Live Further, Barcelona

Tuve una gran experiencia con LF durante mi semestre de intercambio en Barcelona. Alquilé una habitación en un piso en Eixample Esquerra. Recomendaría la empresa y la ubicación a cualquiera.

La habitación era bastante pequeña, pero cubrió mis necesidades durante mis 6 meses y el apartamento tenía excelentes instalaciones. La región estaba bien comunicada con transporte público y era muy segura.

Excelente servicio, excelentes inquilinos y un excelente apartamento por el precio. La ubicación también era excelente.
No tengo ninguna queja real sobre mi estancia de 2 meses en esta empresa mientras realizaba mis prácticas en el extranjero.
Además, ¡también organizan fantásticos eventos sociales!

I had a really nice experience with Live Further. I lived 5 months in a Live Further Apartment. The flat was fully equipped and really comfortable, and the flatmates were also well-selected. The colleagues of the company are really helpful and kind and always available if you need any help or if you have a question. I did not have any major problems with the renting process or throughout my stay in their flat. They also organise different kinds of activities or events for their tenants, these are really good if you would like to get to know new people and have fun. So, I highly recommend if you need a room in Barcelona, I would definitely rent a room at LiveFurther!

Desde un principio, las personas que trabajan en Live Further resolvieron amablemente mis dudas. El día que llegué al aeropuerto se encargaron de contratar un transporte privado para irme a recoger y dejarme en mi alojamiento. También, me ofrecieron conocer a otro chico que se alojaba con ellos en otro departamento para que me contará su experiencia con la empresa y me diera tips sobre Barcelona y el área.

La experiencia en el departamento siempre fue buena, mi cuarto era sencillo pero muy acogedor. Se hacía limpieza de las zonas comunes una o dos veces al mes y cualquier problema ya fuera de fontanería, electricidad y otro ámbito se trataba de resolver inmediatamente. Constantemente suelen organizar eventos para conocer a otros chicos de los otros departamentos.

En general, agradezco a Live Further por ser una excelente empresa, sobre todo a Marc, Emilia, Sophie, Silvia y Mane qué siempre trataron de mostrarse amables conmigo. Sin duda alguna, si tuviera la oportunidad de regresar los volveré a buscar.

I just loved it! Living in Live Further was one of my liftetime experiences! The staff was amazing and they were ready to help with everything! My apartment in Carrer de Sant Joan de Malta was so beautiful, fully equiped, spacious with a lot of natural light and I miss it already! Definitely will return again!

Good company! Definitely recommend LiveFurther. The fast pace of their service is incredible when there is something broken or missing. Nice people overall and definitely trustworthy. It's not only for short term but also for longer term if you are working. Also if you are new in town, they give you an option to join their community to socialize and make some friends along the way.

I spent 4 months in Barcelona to do my Erasmus internship. Barcelona is famous for being a city where it’s very difficult to find good accommodation for a reasonable price - scammers and different living conditions. Using a trustworthy agency Live Further protected me from these obstacles. They are a young professional team that provides students and workers accommodation.
I chose the shared apartment in El Clot in a student building. My room was clean, spacious and bright enough with a desk, closet and comfortable double bed. The apartment was equipped with all you can think of - speed wifi, washing machine and dryer, fridge with freezer, and dishwasher. They provide regular check-ups as prevention for all the amenities and every other week a cleaning lady comes in to clean all the common spaces. The reservation process was very easy and convenient.
I have to emphasize the quality of service they provide in general. They are super nice, work with a buddy system, respond quickly, and try to proactively solve all requests. Thanks for everything!

I stayed 5 and a half months in an apartment in LF. The company is very professional, they make a rental contract for the time of stay. They keep the apartments clean with furniture in very good condition, if you have any inconvenience they manage it in a short time by leaving a message on the website, the staff is very attentive. The flat is shared with people who study/work. I recommend it!

I have rented a comfort room in Vancouver apartment as I was having an intensive Spanish course for the month of November in Barcelona.

The apartment as well as the room was fresh and clean, fully renovated, well organized and equipped with everything to cover my needs. The location was perfect as Lesseps neighborhood is really quiet and peaceful and one of the best in the city. Only 10 minutes away from the city center using the metro whose routes are really frequent (almost every 2 minutes).

Approximately 12 minutes walking from Lesseps you will find the neighborhood of Gracia which is really vivid, having a wide variety of local bars and restaurants and many places that people hang out.

To summarize, Live Further is a great agency providing an exceptional service and it is highly recommended for everyone looking for a place to stay in Barcelona.

Special thanks to Emilia for being exceptional in helping with all the arrangements from the beginning till the end of my stay. The cleaning lady Silvia was adorable too.
