan my feet with a machine that does 3D readings of both your feet to find many details of how you step and what’s the right boot for you. No matter what your level is, Ferran will find the right fit for your expertise, skiing style and budget.
Then I went on to Silvia, the only girl I saw in the store and the best person to get “dressed” by. Silvia was incredibly efficient in finding my size and color of the jacket, helmet and socks, that fitted my budget. The service was outstanding, it really was.
And I got free parking at the local garage with my purchase.
So happy! I would certainly recommend this store, and specially Ferran for equipment and Silvia for styling on clothes and accessories.
