Kanada-Ya, Barcelona

Siempre iba a comer ramen y me parecía el mejor de Barcelona pero actualmente la calidad ha bajado y hemos tenido que esperar 1 hora para que nos trajeran la comida:/

Nos es lo mismo que antes

¡El ramen estaba realmente delicioso!
También proporcionaban vajillas para los niños y había mucha gente con niños.
Como japonés, sería aún mejor si pudiera comer gyoza a la parrilla en lugar de gyoza frita

Pese a tener reserva confirmada, al llegar nos indicaron que no la habían apuntado y no nos ofrecierón ninguna solución. Me arruinaron mi cumpleaños

No responden los mensajes.

La unica forma que tienen para reservar segun su Instagram es mediante WhatsApp pero les escribimos 2 veces, con diferencia de algunos meses, y en ninguna de las dos ocaciones recibimos respuesta.

Ramen muy bueno. ¡El sabor del caldo Tonkastsu fue realmente perfecto! Los únicos aspectos negativos (menores) fueron que los ingredientes (incluida la carne) estaban completamente fríos, directamente del refrigerador y los fideos estaban demasiado finos para mi gusto.

¡Impresionante ramen! Tanto el tonkotsu como el miso fueron increíbles. Personal súper agradable también.

Pretty good Ramen. The broth is really good, the only “complaint” would be for the noodles which are quite basic.

El ramen estaba muy bueno, el caldo esta muy bien logrado sobretodo el de trufa, el sabor de la trufa seria de esperar que fuera muy ligero pero el sabor esta muy bien no tan fuerte como para acoplar el sabor de los otros ingredientes pero tampoco ligera como para que no lo notes casi.
El caldo de hueso de cerdo complementa muy bien con todo, la próxima vez que pase por aquí repito segurísimo.

Un restaurante de ramen auténtico y acogedor. El servicio es rápido, la comida deliciosa, todo lo que se puede esperar de un local regentado por profesionales japonese.
Pedimos el tonkotsu que esta muy muy suculento, de los mejores de barcelona sin duda, y el kara-age super tierno y crujiente con ese toque de lima. La boca agua.
El único punto negativo, por decir alguno, es que el tamago no estaba incluido en el r
Tonkotsu y para los fans del auténtico ramen les supondrá pagar un poco más por pedirlo como topping.

Local pequeño. Es mejor ir con reserva. Fuimos para cenar. Pedimos ramen tonkotsu con huevo y el pollo frito (kara age) que estaba muy bueno. El ramen es una ración abundante. Servicio amable. Recomendable.

He probado ramen en otros sitios. Y vine a Kanada-ya con pocas esperanzas de encontrar un ramen que no sea soso. Mi mujer, mi hijo y yo nos sorprendimos mucho, no solo del ramen, sino del resto de platos del menú del mediodía. Volveremos seguro. Y por fin nos gusta el ramen.

Buenísimo, he probado muchos ramens en toda la ciudad y, anque me falten algunos que me han recomendado, puedo decir que este es, por el momento, el mejor que he comido.

Caldo con mucho sabor y sustancia, los fideos al punto de cocción (tu pides el punto que quieras), el chasu de otro nivel.

Para ponerle alguna "pega" el huevo hanjuku va a parte (lo cuentan como suplemento de 2.20€) cuando es algo imprescindible en un ramen.

Por lo demás, muy bueno!

I came here 3 times during my 1 week visit in Barcelona. That tells how good I think their ramens are.
Though I did not try all the ramens in Barcelona (I tried another popular one, i.e. Takumi), I believe their ramens are the closest you can get for authentic Japanese ramen in Barcelone. They claim their bone broth is brewed over 18 hours and ramens are handmade which I don't doubt it. For different ramens, they use different types of noodles with various thickness. I tried the Tonkotsu which uses the thinner noodle and the Spicy Yuzu uses a thicker one. Both were good and had a texture to my liking.
The portion of ramen is a bit small but you can always order an extra serving of plain ramen (Kaedama) or a bowl of steamed rice to add to the remaining broth to finish off your meal. I felt sad whenever I saw people left the a lot of broth and just finished the ramen and toppings especially if the broth has been earnestly prepared like those served at Kanada-Ya. After all, the broth is supposed to be the spirit of a bowl of ramen.
Unlike the chashu (braised pork belly and not the same as Cantonese char siu which tastes much better) I had in many other ramen shops which does not have any taste at all, I like their chashu a lot as it was full of flavour and taste. By the way, in their lunch menu, you can order a bowl of ramen plus a small bowl of steamed rice topped with chashu and its sauce (it is quite like the Taiwanese braised minced pork sauce rice). The rice was so delicious.
I won't hesitate to recommend this ramen shop for anyone who craves for a bowl of authentic Japanese ramen.

It took a while to place our order.the tonkotsu ramen was not available at 20.30 so we ordered the miso and karaage.we added an egg but they initially forgot. The ramen was tasty and we liked it but was quite plain, only some leek and rucula as vegetables. Karaage never came so we left.the service honestly wasn't that great and the price is expensive.

Had the spicy yuzu ramen. The noodles texture tasted alright. The broth was a bit salty for my liking. Rocket leaves probably isn't the most authentic vegetable to be added to ramen. Overall 3 stars if compared to authentic Japanese standard.

I’m Japanese and I live in France. I came to Barcelona to visit. I was looking for Japanese ramen and I found this restaurant. And this Tonkotsu ramen is like the one I use to eat in Japan. It is usually difficult to find this taste out of Japan. Also, the owner and the staff are very nice. If you go this restaurant, you can feel all the kindness of the Japanese people!

Probably the best Japanese ramen place in Barcelona. The portion is a bit small though.

맛으로는 바르셀로나에서 가장 맛있는 라멘집인데 양이 다소 적은 편입니다.

No entiendo las reviews de 5 estrellas, tened cuidado antes de ir.

Ante todo hay que aclarar que NO es un restaurante japonés, es un sitio donde hacen ramen, los trabajadores son chinos, osea que el ramen ya tal.

Es más o menos como si vas a un restaurante de paellas y la paella la hacen com arroz basmati, especias raras y al horno. Todo ello regentado por unos brasileños.

El sabor del caldo es un poco raro, los fideos son fideos chinos al huevo, y encima es caro para lo que ofrecen. Además tardan muchísimo en servir el ramen, probablemente porque al no conocer el modo correcto de cocinar ramen, se tiran mucho tiempo preparándolo.

Mucho turista despistado y atraído por las reviews altas, un sitio que os podéis ahorrar tranquilamente.
