J'ai pu trouver la propriété souhaitée à Barcelone en très peu de temps: 2 mois, de la première visite à la signature chez le notaire.
Inconcevable en France.
Je l'avoue, j'ai eu la chance de traiter avec son agent immobilier, Noemi Simon Zurera de Lucasfox, une personne extraordinaire.

Oscar Bencomo, honestamente, es el agente mejor que he encontrado en Barcelona. Despues de mostrarme un piso, hablando con el, entendio exactamente lo que buscaba, y proactivamente empezo a enviarme anuncios interesantes. Me proporciono todos los detalles necesarios y tambien cuando le pedi' aun mas detalles, rápidamente se dirigió a ellos y se enteró en mi nombre. No solo esto. Lucas Fox provided excellent service in the search and closing of my apartment in Barcelona. I worked with Patrick Zwetsloot for several months, visiting over a dozen apartments until I found the right one. Throughout the search, he was extremely helpful and atuned to what I needed and what I was looking for. Patrcik was also supportive in the process of securing a mortgage, which was more difficult as an expat, and he went above and beyond to help me close the deal. I can definitely recommend going through Lucas Fox for any real estate business.

Lucas Fox and Nick Trafford provided an excellent service and helped me to purchase an apartment in Barcelona. I only had 5 work days available for a visit and came on a short notice when the travel from US to Spain became possible after the COVID restrictions were lifted. Nick was fully prepared. We toured a dozen of properties, made an offer, and got it accepted - all in just 4 days. Lucas Fox also put me in touch with a lawyer who helped with setting up bank accounts and provided legal guidance on the offer letter and the purchase contract. I was able to complete the purchase less than two months later from US. Now Lucas Fox is helping me to find renters and also hooked me to a property management company. Overall, this is a white glove service that can help with purchasing and managing properties even if you are doing it from overseas.

Yo y mi mujer estuvimos buscando un piso para comprar durante más de un año y Patrick nos ha ayudado mucho, con mucha profesionalidad. Siempre nos enviaba informes con las propiedades nuevas que encajaban con nuestro perfil y nos contestaba con mucha rapidez. En las visitas, nos daba el espacio necesario y compartía toda la información del piso, con la transparencia que no todos los agentes tienen. And its not just the countless beautiful apartments he showed me, and his resilience every time I found a reason to reject them bc I didnt like this or that about each one of them. What made the experience with Nick so truly above and beyond was his ability and energy for making the impossible possible. When I struggled with mortgage applications, he came up with new ideas and suggestions for how I could make the financing work that even my finance advisor wasn't thinking of. When I struggled to understand if certain structural changes were possible in an apt I finally wanted to buy, he was the first to find a trusted builder to come evaluate, who I am now using to renovate the entire flat. And when it came to the final apartment contract signing, he was there by my side explaining to me every detail, tip and procedure with an excitement as if he was buying the flat for himself. This package of customer service, knowledge and personality is unbeatable. Im of course recommending Nick to everyone I know and so look forward to whenever the opportunity comes again to search for another apartment with him. One of the worst experiences for Real Estate in Barcelona. 3 months later after the checkout, I have not received news of my deposit. They stopped answering emails, phone, etc. Be aware! /
