Me he alojado en este lugar por dos noches, todo estuvo bien y el chico de recepción, JOHN, fue muy servicial y sorprendente, recomendaré este

Es un albergue sencillo y básico pero muy práctico. Es de hacer recalcar que su atención es muy amable. Si buscas un sitio que tenga cerca el metro, tren, autobús y comercio y zonas lúdicas es una buena elección. Sin olvidar que es muy económico para poder estar en un lugar muy céntrico de Barcelona. Sin lujos pero muy útil. GENIAAALLL.

Si te gustan los hospedajes poco concurridos pero en zonas estratégicas para la movilidad y la alimentación, este es tu lugar. Además, el personal es muy amable y los cuartos con buena higiene

Pasamos una noche en Mambo Tango. Todo fue perfecto, el personal muy amable, acogedor y disponible con una recepción abierta las 24 horas.
Las habitaciones están muy bien equipadas con enchufes para cada cama, aire acondicionado.

Los lugares son tranquilos y la clientela respetuosa del ritmo de los demás.

Las zonas comunes (duchas, cocinas y aseos) están impecables, muy muy limpias.

Y si se te ha olvidado la pasta de dientes o el champú, no te preocupes: ¡hay algunos disponibles!

En resumen: recomiendo este establecimiento al 100%:)

Primero positivo. La ubicación es absolutamente impresionante. Muy céntrico. Todo a poca distancia.
Negativo, 300 euros por noche por habitación con baño compartido y ducha compartida en el PISO (!). Lo entendería si las habitaciones fueran geniales. Pero mucho olor a moho y humedad. Así no es como funciona.el personal fue muy amable. El desayuno no era el desayuno. Perdón por ofrecer dulces envueltos en papel de aluminio y café en tazas mal enjuagadas a este precio. Muy pesado para los estándares europeos

It was just ok - we've booked the double private room and was not as shown in the pics. The room was very humid (no window in the bathroom and the room window was located below the ceiling) The bathroom was not the best, in the shower the water pressure was definitely too strong.wifi connection was not working well.
One night we could hear music until late at night from some nearby pub and just outside the room there's a small shared terrace that makes almost impossible to have privacy if someone is sitting there.

Plus points: the location is very good, the staff is nice and the room was clean.

Mambo Tango es un local ideal. Mis amigos vinieron a verme y durmieron un par de noches allí! Y van a repetir!

Primer viaje a Barcelona pero no el último, el ambiente es genial, especialmente la noche de tapas, conocemos gente de diferentes orígenes, es genial.

An excelent solution if you are in Barcelona and want Just a Place to rest in. Clean spaces (I was in the eight bed bedroom). Andres the receptionist Is great and can help you with almost anything you Need. The position Is terrific, near the underground station of Paral-lel and Just few meters away from poble sec, where you can join a great tapas experience. Hope to go back soon!

Ok place. But a red haired staff member inconvenienced me by not letting me leave luggage in their luggage room just for an hour.

I was in this hostel for like 5nights and liked it a lot.
Nice&quiet small hostel with clean beds with curtain and all stuff necessary (locker, socket)
The staff was very kind “son todos muy caramelos dulces” including la “Che-Bol…” the Venezuelans are cool and la Eularia (Ocularia) funny

I would recommend them for sure

Only lacalization is perfect. Close to the metro station, to the beach, shops, bars, parks. But they did not response for my message when I asked for change the date of my arrival. They even did not reject my request. Finally, I cancelled my booking via Airbnb and got less money back, because I was waiting for the reply from them. I need to check out earlier, I paid one more day, to be fair, because I farthest 12, so 1 hour after of the time of check out and they did not try be fair.

La atencion del venezolano fue increible, me explicó bastante sobre barcelona, estuve con un amigo y nos ha encantado el hotel, el resto del personal super amable, es un ambiente tranquilo! Si algun dia vuelvo a barcelona, me volveria a quedar aqui, nada mas por la atencion de su personal! XD

It would be great a refrigerator in the room, so you can let your drink inside and maybe some glasses

Antes de empezar, mi estancia fue de dos noches.

Desde el primer contacto en recepción ya sentí un buen ambiente acogedor.
Las habitaciones y zonas comunes tenian aire acondicionado y se sentian frescas (al menos en la habitación en la que estuve hospedado yo).

Los baños eran correctos y estaban limpios. Al menos los de la planta media e inferior (que fueron los que vi y prové)

Cocina no puedo opinar mucho porque no la utilizé. Pero aparentemente cumplió con un estándar de normalidad en lo que pude ver.

El personal de lo mejor sin duda! Fueron unos cracks, que (dentro de lo coherente) no dudaron en hechar una mano y hacer de mi estancia lo mas cómoda.

En conclusión: es un Hostel muy amigable en el que (yo al menos) me sentí como en casa:)

Y el cafe gratuito fue un puntazo!

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE & BIG FRAUD
This hotel cheated me by providing an absolutely very poor standard room in the basement which was not as per the picture showcased on the website. They charged Euro 173.40 for two nights which is not even worth Euro 25 per night. The pictures shown on the website are fake. Please do not book this hotel.
Secondly the break fast is absolutely bad, only bread and all rotten fruits with lot of dust on it. They are even not bothered to keep them cleaned. When we requested to refund next day booking for this injustice they straight away refused.
