Leonardo Hotel Barcelona Las Ramblas

El salón está bien ubicado. Cerca de la estación de metro Delicioso desayuno. Habitación cómoda.

Hotel impecable de principio a fin. Se proporcionó todo lo que necesitábamos. Las habitaciones eran estupendas y muy cómodas. El desayuno era delicioso y una buena selección de comida. Excelente ubicación a sólo 5 minutos de las Ramblas. Pequeño gran bar en la esquina de la calle.

Muy buena ubicación. La habitación superior estaba bien equipada y daba a la calle con un mini balcón. Buen desayuno. Buen personal.

¡Un desastre absoluto! Probablemente, con diferencia, el peor hotel en el que hemos dormido. El tamaño de la habitación no era razonable, si abrías la puerta básicamente estabas parado en medio de la cama y no podías llegar al baño sin tener que subirte a la cama porque no había 10 centímetros de espacio entre las dos.cama y la pared. ¡Había cucarachas en el baño y no había escobilla de baño!
Dormir estaba fuera de discusión porque si escuchabas algún ruido en el pasillo inmediatamente te sentabas muy derecho en la cama porque había mucho ruido, como si los otros huéspedes del hotel estuvieran entrando directamente a tu habitación.
Los ascensores no funcionaron.
Nunca volveríamos a reservar este hotel y sólo podemos desaconsejarlo.
La ubicación es lo único positivo que se puede mencionar aquí.

Ubicado en una calle tranquila, pero asegúrese de no reservar una habitación en la planta baja. Esos son muy ruidosos todo el tiempo, incluso por la noche.
La piscina es pequeña.
El desayuno estaba bien.

La ubicación en sí está bastante bien, pero en una parte sucia de Barcelona.
La habitación sucia a la llegada se limpió pero aún así.
El desayuno fue decepcionante con poca variedad y pequeño espacio.
Para guardar tu equipaje tienes que pagar dos euros y también cuando sales por retraso en el vuelo.
El hotel organizó un taxi para nosotros, pero se sintió mal y estuvo bien.
Diferencia ida y vuelta 15 euros.

Great hotel in a good location, all room are super clean and new! Staff are super polite and prices are also good. To be in barcelona for a couple of days, choose this hotel for sure.

Chambre spacieuse et très propre, le calme est au rdv. La décoration est originale et harmonieuse. Excellent buffet de petit déjeuner sucré et salé. De bons conseils pour sortir découvrir les bonnes adresses.

The Leonardo hotel team has an excelent reception team! They advise us wonderful places to visit and an excelent restaurant to celebrate our daughter's birthday! We were a family with three children and thanks to them we had a perfect stay! Thank you Philip!

Long time I come to Barcelona and this is the best place I found in this wonderful city, right beside Las Ramblas near everything, awesome breakfast and staff really having a good time

Nice, affordable hotel in the heart of the gothic quarter. Having breakfast rhere is recommended.

El sky bar con pool party, me ha encantado y le da mucho juego al hotel. Y el recepcionista brasileño, muy simpático y servicial. Lo recomiendo.

Despite waiting 5 months we still haven’t received our refund due to Covid-19. Do not pay in advance at this hotel they will steal your money.

The walls are so thin it's like paper, from the room you can hear everything around the floor.
Also terrible attitude of the staff, we were there for business and they ignored our requests to call taxis in advance and constantly mentioned that nothing is their fault.also the elevator was not working and we kept asking them to put a sign since people were confused and they were very rude about it.

Location was good. Although it is a couple streets off the main las ramblas so the area is kind of sketchy. I wouldn't go out alone at night as I didn't feel safe.
Room was very small. The set up of the shower was not good. Water kept pouring out of it as the door only covers the front for some reason.
My main issue was with the lady who checked us in. We had been traveling in Europe for 2 weeks and anytime we went somewhere the front desk people would always give us pointers on places to go and see and eat. She didn't say anything to us and seemed kind of irritated when we were checking in. Also we didn't know this place had a pool until the day we left. That is something you should communicate with your guests. Also 13 euros for breakfast no thank you. Ill just go get some authentic Spanish food instead

Clean place to lay your head. Large breakfast available in separate room for an extra charge. Have a chat with the hist, Borja, he is very friendly. Luggage lockers 2€ available in n case you arrive before 3 o'clock check in time. There's a nice welcoming touch in d form of a basket of green apples & water available by the reception desk. Receptionists, while business like are informative.
Rooms in front have a small balcony but are quite small & the shower stall is claustrophobic, however, rooms in back are somewhat quieter & larger, as the showers, but they have no balcony.
Walking distance to Las Ramblas, Plaza Catalunya & Hop on Hop Off buses & La Boqueria the local produce market. Aside from produce, fish & butchers, this market has a plethora of reasonable eateries, mostly centered on tapas.
The surrounding areas are chock full of cafes, cafeterias & pastry shops.

L’hôtel très bien placé tout près des remblas (ruelles un peu glauques pour y arriver mais c’est un bel établissements).

Les chambres ne sont pas très grandes mais propres, récemment rénovées et très fonctionnelles. L’endroit est calme.

Une étoile de moins pour l’accueil peu chaleureux du personnel quelque soit le moment de la journée.

The police station as I was only 17! The service was amazing and so were the rooms! Think we were given a smaller room than booked but we were still happy. Thank you

The hotel is in an incredibly busy neighborhood that isn't ideal for families traveling with small children, as it also turns a bit rough in the evening. The walls are thin so expect to hear guests in the hallways and slamming doors. The positive is the staff is incredibly nice and the Manager was very understanding when we decided to move hotels.
