The sheets were dirty and only got changed at the 2nd night
Bathroom was also not clean enough
Not going back to this one.

The communication was really terrible. They don't reply to whatsapp messages, and I had to talk to 4 or 5 different agents to arrange the check in.
They required me to provide an exact time when I would be in the apartment, although they knew I was flying and I could not do any better than providing my flight details and trying to estimate.

On the day of checkout, they didn't offer a solution for our luggage storage, which is a very basic service I would expect when paying ~1000 EUR a night for accommodation. They never replied to my message telling them I forgot something in the apartment.
A couple of days after checking out, I realized they charged 121 EUR for "extra cleaning service", while we really left the apartment in a great condition. Of course they did it without letting me know before.

I'll never use their service again.

Value for money very low! The apartment is far from the pictures they are posting.
The beds are uncomfortable and the the windows are not closed properly.
The service of the owners is very poor and you can find much better apartments in Barcelona for a lower price.
Stay away!

I don't know where to begin,
Apartments don't look like in the pictures, everything is dirty and neglected
filthy sofas, broken beds, and a dirty bathroom
as well as a neglected garden
There was nothing in a reasonable condition, a big disappointment, and I'm not even talking about the expensive price we paid.

STAY AWAY!

Great apartment and an amazing service. Especially Ana, she was so helpful, kind and patient: any time I had an issue it got resolved in no time!

Me encantó el apartamento. Además de que la zona es genial, la atención y todos los detalles están muy cuidados. Creo que nunca había dormido en un cama tan genial fuera de casa. Gracias.

Last December i have made a booking for 22 nights for the end of July and a total amount 2000 eu. I have paid the 30% for guarantee, 600eu. At the starting of June i sent an email for cancelation due to the covid 19 issue and because i live aboard and we couldn't travel to other countries. Due to agreement and the terms and conditions my cancelation was above 30 days from the arrival and so i was only paying a penalty of 5%. The office didnt respond but the ve been telling me that they was closed, but due to the airbnb calendar the appartment was booked again for seperate dates between my booking, so they was working at the office. After i tried to reached them again and again the only thing they keep saying me was that they work far from the office and they need some time to find my information and the receipt so they can refund my money. This was keep doing for 3 months and about 5 or 6 emails. After that i found all the emails from the first one to the last one with all the details and the receipt. The keep telling me that the office is closed and i must wait more time to find their receipt that i was already sent to them. After 4 months i finaly proposed a solution that everyone will be ok. I will travel to barcelona next summer and i asked them not to return my guarantee but to keep it and sent me an email that i can book the same apartment for the same period for the same price with the same guarantee. They wouldn't have to refund anything. After that email, they ve passed 10 days and i have none respond of them. It's very clean now that they didn't have any attention to refund me but they were keep telling me lies again and again for several months. Probably they will be other clients with same problem. It's a big issue because if they don't give back the guarantee as it is confirmed at the booking they still money from people. I hope everybody who reads this will be more careful and didnt get robbed from this office. I hope also if there are other victims to report their story.

Es la 4ª vez que nos alojamos en los apartamentos de Lodging, y la verdad es que siempre quedamos satisfechos de la relación calidad-precio que nos ofrecen.
La última vez nos alojamos en uno de sus apartamentos en la C/ Sant Pau, como en otras ocasiones todo estaba limpio y en buen estado además de buenísima ubicación, y la anterior en un apartamento de la zona de la barceloneta, con impresionantes vistas, una decoración muy cuidada y bien equipado, como los otros.
No tenemos duda de que en nuestras futuras visitas a Barcelona contactaremos con ellos los primeros para encontrar nuestro alojamiento.
Hemos de decir que el personal nuevamente ha estado atento y dispuesto a ayudar, contestando nuestros correos efectiva y rápidamente.

Barcelona is huge and has lots of apartments, look elsewhere, unless you want unexpected fees. Checked out of the apartment on time and left our bags in the apartment as we were told we could do. Then hours later we were told to remove our bags from the room as new guests has arrived which was perfectly acceptable. The guests mentioned at the time that the bathroom was not clean and asked if we had used it after it had been cleaned, which we hadn't. Upon returning home we were disgusted to receive an extra fee, presumably for cleaning. We had kindly left the next tenants beer, water, milk and chocolate in the fridge which had somehow dissapeared once the cleaning person had been. AVOID.
