Hotel muy bonito y céntrico en Barcelona. Habitaciones amplias, totalmente equipadas y confortables. Llegamos muy temprano en la mañana y el personal nos acomodó el check-in temprano después de un largo vuelo. Muy impresionado por su servicio.

Me alojé en este hotel por un total de 6 noches. La ubicación es asombrosa. La habitación es realmente bonita y realmente me encanta el servicio del personal. ¡Esto me hace amar mucho Barcelona y España!

Cuando llegamos aquí, me sentí muy decepcionado con la habitación que nos dieron, pero hablé con el gerente de turno, Salvador Battle, es muy profesional y resolvió nuestro problema sin problemas.

Awesome Location and Service!

The hotel is located right off La Ramblas, 2 Starbucks and umpteen eating options within a few mins walk, La Bouqeria is 5 mins walk and local transportation options are within 5 mins walk from Plaça de Catalunya.

Good breakfast options at the lobby restaurant, including a manned egg station. Breakfast timing is 7am-11am.

Checkin experience: We received a shock during checkin on hearing that we would have to shell an additional $80 + breakfast charge per additional person (child or adult), since the booking fine print specifically says the rate is for single or double occupancy! This was on top of the ~$600 rate/night for a junior suite which comes with a king bed + a sofa queen bed. However Mr. Suarez at the reception worked patiently with us to figure out the best options and worked his magic along-with his supervisor to ensure we had a pleasant stay by moving us to a family room package for the remaining nights with 2 rooms attached, that worked out cheaper than the suite.

The junior suite was spacious and the bathroom was upgraded.

The family attached rooms - one with king bed and another with 2 twin beds were sufficient, however the furnishings were not as chic as the suite.

Both rooms faced La Ramblas and the street noise was somewhat audible even with closed windows. We did love the liveliness and hustle on the street and the location was perfect.

Taxi ride from airport to hotel took ~40 Euros with luggage, and there are local transportation options - buses A1 and A2 that commute between airport terminals and Plaça de Catalunya that offer cheaper travel.

Note: we also purchased the Hola Barcelona card that provided for limitless local transport in zone 1 for a specified number of hours and that includes airport buses. However we opted for taxi both ways, given kids and luggage.

Desayuno e instalaciones propias de un hitel de 5 estrellas, pero muy poco profesional. Un hotel de 5 estrellas no puede permitirse el error de cobrar dos veces el precio de la estancia. Añadiendo que llamamos para transmitir esta queja y la devolucion del segundo cobro y nos dicen que ya nos llegara y que sino nos esperemos a que llegue el contable. PERO QUE ES ESTO? Despues del presupuesto que nos dejamos en el hotel no se pueden permitir este error y mucho menos no hacer nada para solucionarlo. No volveremos.

The location was perfect - close to everything you'd want to see on a short stay in Barcelona. The room was immaculate and comfortable. We enjoyed the breakfast in the restaurant each morning. The bar is incredibly affordable for an upscale hotel bar. The bartender is friendly and helpful. My partner enjoyed the steam room. Too bad the whirlpool was closed for the winter, as it would have been perfect. The service was wonderful as well - everyone we talked to was pleasant, efficient and helpful.

My only complaint is that the street noise was very clear at night. You could hear almost word for word conversations on the street from the second floor. I am used to city noise and it comes with the location, but the balcony windows are definitely not soundproof. On the other hand, we didn't hear anyone in the rooms adjacent, below or above.

I would absolutely stay here again if my travels brought me to Barcelona again.

El pasado viernes 18 de noviembre hicimos cena de Navidad con la empresa y la comida fue muy muy muy escasa y el servicio limitado. Tb teníamos la opción de tener música hasta las 2 de la mañana pero no iba el equipo.para NO repetir.

This hotel is a beautiful spot with gorgeous, clean, spacious rooms, comfortable beds, and great service. I received excellent help from one of the concierge members named Santiago. He was extremely helpful and attentive, and goes above and beyond to help the guests on every occasion. Absolutely incredible!

Excelente hotel, sin dudas unos de los mejores de Barcelona! La atención del personal excelente y la habitación de lujo. El desayuno con vista a las ramblas una excelente experiencia para comenzar el día. 100% recomendable y repetible.

The room #612 had a consistently horrible odor and multiple carpet stains. We did not ask to be moved because we were quite tired and had already begun unpacking when we realized the nasty odor was consistent. It would only dissipate when we opened windows. The decor was terribly dark, and difficult to see into certain closets or your luggage at night. Wood sections of the floors were worn. The furniture needed updating; however, Staff was excellent and friendly throughout the hotel.

Atención, servicio, comida 10 puntos.
Nos atendió Paulina y desde el primer momento fue todo espectacular.
Sin dudas, volveria una y mil veces mas. Las papas y la paella mas rica del mundo.

Our stay was perfect. Location is the best you could ask for. The staff, especially Liliana and Eduardo, were all amazing to us. Our room and amenities were lovely. Will definitely return.

500+ total nights with Marriott Bonvoy, this place achieves ZERO star for zero empathy, zero flexibility & zero customer service. Marriott Ambassador level means nothing here. I choose Marriott bonvoy properties for their flexible approach & consistent service which suits my changeable work travel schedule. This is supposed to be a 5* hotel, yet when plans change last minute they only care to charge you without any further discussion or flexibility on cancellation. This is the first such problem I've had with any hotel, inside and outside Marriott Bonvoy. Congratulations, your greed for an outrageous cancellation fee resulted in me cancelling my later longer vacation with you - im certain it would not have been any where near the 5 star experience based on how you treat your highest tier loyalty members.

I booked two rooms in the hotel for family vacation when I arrived unfortunately one room was not to my expectations and the other room was not ready until after 5 pm which give bad experience to family as that was their first visit to Barcelona especially after long flight
I think the hotel management could do better job than this to to avoid such hassle

Fuimos a comer al restaurante del hotel. Un sitio muy cómodo, espacioso y tranquilo. Trato agradable. Precio razonable teniendo en cuenta el servicio, la comida y la ubicación del lugar. Hemos comido de lujo.
