Muy lindo hostel! Y ademas muy buena ubicacion. Lo mas lindo del lugar es el espacio comun y cocina que son super comodos. El personal super amable. Y organizan visitas guiadas gratis. Recomendado!

Eh um hostel básico, o lugar eh fantástico, mais o hostel pode melhorar muito ainda uma estadia em quartos coletivos simples com burocracia de hotel

Stayed for 5 days, clean rooms, friendly, helpful staff. All amenities in writing order. All other guests super friendly, had such a cool time in going back next month.

Well, I was excited to stay here until my trip was canceled. I tried to get a refund (outside of 48 hours from check-in and within 24 hours of booking) but they refused. They also refused a voucher to use another day. I understand you have to have a policy but when someone is at the edge of that policy and you coldly refuse, you show them your humanity. They had the chance to make a loyal customer and chose 31 Euro instead.

I had booked the last bed they had available on a holiday weekend so I wouldn't say I am putting them out in the cold. I'll be finding a different hostel next time I come to BCN.
