Terrible app, very intrusive. You can’t delete your account, and the company doesn’t care about scammers. Avoid at all costs.

Too many good options for selling out there and they do not allow account deletion by any easy means.

Don't download it! Cuz there is no way you can delete your profile forever and only way to get rid of your itwms on this app is to give them for free. None needs an apo for that! Completely violation of privacy and trouble for nothing! And they keep sending u spam to relist your stuff.

This is a big scam, I have been getting emails with cyber threats. The people that threaten me say that they will release "sensitive information" of me if I don't pay then $1000 to $3000 in Bitcoin. I don't recommend making an account with this company since they won't even let you delete your account. Even if you contact them they will never reply.

DO NOT DOWNLOAD THE APP OR CREATE AN ACCOUNT!
There is no way of deleting your account and you will be stuck reviewing their spammy emails forever.
Their are numerous pages on the web dedicated to this issue. It is crazy that they will not allow you to delete your profile.
Also it VERY HARD to sell things on that website as they do not have many users. And the ones they have they will not let them leave.
Just stick to eBay. Your much better off.

Letgo is a scam which DOES NOT LET YOU DELETE YOUR ACCOUNT. THEY MAKE YOU WASTE YOUR TIME EMAILING YOUR REQUEST TO CANCEL IT, BUT IN REALITY THEY NEVER DO. THIS SHOULD NEVER HAPPEN FROM A REPUTABLE COMPANY. PLEASE DO NOT, I SAY DO NOT JOIN LETGO. I WISH I HAD READ THE ENDLESS COMPLAINTS ABOUT CUSTOMERS WHO WANT TO CANCEL THEIR ACCOUNTS, BUT THE COMPANY DOESN'T, KEEPING THEM PERMANENTLY. THERE ARE BETTER OPTIONS TO SELL STUFF.

"Letgo" is aptly named. Once the get your information, they refuse to let go. DO NOT GET THIS APP! You will find it near to impossible to delete the account.

Stay away from the LetGo app. It's the buggiest platform I have ever used. You will go insane trying to get the app to work correctly for you. Don't even get me started on the Allison bot - LET HER GO.

This is a fraudulent website. Somehow they created a profile for me and there is no way to delete it. They have listed items for sale using my name. This should be illegal. The only thing I have been able to do is to send their emails to spam.

Letgo is like a virus. You get swamped by spam and messages. There is no option to delete your account when you finally get fed up with the spam and waste of time. Since they have left out the option to delete your account, in my opinion, this constitutes a virus.

I hardly leave reviews on here, but felt it necessary to warm people. Font trust these positive reviews. This is garbage. Hard to sell items. They have their pages set up so you can’t navigate easily. Can’t deselect marketing tab. Can’t delete profile. This is spam! Don’t do it!

This Buying/Selling service is a sham. I receive constant notifications on my phone even after I take them off. I receive "I'm interested" messages daily and receive no follow up from these other users. And to top it off, there is no way to delete you account. Stick with Craigslist.

I want my account deleted. There is apparently no way to delete your account. I also didn't know that reviews you leave for people were viable to them and others, and cannot be changed.

LetGo is assaulting me with emails. I tried Customer Service, I tried unsubscribing and I even deleted my account. Still. Getting. Emails. HEY LET GO! LET ME GO!

Terrible company with an aggressive and intrusive app. No way to delete account and constant automated notifications that you can’t turn off

Spam app. Flooded daily with emails and no way to unsubscribe. Stay away and stick with Kijiji.
