38El personal es muy agradable, las instalaciones muy limpias y luminosas y la ubicación es genial, está cerca de sants y en un barrio con mucho ambiente, restaurantes de todo tipo y zonas verdes. Muy recomendable!
He repetido pues me ha encantado la amabilidad y la limpieza exquisita no dudo de volver cuando regrese a Barcelona
Recomendadisimo, Estancia estupenda, habitación limpisima, muy acogedora y a solo 3 minutos de Sants, Xavi es super atento, sin dudar volveria a reservar con ellos!
Su ubicación es excelente si llegas de sans. Su atención es inmejorable, si haces la reserva desde su web sale más barata que en otras plataformas. Mi tren llego más tarde y me esperaron, el personal es súper agradable. Sin lugar es un sitio que recomiendo y al que volvería a ir.

Amabilísimos.contestan super-rapidamente a todas las dudas que se les hace por internet, les pedí que si me podían esperar ya que llegaba a Barcelona más tarde de lo normal, se ofrecieron a esperarme gentilmente. Tampoco hubo ningún problema para cancelar sin coste, cosa que es de agradecer enormemente en estos momentos del coronavirus que en cualquier momento tus planes se pueden venir abajo. No lo llegué a ver.pero el trato a traves de la pagina web. FENOMENAL. CONSEJO: reservad directamente desde su página web, hacen descuento y a veces estas páginas de búsqueda de hoteles no te devuelven el dinero si tienes que cancelar.como me pasó con booking, pero eso ya es otra historia que aqui no viene a cuento.

Excellent hotel/guest house juste à côté de la gare de Barcelone. Xavi à l'accueil est aux petits soins et tâches de toute faire pour satisfaire nos demandes. A recommander!

Gran Hostel, muy moderno. Excelente atención y buena onda de parte de los recepcionistas. Posee lockers digitales por lo que uno puede estar tranquilo de que sus cosas estan seguras. No son tan grandes como para que entre una valija mediana o grande pero si un carry-on.
Inmejorable Ubicación (frente Estacio Sants). La limpieza de sus Instalaciones, lugar sumamente acogedor y el trato son excelentes
Me encanta, limpio, Ordenado, silencioso, tranquilo, bien ubicado. Sienpre que voy a Barcelona me quedo a dormir allí.
Barato, muy limpio, algo de ruido por la noche, con baño privado en cada habitación, las instalaciones muy completas.
My booking here was accidentally cancelled due to my fault on my part but last minute when I called they were still able to accommodate me and for that I’m grateful and then my room is really calm with balcony views and a shower and toilet within plus it’s separate so multiple people are able to use instead of having to wait
Atendidas súper amablemente por Ruslana, trabajadora del lugar.te guardan el equipaje a 5€ por bulto, las primeras 24h. Ya que la consigna de la Estación de Sants es súper cara. Buenísima experiencia porque te lo guardan todo etiquetado y en un lugar inaccesible para los huéspedes. ALTAMENTE RECOMENDABLE! Gracias Ruslana, aquí nos tienes para lo que quieras!
The whole place was clean the whole time.
They offer many possibilities (laundry, taking a shower both privately or in shared rooms, towel rental, drinks available, and the kitchen is full with everything you may need). It's safe, they have free lockers, and the staff cared about the state of everything. I saw them out and about making sure it all looked good.
Guillermo, the Argentine, and the morning guy who seems to be the owner are EXCELLENT, while I hope the other 2 had had a bad week and they were just not in the mood those days I stayed, since they kept on telling people off (daban sermones) about non-sense stuff.
All in all, I'm leaving 5 cuz my last night was definitely worth it.
Staffs are friendly and helpful. I came to the hostel early before check in time. The staf just let me drop my luggage and I could go exploring the city to come back again at 3pm. The room and bathroom are clean. Just be prepared your own shower amenities. There is extra cost for borrowing towel.
