Excelente hotel situado en el centro de Barcelona muy cerca del Arco del Triunfo. El hotel es moderno y las instalaciones son elegantes y funcionales. Las habitaciones son muy cómodas y están cuidadas como son de costumbre en los hoteles de la categoría Collection de la cadena NH. Dispone de comedor y barra de bar. El desayunos es variado y completo, no decepciona. El personal es realmente amable, servicial y profesional. El único inconveniente es que no dispone de parking y propio y hay que estacionar el vehículo en un parking situado justo al lado del hotel pero que lógicamente no se accede directamente a la recepción si no que hay que recorrer unos pocos metros para llegar a la entrada.

Très bel hôtel avec de superbes chambres. Grande douche à l italienne. Piscine spacieuse sur le toit avec 30 transats et beaucoup de fauteuils.

Accueil très chaleureux après une grosse balade dans les rues de Barcelone. Parking de l'hôtel a 30 mètres. Très bonne literie chambre au calme. Roof top avec piscine très sympa. En plein coeur de la ville

Hotel con una piscina increíble la cual tiene una vista muy linda, el área está muy bien cuidada, el hotel es muy moderno en todos los aspectos y las habitaciones muy organizadas y limpias recomiendo este lugar.

I highly recommend this hotel. The rooms are very spacious and clean, the staff is friendly and attentive to details, while the pool and the terrace have a very nive view. I also apreciate that the breakfast is various and that they fully comply with the safety measures during the pandemic.

Hotel centrale, quindi, posizione comodissima e vicino a due linee metropolitane. Pulito e curato, camera davvero spaziose e bagno pulito, grande con ogni comodità. Piscina non grandissima, ma in una posizione invidiabile. Personale gentile, sorridente e disponibile. Ottimo!

Vaig organitzar un dinar i va resultar ser molt agradable. Molt bé el menjar i molt amable el personal.

Hôtel très bien situé. Ma chambre était propre et agréable, le personnel à l'écoute et souriant. Le petit déjeuner était très bien avec beaucoup de choix. Bref, un séjour parfait!

Beware that air conditioning in the rooms do not work and it is extremely hot and uncomfortable to get a good night rest sleep. I stayed in this hotel with my entire family in 2 different occasions before our 7 days cruise for 3 days and 1 day after our cruise. We had a total of 4 rooms in different floors and we were all sweating all night long and unable to sleep. I called guest services during our first stay and the bartender came to check the ac and agreed it was not cooling. During our second stay the security came to check the ac. They could not provide a fan as they agreed everyone was complaining and they ran out of fans. Also they stated that the ac is centrally controlled and the thermostats in the room do not control any temperature. Look for another hotel if you want to have a good night rest to be able to enjoy Barcelona.

Very attentive staff, they pay attention to you. And the small things: free ice tea in the lobby, welcome drink invitation, etc. Room is nice and clean. Recommended.

Great place to stay in Barcelona. Central, with shops bars etc close. But not too close. Great room and a fantastic breakfast. Easy access to the whole city. Will stay here again.
