Un hotel muy elegante con habitaciones de diseño. Personal muy amable. Excelente experiencia.

El personal de recepción es muy bueno, al igual que la ubicación. El desayuno está muy lejos de ser un 5 estrellas. En general faltan los pequeños detalles que caracterizan a un hotel de 5 estrellas a nivel internacional.

El aspecto más notable de este hotel, y lo que me llevó a otorgarle una calificación de cinco estrellas, es la gente que trabaja en él. Todos fueron amables, corteses, eficientes y corteses en todos los tratos con nosotros. Cuando mi pareja tuvo un desafortunado encuentro con carteristas, hicieron todo lo posible para brindar ayuda y orientación. La gente de recepción fue muy amable, incluso nos trajeron vasos de agua (sin que nos lo pidieran) mientras intentábamos cancelar tarjetas de crédito y demás. Estábamos agradecidos por ese pequeño acto de bondad. Cuando no estábamos seguros de cómo y dónde tomar un taxi, otro caballero de la recepción salió y caminó con nosotros durante media cuadra de la ciudad para tomar un taxi para nosotros. Otra joven de la recepción pasó diez minutos dándonos una fascinante lección de historia sobre Barcelona y España. Cuando el hotel envió una pequeña encuesta preguntando sobre nuestra habitación, mencioné que era genial, pero que le vendría bien otra silla. La silla llegó a la puerta de nuestra habitación de hotel en menos de cinco minutos jajaja. En mis 45 años de viajes por Canadá, Estados Unidos y Europa, el personal del hotel está en lo más alto. ¡Excelente ubicación también!

El personal encantador y la zona de la piscina era gloriosa (consigue un puf temprano). La habitación era preciosa.

Buena ubicación. El servicio es bueno y el personal también. En general un ambiente amigable. Hay muchos restaurantes cerca. Fácil acceso al transporte público.

The staff goes above and beyond here making you feel at home and comfortable. The place itself is super modern, clean, and safe! It’s super general to everything in Barcelona too highly recommend!

I have just spent 4 nights in this hotel and thanks to the lovely and very attentive staff, this is for me one of the very best hotel stays ever! Great food, drinks and atmosphere. I warmly recommend this hotel to leasure and business travellers alike.

Para mi el mejor hotel de barcelona, viajo todas ls semanas por trabajo a Barcelona y he temido el posibilidad de conocer una decena de ellos, me quedo con ohla por su diseño, su ubicación, si me sobra un rato después de trabajar me gusta darme un paseo, el hotel esta situado en una zona francamente agradable para pasear.

Fuimos allí para cubrir un evento periodístico en la ciudad de Barcelona, y el hotel nos encanto super bonito y elegante.
Además el restaurante es exquisito.
Entras y te ofrecen una copa de cava. Antes de llevarte a la mesa te hacen un pequeño tour por el restaurante, enseñándote la cocina y saludando al chef.
Te llevan a la mesa y te van explicando cada plato y su origen.
En el menú degustacion los platos son muy elaborados y visualmente son una pasada.
Parece que te vayas a quedar con hambre, pero no es así.
Lo recomiendo para una cena especial o regalo.

We had such an amazing time on the last night of our honeymoon at Ohla Hotel in Barcelona! We were so grateful to "come home" to this hotel after a long day of travel and another one ahead. Thank you to the kind staff for making this short, one night stay truly memorable!

Room condition was good (Clean & Tidy). All staff was also so kind.
Morning meals was taste and variable menu. Qualities of ordered-dishes was so nice.

Pretty good hotel, we stayed in the junior suite I think, which was a very nice room, albeit an exceptionally strange layout because of the open plan nature.

The breakfast spread was quite good, but could be improved by increasing the options of food you can order from the menu rather than lots of buffet food.

The swimming pool on the roof is nice, it is heated but by November, the air is a bit too cold to be able to use it for any significant amount of time. The gym is quite small and doesn't have much equipment.

Location is a walk away from the metro, which is very convenient and easy to use.

I think we spent about 300 euros per night so slightly expensive, but they had an offer on their website and had rooms available very last minute (we booked the day before in November). I would stay again.

We just returned from a 4 night stay and we were extremely pleased with the cleanliness of the room and hotel, the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff and the quality of the breakfast buffet. The location is absolutely perfect - close to the Metro and the main shopping street. Our only complaint would be that for our taste, the mattress was much too firm.

Walked in with a reservation I had to cancel due to change of personal requirements. Reception team was awesome, helped me out and were super comprehensive and kind. Accepted to cancel my booking with no charge. Looks like a nice place hotel-wise, not boutique style though (more chain / business feeling) but seemed to do the job fine.

Excellent hotel, the staff was super friendly, and the rooms were clean and spacious. The breakfast was included, and I usually don't eat breakfast at hotels because they are really bad, but this hotel was on point delicious breakfast. Also, the waitresses were super nice. I'm definitely coming back.

I recently stayed at Ohla Exiample and found this hotel to be excellent. The staff was very kind, informative, helpful and professional. The breakfast was exceptional with a variety of offerings to make a very complete meal. I was upgraded to a Designer Room which was lovely-it faced the street but the windows were excellent and there was no noise issue. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom well-appointed. Loved the various lighting options easily accessible from the bed. While the pool area was closed during my stay (not currently in-season) it looked lovely place to enjoy. Additionally the location is very good -but if you were wanting to be closer to the action (Gothic/El Born) it did require taking taxis in the evening. Overall a wonderful stay and I would recommend.

Lovely modern business hotel. Great location. Good buffet breakfast, would've expected more selection and better layout of a buffet breakfast but what was on offer was very good. Lovely and clean and quite spacious rooms.

Stayed here a couple of weeks ago to celebrate my 25th wedding anniversary. Staff was absolutely lovely-so attentive and so professional. Made sure they did whatever they could to make our stay the best it could be. This is a small boutique hotel with a great location. Quiet area but still tons of bars/restaurants in walking distance. Also high end shopping very close by. Never saw the pool as the weather was not favorable. Breakfast buffet timings were great 7-11am. Food was fresh and enjoyable to grab a quick bite before heading off to explore. If you want to be in the heart of the touristy area this is NOT the hotel for you. But we prefer a bit quieter so this was just perfect. Many thanks to the staff for a memorable anniversary trip!
