Entorno encantador de la tienda, sin embargo, el servicio fue muy interesante y grosero hacia el final. Quería comprar lencería nueva y lamentablemente la talla que tenían disponible no me quedaba. La vendedora se volvió muy insistente para comprar algo. (Solía ​​trabajar en la gestión de productos de lencería, así que "simplemente comprar algo" seguramente no es lo que La Perla quiere representar) cuando dije que volvería si conseguían las otras tallas, apenas volvimos a subir y un se hizo cara grande de que no compramos nada. Simplemente no está bien. Evitaría ir aquí porque lo tratan como si fueran signos de dólar en lugar de brindarle conocimientos y soporte centrado en el cliente.

Trato muy amable y profesional. Los conjuntos de lencería, pijamas y demás artículos son preciosos. La tienda también es muy bonita. Todo maravilloso

For some backstory I’m fluent in Spanish, been speaking it since I could speak. I came in an inquired about a bodysuit asking in English and was immediately met with disdain but regardless I was shown downstairs after they locked the front doors. Once downstairs I waited by the couches while I heard the attendant speaking to someone else in Spanish who mentioned being worried that we (i or my boyfriend) would ruin the bodysuit I wanted to see because THEY sell “VERY nice things” and we were not the kind of people who ‘come into stores like this’. I’m sorry i wasn’t aware that my money was worth any less just because of some preconceived notion they seemed to have. Be being willing to even consider buying a $400 bodysuit should have been reason enough to treat me with basic customer respect. Regardless I saw the bodysuit and quickly realized that much like these people that work there and the store itself it was pretty on the outside but didn’t have a whole lot of substance to it. Next time I’ll stick with buying my lingerie in Paris.

La Perla is a fancy designer who I was fortunate enough to visit during my trip in Barcelona, Spain. I bought 2 pairs of gorgeous jeans with white lace running down the side if each leg. I also bought the same pair with pink lace. Also, I bought a beautiful white lingerie baby doll in lace as well!

Hoy, 21/12/2020 a las 15: 30h, me ha mal atendido una prepotente con muy pocas ganas de trabajar.
Resultado: primera y última vez que entraré en ese establecimiento.
Consecuencia: he gastado mi dinero en otra tienda.

Lenceria para todas las ocasiones me gusta comprar cositas para disfrutarlas con mi amante, me satisfacen los caprichos de esta tienda.

This shop is too pricey for my taste. The quality of the bathing suits looked great though, but I still think that the price is exaggerated
