Personal amabilísimo. Las estancias del hotel perfectas, muy limpias, al igual que la habitación. Cumplen perfectamente con las medidas sanitarias por COVID-19. He venido con mascota y la han tratado estupendamente. De 10.

Jolie hôtel bien situé, car des commerces et plutôt bien fréquenté, proches des arrêts de bus et de deux bouches de métros, nous avons eu une très belle chambre avec joli salle de bain et magnifique terrasse et sa vue, le personnel à l'accueil est difficile à juger car deux dames don une française et une un peu francophone nous ont très bien accueilli et répondu à nos demandes et attentes, très bon professionnalisme, par contre deux m'ont bien fait comprendre qu'elle ne voulait pas travailler et que je les dérangé just le bonjour était difficile parfois on me répondait pas. La dame de chambre (personne de couleur) était très gentil et professionnel au top elle devrait être à l'accueil elle donnerai une meilleure image de l'établissement.

Good hotel well refurbished. The room has a great terrace and is quite spacious.
In term of location it is less good and there is no bar where to take some drinks.

Also, I am quite disappointed as I am Accor Silver Member and I didn’t receive any welcome drink nor having the membership points for the 2 nights I spent there. It is the first time I have such an issue and it is disappointing. I won’t come back at this hotel next time.

Very friendly and helpful young staff. PET friendly. The Junior Suite is very nice and divided into 2 bedrooms for privacy. Price was reasonable.

This was one amazing stay. We stayed here two nights. One night was in a premium room with a huge balcony. Cozy stay.
The services were pretty cool.
Loved the breakfast spread. They had some good vegetarian options as well.

Très bien. Litterie excellente, surclassement vers une suite avec mon statut Platinum. Personnel extrêmement serviable et attentionné. PDJ au top. Hôtel situé dans une zone bruyante mais isolation surprenante dans les chambres. Je recommande.

Just one night and I was very delighted. Bien que le lobby ne soit pas très attrayant, cependant cest un très bon hôtel. Chambre confortable. Personnel serviable. Pas très loin de la station de métro. Je vous le recommande.

Great Place to get a nights rest. Clean, Comfortable. Front Doors locked late night, have to use door bell.

Good hotel, with friendly staff. There is a coffee machine in the lobby for free of charge. Which is good, since there is no kettle in the room. The rooms are cosy and stylish. Good location, close to the subway (L6), and there is a gym also for free

This was perfect for our type of stay in Barcelona, as we weren't planning on spending much time inside the hotel. The beds were comfortable, the breakfast was great, and the location was right off of a Subway line that easily took us down to the main square/gothic quarter. Also, the hotel was a short walk from a nearby Gaudi house, and a longer/tougher walk up to park guell.

In all a very good experience, though the rooms themselves were fairly loud/not resistant to much sound, either from the street or other rooms.

Although the room after upgrade was quite nice (standard room was not renovated though), I could not cash in my status points at the end of the stay. After several lies and excuses, they simply said it's not possible due to "company policy". Having seen many hotels of the chain in other cities, I would recommend staying away from this one.

Bon accueil, les hotesses d accueil sont trilingues. Chambre belle et confortable. Hotel a 15 min de tout pour visiter. Très bon w.e
