DONT GO THERE.
Just came back from the police office to make a police and complain about this company who gave us first a broken bike (we are a couple and rented two bikes), then we came back to the shop and they gave us an other bike but we noticed 10 minutes after that the tire was flat so we called Lemon bike to let us know that we were in need of assistance to take back the bike to the shop but then we couldn’t move it because of the flat tire and they said we don’t care it’s your responsibilities you need to take it back to the shop.
Then after that we had to came back again the one who were still driving and they said ok ok my boss is going to take the bike with the flat tire NOW. She was on the phone with the guy working at the shop. So everyone we’re aware of the story and then later when we came back to drop the bike off because it was the end of the day and AN OTHER STORY COMES OUT, listen!: WE STOLE THE BATTERY FROM ON OF THE BIKES, Hilarious no? SO of course we called the police, they came and: NOTHING! Of course, so we lost our 500€ deposit, nobody care but because of the report we can know that they stole themself the battery. But you won’t win sorry. DONT GO THERE

Contrat de partenariat pour la mise en circulation de 20 vélos dans la cadre du soutien de la Journée Mondiale contre la Sclérose en plaques avec des kits de com d"Appel aux dons" = Annulé au dernier moment par " lemon bikes" pour une raison incroyable "j'aime pas les visuels". Merci la solidarité et les relations de confiance. Très déçus. Toute une production d'enjoliveurs à mettre au rebut, on aurait préférer mettre cet argent dans un don pour la cause INSEP. A bon entendeur solidaire.

Très déçue par l'accueil et les prestations. Je pense qu'ils voient arriver les touristes à 10km car ils ne font pas d'effort pour la communication et si ils peuvent vous arnaquer en prime.
Heureusement ils n'ont pas réussi à gâcher notre weekend dans cette magnifique ville.

WORST PLACE EVER! Don't go there its a scam! They will stole your money, call the police to accuse you back and you will maybe also receive a picture of yourself without asking anything, as you can see bellow (picture of my boyfriend and I having lunch) they followed us all the way! Omg ITS SO CREEPY! I have a lawyer and also made a report! You won't win and I won't give up so good luck lemon bikes xoxo

Arnaque a fuir! Un magasin qui arnaque les touristes sur Barcelone pire que eux n’existe pas! Lisez bien le contract avant de le signer.surtout que le contract ne sera qu’en espagnol.surtout faire attention au lieu de payer 26 euro pour la location il vous arnaque la caution de 500 euro!

A group of us rented ebikes here today the shop came highly recommended by our hotel staff. Service was great, the owner treated us really well, the bikes were perfect and we had a wonderful time on the bicycles.

Lemon bikes is a wonderful bike shop with wonderful people working in it! The process to rent a bike was quick and easy. The bikes run great, and come with a basket and lock. So it’s really easy to sight-see and hop-on hop-off throughout the beautiful city of Barcelona!

Very good location to rent a bike from. They are centrally located in Barcelona so its easy to see all the important sites. The workers are all friendly and went above and beyond to make our experience great.

Store to flee! Very bad management of reservations. The least thing would have been to warn me that you were closed. I could have understood very well given the situation. But it is wrong to leave a customer in the galley on the eve of a race.

Ne vous faites pas avoir lisez bien votre contrat ils n'hésitent pas à entuber les touristes!
