La Desayunería, Barcelona

I was looking forward to this place. It was not what I was expecting and they said things were vegetarian but they are cooking eggs and cheese where they are grilling bacon. Our egg cheese sandwich tasted so much like bacon I was convinced the cheese was actually bacon. I think if you are vegan or vegetarian avoid the food from the grill all together.

Totally overrated. Maybe good pancakes but the rest of the menu quite poor quality.

Totalmente sobrevalorado. Puede que buenos pancakes pero el resto del menú es de muy poca calidad.

The products served there are NOT FRESH, VERY LOW QUALITY AND VERY EXPENSIVE, the fries that were served with the vegan burger, apart from being made of "plastic" were cold and and the COVID PROCTOCOL was simply forgotten, the staff tried to keep manners, but NOT PROFESSIONAL at all

Great food and service. 100% recommend if you’re looking for American breakfast. I also recommend getting the Amish breakfast the sweet and salty combination from the french toast and the gravy is delicious. Attention is always really good and they’re very attentive!

Ricos desayunos! Carta variada con opciones tanto dulces como saladas. Las raciones son abundantes. El local es pequeño y suele estar concurrido, pero
disponen también de mesas en terraza. Personal muy amable. Para repetir.

Servicio amable y rápido.
Sitio perfecto para desayunar o hacer un brunch (son contundentes).
Los huevos revueltos y el
bacon estaban perfectamente cocinados. Las tortitas muy esponjosas.
Volveré sin duda

A great place to grab breakfast they serve all day. American style breakfasts with a Spanish twist and some speciality dishes also. The portions are large as well.

Desayunos buenisimos, gran variedad.
Terraza con 2 mesas delante del mercado de Sant Antoni, sin trafico y tranquilos. El tiempo de espera algo largo.

The service was good. But the food was the worst I have had in Barcelona. Ordered a chi latte but got hot milk. Ordered an omelet as a main meal and got a huge salad with a small omelet on the side

Excelente local, una ubicación inmejorable, buen ambiente y una decoración bonita y original.
Fantástico para ir en pareja, con amigos o en familia por el espacio que ofrece.
El servicio es rápido y de trato amable.
La comida es abundante, con buena materia prima, riquísima, y con posibilidad de pedir desayunos todo el día. Sin duda, lo recomiendo.

Una amiga me lo recomendó por su menú diario (por 10,50€, comes genial) y desde entonces es uno de mis sitios favoritos de Barcelona. Comida riquísima y atención estupenda. Por vuestra culpa me he vuelto muy aficionada a los pancakes! (Y se lo he contagiado a mis amigos:)

Hemos desayunado hoy y sin duda repetiremos. La limonada casera y deliciosa, los pancakes de canela y manzana buenísimos y el servicio estupendo. Muy recomendable

Absolutamente delicioso. Todo super sabroso. Trabajadores muy amables. Bastante variedad en el menu para desayunar (cereales con yogur natural y muesli, breakfast ingles, gofres, pancakes, fruta natural, bocadillos y tostadas hechas de diversas maneras, smoothies naturales.) 100% recomendable.

The menu promised a great brunch experience, as there were plenty of original options, however the delivery ended up being quite “meh”: the appereance of the dishes was messy, they over-sugared everything, and there were few ingredients (ex: the french toast was huge, but it had literally two leaves of spinach, and one small scrambled egg)

As a summary a place with great potential but with some things to fix, in my opinion.

Beim Essen gibt es nix zu meckern. Wir waren an einem Donnerstag da, da ist Pancake Day. Alle Pancake gerichten kosten dann nur 4€! Und sind super lecker.
Das einzige was nicht top war, war dass wir uns zu fünft dort getroffen haben und eine Person so einen großen Tisch besetzen musste. Dafür hatte das Personal allerdings wenig Verständnis. Naja schlussendlich haben wir uns um einen etwa kleinen runden Tisch gesetzt, das ging auch, war für den Armfreiraum zum Essen aber nicht optimal.

Probé: Pancakes apple cinnamon y un té verde frío natural! Muy bueno.
El Chicken waffle no estaba tan bueno, los waffles estaban un poco aguados.
El bacon estaba bueno, pero no es estilo americano, son lonchas un poco gruesas.

El lugar está bien y tienen muchas opciones para desayuno/brunch y merienda. Salado o dulce americano o un poco más oriental seguramente habrá algo que te guste! Se puede entrar con el perro si no molesta a los demás, el lugar tampoco es muy grande, recuerda a un restaurante japonés por tener barra al inicio.

They serve the breakfast really fast! It’s a good place for having breakfast anytime. Pancakes, toast or bagel, there as a lot of different stuff on the menu. The food is quiet tasty, but for this price segment I would expect it to be delicious

Vimos la reseña/critica de Sr Perro y hemos ido directos hoy.
Varias cosas!
Servicio: espectacular, amabilidad, pero no forzada, gente 10. Y super rapidos.
Comida: perfecta, no tengo ningun pero, salvo el no poder acabarmelo
Precio: vale la pena, relacion cantidad, calidad, servicio mas que merecida.
Me encanta que no tengan botellas, sino tetrabrick.
Volveremos sin duda!

Me lo recomendaron cuando estuve en Bcn, y fue un éxito visitarlo. En mi próxima visita a la ciudad volveré.
