Lugaris Beach - Barcelona Beach Apartments

Great and spacious rooms with a full kitchen including an oven and stovetop. The staff was very helpful and friendly and the rooftop pool was a great perk. The location was convenient for what we were trying to do in the city and is also right across the street for the beach. To reach things more in the center of the city, it was only a 9 or so minute walk to L4 on the metro which could take you most places you need to be. Would definitely recommend for anyone who wants to stay in a quieter part of town.

The apartment is large, 1 bedroom with large bed and wardrobe, living room with a small additional bed and big sofa.many big windows allowing lots of sunshine. There are blinds but white. The apartment is fully equipped. The beach is across the street, very nice and clean and not very crowded. You can rent an umbrella and lounge.each cost Euro 15.0 which is expensive. There is a beach bar serving food and drinks. We liked everything except the fact that no cleaning and no towels. There were 2 big towels and 2 small, and you have to wash and dry them yourself in the washing machine. In our case the drying program didnt work. Also you have to collect the garbage yourself and place it in the dedicated area in the backstreet. Be aware that the reception works until 6 or 7 pm, so if you plan to arrive after that you have to contact them in advance. Around the hotel many restaurants and very nice park.

We booked two two-bedroom apartments for 9 people and thought it to be a very comfortable stay. Having two bathrooms in each apartment really helped. We were able to navigate calls in different rooms while working from here. WiFi is strong and reliable in the room.there’s a small pool and a nice sunny deck on the 5th floor. (The WiFi isn’t great on pool deck - so not a place you’d be able to work from) The apartments are well stocked with quality toiletries, a microwave, a washing machine, a fridge, a kettle and plenty of cutlery. The check in process was very smooth.

It’s not super close to the centre of the city but does offer better value for money compared to similar listings closer to the centre. It’s also right by the beach. We found a fungus covered bowl in the dishwasher, which was unnerving but probably just an oversight.

This is our first trip after my husbands serious surgery, the staff went out of their way to communicate through email in advance for any questions I had. They had our room ready very early which was incredibly helpful. The place was perfect! Location, accommodation, staff. I had to call twice for two questions while there and they were very quick to answer. Everything was just fantastic and would highly recommend staying here.

LOVED our stay here. It was perfect for our 8-day trip. The place is steps away from the bus stop, the park, and the beach. Train is. Ren minute walk away, and there are plenty of restaurants and supermarkets in the vicinity. Staff were very helpful and very communicative which I appreciate. Our lodging had everything we needed - if I come back to Barcelona, I will definitely be rebooking.

My husband, toddler and I stayed at Lugaris Beach a couple of weeks ago. Our flight was very delayed and we didn't get in until late but the staff were very friendly and accommodating. The shuttle ride from the airport was amazing and the optional packages (like a grocery run) were so helpful to feed the little one in the next morning. They also supplied us with a travel cot. The layout of the rooms (separate bedroom) was ideal, and allowed the little one to sleep while my husband I could stay up and not have to whisper in the dark. We had a wonderful experience. Highly recommend!

Really nice apartments near the beach and with city-view. Poblenou is very attractive with green areas and restaurants. Easy to go to the city. We will be back to stay in ‘our’ apartment.

Excellent place to stay in a convenient location right next to the main Rambla and the beach.
Only one recommendation ; as we stayed in April the pool was very cold so could benefit from being heated to allow use all year round.
Maybe also some seating/ refreshments on the Terrace too.

This is a good spot, good generally for what it is, and choosing a sea facing high floor room was great. Clean, light, airy, all good.

Minor things: I don't know how it is possible for a kettle to leak, but it did and made a mess. They were very good about replacing it though. But, I also don't know why the bath leaks, and we can't be the first to notice that (or the kettle?). (You will get better priced Nespresso capsules in the nearby supermarkets than they sell them at reception.) If they had an actual smart TV it would make it more useful for the non spannish speakers who have a decent phone to throw things from, you will want to pack an HDMI if you want to show your own accessible media.

