Lo siento mucho, la experiencia la semana pasada en el salón, no fue muy buena. Fui con dos amigas a hacernos pedicure, nos demoraron un montón a las tres, era la ultima hora, se retiraban todas, muy feo.me dio mucha pena, ya que vivo muy cerca y deseaba tener un lugar para ir frecuentemente. La reserva la hicimos con tiempo, y nos llamaron antes para confirmar, y así y todo fue mucha espera. Lo siento mucho pero no nos gusto

He estado para una pedicura. El sitio es precioso y transmite mucha calma. Y además, está en pleno centro de Barcelona. Pero lo que me impresionó es que nunca me habían hecho una pedicura con tanto mimo en el detalle. La profesional que la hizo fue muy amable y estuvo pendiente de que estuviera a gusto. Además, miramos juntas el color, no limitándose solo a preguntarte qué color quieres. ¡Gracias Angélica!

He ido ya un par de veces y la atención es muy buena, los estilistas son muy profesionales, saben lo que hacen. Mi cabello es bastante complicado de manejar, lo tenia reseco y quebradizo por lo que empecé haciéndome una hidratación de botox para mantenerlo hidratado y luego un alisado, ambos están increíbles. Lo mejor es que todos los productos son orgánicos.

Muy buen trato y muy buen trabajo. La mejor manicura con extensión de gel que me han hecho nunca (y he ido a muchos sitios). Muchas gracias

Siempre que estoy en Barcelona me hago pedicure ahí, me dejan los pies increíbles, me siento súper consentida, la atención a cliente es increíble y honesta.
Un día me iba a cortar el pelo y el chico me lo inspeccionó y me dijo que no me lo cortaría por que no lo neceistaba lo cual me dejo muy satisfecha por su honestidad, sin duda cuando vuelva regresaré ahí para probar el corte.

Sin duda es lugar perfecto para estar relajados y bien atendidos ¡Soy fan!

Service is good.if you want to visit once, it's fine. I'm living in BCN and it's very often when I booked the service, they cancel just right before for whatever reason without any notice.

First time Brazilian experience and was absolutely wonderful. Greeted at the door by a very nice women. Jana, the technician was amazing, super informative and definitely knows what she’s doing. She makes you feel completely comfortable and the pain was almost next to nothing except on super sensitive areas. I would recommend this service to anyone and definitely becoming a regular here. Had the Brazilian waxing and a manicure and I have to say - frank and honest- both were the best I’ve ever had! Waxing with so much less pain because of the different wax they use (Australian). Also nice atmosphere right in the Heart of Barcelona

Appalling customer service. I have never been spoken to so rudely by a member of staff at a spa I want to spend my money in and be treated well. Terribly mannered.

I went to get waxed (full Brazilian) for the first time EVER. I got waxed by a very nice woman who I did not catch the name of.

I came in and asked if they spoke English and asked for a Brazilian. They said they were fully booked for the day, unless I wanted to get waxed that moment, which is thankfully exactly what I was planning. The wax did not hurt, very mild pain at the peak of the session and the woman was very accommodating and nice.

I would definitely become a regular if I lived in the area, so instead I will recommend this to anyone looking for a good waxing place!

Everything was perfect, aside from not being able to leave a tip from my card. I didn’t have any euros on me so I left USD regretfully, but I wanted to show my appreciation.

I do quite like it, but they raised prices for one of their services for 10€ from one day to another, was quite a surprise when I came over as no one mentioned to me on the phone and as a regular customer I didn’t check the website for the price. A bit too expensive now

My feelings are quite mixed. I loved the overall quality, however I had a 1: 30pm appointment for a manicure and didn’t leave the store until 4: 30pm and therefore missed another appointment because of it. I also asked the host twice how much it would cost and after inspecting my nails she said it would cost £60. When it was time to pay, another woman quoted me £90 which is significantly higher. She explained why it would be more, however that was never explained to me throughout, and I feel it’s much too expensive. The day before I had also asked for an eyebrow wax and instead they tweezed with no wax which was quite painful, and I was charged £45. I wasn’t overly pleased with the shape as they cleaned them up, but I feel as there’s no defined shape. I wouldn’t mind so much if it wasn’t so expensive and if I didn’t have to wait 3 hours for a nail appointment. I probably wouldn’t return.
