Lugaris Rambla - Barcelona Beach Apartments

I think this place has an identity crisis. Yes it's a short term rental apartment advertised with everything you need but they provide only a basic level of necessity to get you "started". We got only 3 rolls of toilet paper for 4 people for 6 night, when asked for more they said to buy it ourselves. We stayed at another place and they had and endless supply. Their door was very hard to operate. The office said they will send someone and they never came. Then halfway during our stay, someone had to come by to switch our bed for no apparent reason and it couldn't wait until AFTER our stay. They also provide no host to walk us 2 blocks to our unit or tour of the place. Yes the unit had everything but the bathroom is between both bedrooms and you need to lock both sides or someone might come in. Basically, figure it out yourself. The hot water in only good for 1.5 showers and the washing machine takes over 5 hours that was suppose to include drying, nope still wet. We gave up talking to the office because we were told it's an apartment and we are giving basic starters supplies. Should not advertise as hotel. Super glad to have left.

O apartamento é muito bom, bem confortável, localizado num bairro com muitas opções de restaurantes, supermercados e comércio.
No entanto, ficamos num apartamento no 1° andar, em cima dos restaurantes e o ruído nos incomodou um pouco.

Estuvimos alojados 24 días en los departamentos de Rambla y volveríamos alojarnos. La atención del personal es super amable y los dptos.son muy cómodos. La mejora que sugiero es que tengan back up de cajas de seguridad, porque tuvimos inconveniente con nuestra caja de seguridad y como era un problema no solucionable solo con reemplazo y no disponían en esos días.

Bad service, we were forced to cancel our reservation shortly before the stay, because we did not meet the conditions they imposed on us

The apartment is great for 3/4 people. The terrace is amazing, has lots of sun and space. Slight issue about the noise: lots of constructions around the block which is pretty noisy. Location is amazing, 3 minutes walk from the beach and great food options.

Great apartments, great location, great staff. Apartments very clean and bright, great location in a lovely area.

We were looking for a large comfortable apartment fully furnished and serviced and we found it. A parking spot in the garage, close enough to walk to the Barcelona Sailing Center and right by the rambla of Poblenou for local atmosphere, grocery shopping and eating out.

Was nice to stay in your apartment and being overclassed for free. Wi-Fi was not working but staff was nice and let me stay 1 more hour when I asked. Kitchen full of stuff, but next apartments are noisy on morning when cleaning team is here. Couch and bed really comfy but street a little bit too noisy because of Carnaval. Great design, great access. I definitely recommend it, good price.

My husband and I totally enjoyed ourselves. The complex is conveniently located next to public transportation, as well as withing walking distance of many boutiques, grocery stores, restaurants, and wonderful walking paths by the beach. The staff was very helpful too the entire time we were there.

Los apartamentos en sí están fenomenal, tienen todas las comodidades que puedas necesitar para que no te falte de nada, además están casi nuevos. La valoración en general es excelente, de muy alta calidad, por un precio bastante asequible.

We had a great time at Lugaris. Everything was perfect, service, the staff and the apartment itself. We loved loved it

Very nice appartments and well equiped. Modern interior and of course free wifi. The area of Poble Nou is very nice and in a few minutes away from all the nice places you want to see in Barcelona.

El apartamento esta perfectamente hubicado, cerca de la playa y de la Rambla del Poblenou donde hay muchos restaurantes y terrazas para tomar algo. Si el secador de pelo de la habitación fuese mejor habría sido 5 de 5 estrellas pero muy contentos con el servicio y con el apartamento en sí

Das Apartment war sehr gut und es war alles da, was man braucht. Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt!

We stayed at the apartment located in Rambla de Poblenou street. The street is very busy, and could be noisy during the night.
Apartment is nice, missing a few details, but overall very good. Customer service is excellent, reception desk is very helpfull.
Would come back again.

This place was beyond what we expected. Super friendly staff, room was immaculate. The beds were comfortable, the room was beautiful and had many windows with black out shades. It was quiet, and very private. It’s a walk to the best beach and they supply beach towels, umbrellas, and chairs at no charge. Easy check in/out with storage in case you want to leave your bags. Wish we could’ve stayed longer.

A very nice apartment block, pleasantly decorated with modern clean furnishings. We had taken a two bedroom flat which was on the 1st floor. It was very spacious and comfortable, nice kitchen unit which was self sufficient with all necessary utensils, dishwasher etc. The air conditioning was good but slightly difficult to get the right temperature.

Pros: nice airy clean apartment with plenty of natural light, large windows and double blinds, lift. Very nice location close to the beaches which enabled us to take regular evening walks - very lively atmosphere along the promenade with lots of children and families playing/exercising etc. Taxis were available/bookable readily and arrived at the correct times promptly. It was also walking distance to Poblenou metro on L4 line which was a 10 min travel to city centre.cons: Although the advertised picture of the apartments had a swimming pool, we found that it was small, not heated and therefore relatively not usable for most of the year. The water was quite cold. Two dishwasher and washing machine tablets were provided. When we asked to buy an additional dish washer tablet there was great reluctance from the staff who said they expected us to purchase it from the local supermarket - which unfortunately only sold in large packs. Although the clothes washing machine had a drying function and kept going for 3 hrs, the clothes were still quite damp at the end, and perhaps needed to be line dried (for which we did not have the time - and had to take damp/heavy clothes back). Although the staff seemed to be friendly and helpful we felt they weren't helpful enough and I had to extract all the necessary information with multiple questions - it is possible they were overworked but I would have expected a higher level of sophistication and courtesy for the level of money being charged for the apartments.