In the end a pleasant 8-night stay, with a bit of an aesthetic shock to start.
We arrived past 9pm, so had to pay for a late check-in, which was a bit of an adventure as the night reception phone number person didn't speak english so just put us on hold a bunch of times and we had doubts that we'd be let in. All turned out ok and the security person that opened for us was very nice. But upon first impact, the apartment was not as pictured. I was looking forward to staying in the place in the photos - a 2BR 2 bath apartment with colourful walls and modern white furniture and various throw pillows, blankets and lounging chairs. The walls were white or brown and the furniture was standard hotel issue brown fake wood, which I found very disappointing. The towels were super thin, and some were stained or had holes. The bed sheets were also threadbare.
We complained the next morning and were shown another unit that had the same furniture and a worse view. We opted to stay with the unit given, which had a huge living room, tons of windows and light, and a very nice city view, with a side view of the nearby sea. The receptionist really did everything to resolve our problems, and gave us better seats for the table, and a coffee table that was missing. I rearranged the furniture in a more logical way, and once we lived there for a few days we really had to admit that the space was very comfortable. The kitchen is great, with a dishwasher and oven, ideal for covid-era cooking at home.
The neighbourhood is wonderful. We walked on the beach a lot and enjoyed the public spaces for picnicking and watching the locals swim in december, surf, etc. Nearby are a ton of little local stores and also a good local market. I was able to walk to my business meetings in the nearby university area (which is why we picked this spot).
In the end, ok, i wish there were colourful walls because beauty is important to me, but the light, view, quiet place, good kitchen and comfortable bed made up for the initial lacks.

The apartment was like a sweet home for me for almost 03 months: super bright, clean, comfortable, very well equipped and with a great view. The shower was excellent, as was the bed, sofa and wifi. The neighborhood is far my favorite in the city, with walking distance nice cafés, restaurants and beautiful beaches and parks. The services provided by all the staff were excellent. The work team was friendly, easy to be reached by message, with good professionals, with special emphasis on Eva, Flori, Juaquin and all the cleaning ladies, who made my stay easy and pleasant. Definitely, I had a great time there.

Myself and my family stayed for 9 days in the Lugaris apartments and we had a fantastic stay from check in to check out. The staff were excellent and so helpful giving us extra towels and printing some docunments for us.
The actual apartment was spotlessly clean, very well equipped, extremly comfortable and furnished in a modern and comfortable style.

The reception and management are really bad, the apartment is average, not worth the price at all.
The receptionist called Rafael didn't extend our stay, even though we had requested and confirmed, as proved. Maybe he forgot how to do his job.who knows. When we, obviously very angry, told the managers, they were really nasty and didn't even try to accommodate us or finding a solution, knowing that we have a baby and the mistake was done from their side.
Whatever answer they might write below here, is just a miserable attempt to save their face.
They have caused us huge problems because we really needed to stay a few more days because of family issues.

The apartment was fine, but the management company who rents the apartments is deeply flawed. Due to a delayed plane, we arrived shortly after the office closed, but had spoken to the office who knew in advance. After 7 PM you can only speak to the answering service, not to the management company. They kept saying that someone was about to arrive, no one ever did, and after over an hour we had to give up and go to a hotel. We were never contacted with an apology. There are other agencies who rent in the same apartment complex, I suggest you use those. The Lugaris staff are incompetent.

Lovely apartament, a lot of light, loooved the couch was so comfy I slept on it.
The bed was also good, loved that you can open all the windows to get fresh air in the morning, very clean.

I absolutely love and appreciate Lugaris Beach apartments. First of all if your coming in from Holiday and out of the country it is a great location because of how close it is to the Poblenou Ramblas. Everything you need is just steps away. The beach? Steps away.

The rooms are really good, furniture can use a bit of updating but everything is well suitable for a long term stay.

The staff are the best. I had booked a week long family stay since before Covid. We probably rescheduled 3 diff times in the attempt to come from the U. S. There was always a communication through e-mail throughout the Pandemic, and they even assured us that our stay would be accepted even if we had to change it. They gave me the re assurance that my reservation would never get lost in " red tape " you cant ask for me. Shoutout to Myriam for staying in communication with me during the reservation and never making me feel apprehensive about my stay.

The lovely ladies in reception were also great during my stay. Always available and always ready to assist me for whatever i needed. They spoke a multitude of languages.

Only two couple of points of improvements that i have are really minor: Furniture can use a bit of updating, looked a bit aged. And TV's can use an upgrade to smart tv's that have built in apps. (theyre not expensive anymore) and i would be able to plug and play content.

It is my second stay here as i have stayed for Primavera festival before. And i will continue coming here and staying with Lugaris!

Great apartment and very friendly personnel. Just a few blocks away from Rambla de Poble Nou with lots of cafes, bars and restaurants. In just 5min you walk to the beach and beach bars. We are still here and enjoying our holiday very much!
