Rude service. Not willing to help the customers who want to buy these super expensive sneakers. Upset

Service is the WORST you will ever see if you step in this store. This "sneaker" store doesen't earn even 1 star. Even in alcatraz would be nicer service

I bought awwsome shoes from a very very nice french lady! Super helpful and took her time to help me find the perfect size. My bf loved the service so much and the cool unique shoes he wanted to check out the mens store on DUC to find some cool shoes for him as well. Unfortunately the mens store is not as helpful and as kind as the women's store. The handsome boy full of hella cool tattoos seems he rather be anywhere else but working helping ppl. Its a total shame becuse it seems to be a recurring problem among the reciews. My bf said it was the hipster culture but 100% not true. We've been to many other places in Barcelona with the cool vibe (hipster) and not once have we been treated like we were in the way. Considering the prices arent 100 euros. I hope the hipster boy gets the job of his dreams becuse customer service is just not for him. I also hope the owner maybe gives him a buying position or something perhaps just away from the attending clients. This place deserves 5 stars for the selection and that helpful French lady. The hipster boy was truly unfortunate.

Even though my desire pair of shoes isn't available yet, the staff is very helpful and polite.
There are a wide range of shoes (special edition), you may try your luck when visiting this great City.

One of the best shops in town for getting special sneakers, and the guy working there had honest and helpful advice!

Fui a comprar unas Nike element 87 y el dependiente (de tatuajes en el cuello) es un mal educado, prepotente, arrogante; en definitiva un trato lamentable dejando a la tienda en mal nombre. Las comprare por internet.

La mejor tienda que he visitado en Barcelona, la dueña es muy muy maja, me ha dado la oportunidad de probarme el par que quería y los precios no están muy hinchados, puesto que soy de fuera, no se cuando voy a volver, pero espero que no sea muy tarde, servicio bueno, productos buenos, limitados y de calidad, muy buena experiencia

Horrible service and worst attitude. Staff was very condescending and I believe did not want to serve us at all. "This place is not Footlocker to try items". As we were trying items like other customers, he said the other customers had a higher purchase amounts so it was okay for them to keep "trying different items". Noted that a purchase was MADE at the store and we were provided the display piece while the other customers with bigger purchases were treated like kings. The staff also said that the outlet was cheap and said to go to the other main store. Does not deserve a star and was by far the worst service ever experienced.

Esta tienda es una estafa y irrespinsable, hace unos dias pregunte por un modelo de zapatos y me dijieron que lo tendrian en 2 o 3 dias y fui a por los zapatos 3 dias despues pero resulta que se negaron de lo que habia escuchado era cierto y era yo quien entendio mal, si la persona que me atendio se entero mal o cualquier otra cosa simplemente que me pidan disculpa y ya esta no hace falta que se inventen esta excusa tan barata de que yo entendi mal, espero que no hayan hecho con mas personas. Una muy buena tienda, pero los dependientes son lo peor que puedes encontrar entras a la tienda y no te dicen ni un hola y cuando vas a preguntar algo el chico ni te mira a la cara esto es una p**a basura sobre todo el chico asiatico.
