Excelente hotel, la habitación es grande y todo muy limpio.
El personal excelente y muy amables.
Variedad de comida y buena, algunas cosas te la pueden preparar al momento.
Me gusta mucho la hubicacion, está cerca de la playa y del centro.
Agradable sorpresa al subir a la última planta y encontrarte con varios jacuzzi y vista espectacular.
Volveré y lo recomiendo totalmente!
También se ve Port aventura.

Estuvimos muy a gusto en todo momento, las habitaciones para ser un hotel 3 estrellas están fenomenal, limpieza excepcional.
La piscina un poco pequeña para ser un hotel medianamente grande.
El restaurante varía poco de comidas, pero la calidad es buena. Yo soy celiaca, y quiero destacar la buena atención que recibí debido a mi alergia, sobre todo de Nataly, una trabajadora del restaurante, la cual ha estado muy pendiente de mi en los 4 días de estancia para que comiera bien y variado, además era muy amables. Se agradece gente así, puesto que nos facilitan las vacaciones y nos hacen estar más cómodos. Es el mayor punto a favor si volviera a este destino para repetir en el hotel.

Hôtel idéalement bien placé près de 3 plages et pas très loin du centre ville (attention à la côte au retour).

Néanmoins, contrairement à ce qui pourrait être précisé dans le descriptif de l'hôtel, il n'y a pas de parking. En pleine saison, il est très difficile voire impossible de se garer à côté (prenez votre mal en patience car il vous faudra tourner autour pendant de longues minutes pour trouver une place. Attention ça verbalise très rapidement! Je vous conseille de venir en train ou en avion car il y a des bus a côté qui vous permettront d'aller un peu n'importe où ; y compris Barcelone etc).

Autre point "noir", les ascenseurs. Il y en a que deux et ils sont panoramiques et assez anciens / capricieux (nous n'avons pas réussi à y rentrer a 4. Imaginez avec vos bagages si vous êtes dans les étages supérieurs).

Enfin, en ce qui concerne les chambres, le ménage est fait tous les jours! D'ailleurs, j' adresse une mention spéciale pour les femmes de ménage qui sont très gentilles et serviables.

Super hôtel la chambre est très propre elle comportait un salon séparé de la chambre qui elle avait deux grands lits et chaque pièce comportait une terrasse nous étions plus qu’à l’aise. Personnels à l’écoute que ce soit à l’accueil ou a la restauration et même la personne qui surveille la piscine tout était parfait du début à la fin

Fiquei alojada com a minha familia neste hotel, durante uma semana e nao tenho nada a apontar, o serviço foi excelente!
Sempre muito prestáveis, a limpeza dos quartos era feita todos os dias e todos os dias havia animação no hotel.
A localização é otima, fica localizado numa zona tranquila, rodeado de outros hoteis, fica a apenas 10min a pe das principais praias e zonas turísticas.
A comida do hotel era bastante agradável, havia opções variadas e para todos os gostos.
Sem duvida que sera uma experiência a repetir numa próxima ocasião!

Los aires acondicionados del comedor encima de nuestras cabezas con hongos. Y.la bacteria de la legionella.no sé si la haya porque probablemente no funcionen con depósito de agua en azotea, o quizás si). Alfombras de los Pasillos sucisimas y suelos con falta de pulidos. Hecho en falta la alegría del personal diciendo buenos días. No obstante cualquier duda la resuelven al instante. Pero tienen poca iniciativa, probablemente porque sea protocolo pero esos. ¡Buenos días! De todo el personal hace que el día comience con alegría. Poca variedad en el bufett para paersonad celíacas. Hay que avisar antes porque prefieren decirte que no puedes comer casi de nada por la contaminación cruzada. No obstante.a la plancha siempre tendréis alguna carne o huevos cocinados al instante. Pero esa cena o desayuno cada día. Ánimo para el o la propietaria para siga mejorando su negocio y comience a emplear otras harinas para espesar por ejemplo de maíz así todo el mundo podría tomar. Worst Hotel Ever! Booked half board, went for dinner on first night our child had a glass of Apple juice nothing said until we left the restaurant where my child was approached and told she was not allowed this as we are only half board nothing to state this was the case. This resulted in an upset child thinking she has done something wrong.

The food in the restaurant was sometimes inedible as lead to us eating out alot.

There were 2 lifts only 1 working half the time which caused us issuses as we had 2 disabled people with us, this resulted in my parents waiting half an hour to get to breakfast.

Defo wont be back here again!

We have been lots of times, meals are smashing, great apartments, regular buses to the markets, and lots ofshops near by, and short walk to the beach, we all love it.

The rooms are very small the swimming pool is very small there is only two sets of toilets in the hotel and a small bar staffed with only two people we are in small room there are four of us me and my grandson are living out of our cases not very impressed the staff are great and the food is good but accommodation poor

Good sized rooms & very clean. Entertainment is great, pool is on the small side with a smaller pool for toddlers. Also has a children's area with climbing frame & trampoline. Staff very friendly & good with kids. Food is good & the hotel is very close to supermarket & eateries. Small beach 5 minutes away, larger beach about 15 - 20 minute walk.

The hotel and staff are very helpful enjoyed our stay location was perfect close to the beach and centre of salou. Would reccomend. Food wasnt the best at this hotel but there a plenty of restaurants and food outlets within walking distance. Entertainment at this hotel was good fanny (stafania) and her team do a great job.

Good hotel good size room and cleaned every morning, fresh towels every day, staff very helpful and attentive, food good and lots of variety staff in the restaurant very friendly and helpful especially Daniel who is our adopted son now so funny and the manager very friendly and approachable always greeted by him and always chatting to you, Francisco very good and friendly service, staying here for 11 nights my husband's new name is good luck because hez bald Daniel pat's him on the head each day lol would recommend this hotel to family and friends.lots to do here and loads of shops and I mean thousands, and bars and restaurants to eat in, lots of things for the kidz to do, 3 beaches near the hotel, we will definitely come back here again, recommend this hotel to friends and family Steve and Pam from Leicester England.

Amazing hotel. Staff friendly and pool area and bar area very well maintained. Location is amazing too, close to the beach off the main strip but within walking distance and close to portaventura and a bus stop too.
Entertainers were amazing and always up for a laugh. Pool entertainment was super exciting and they even provided prizes! Food was ok as well. Some of it was repatitive but that's to be expected at any all inclusive area. Favourite meal was burger night!

However, our experience was wildly turned upside down when a few personal items went missing from inside our hotel room, an expensive lipstick makeup brush and a NY Hat. Staff were very quick to the defensive and denied any involvement and said that all they could do is contact management. They later (the day we were leaving) told us that management said they had nothing and that was all could be done. I'm not worried about the items but the fact that people and customers trust this place because of the travel provider when in reality it is a little dodgy.

Hotel is great, staff are friendly, fantastic facilities, rooftop jacuzzi is brilliant, there's things for all the family here. My only gripe to make it a 4 star review and I can't fault the effort of the cleaning staff as your room is cleaned and fresh towels provided daily. My gripe is that after cleaning there are long hairs everywhere on the floors, some in the beds which I'm constantly have to pick out. I came as a solo traveller and salou provides enough to keep you occupied. The hotel is in a great location, less than 5 mins walk to the beach and the main street
