Olé - Spanish School in Barcelona

¡He estado estudiando aquí durante mucho tiempo y me gustan la mayoría de los profesores! Son muy amables y positivos. Almu, Raquel, Ana rose, Marcos.todos me trataron como una amiga, me guiaron para expresarme, me explicaron la gramática con muchos ejemplos. Hablamos mucho y es muy divertido tener una clase con todos ustedes.

I have to say Olé is the best language school to learn Spanish! The professors are all so professional and the way of teaching is so much fun and I enjoy more the process of learning Spanish. I’ve been studying Spanish in Olé for more than 2 months, I have two professors, Amanda and Amaia. They are all so nice and pay attention to all the students in class. We practice speaking a lot Spanish in daily life, like with friends, on shopping, in the restaurants of course speaking a lot in class…
After 2 months of intensive Spanish class, I could communicate with others in Spanish now! It’s still a long way to go but I’m so excited to speak Spanish already. Highly recommended Olé, whoever is interested in studying Spanish!

Hello. I've been learning Spanish in Olé - Spanish School in Barcelona since February and now I'm in B1.it's literally an outstanding school which helps me a lot and i gained too much experience here. The staff here is extraordinary. The professors are very helpful, nice and kind. They assure that you can understand everything of Spainish. They provide us with many different types of activities and arrange tours to different locations. I really appreciate it and enjoyed learning Spanish with my professors. I recommend it for you all. Started from not speaking any Spanish to now being in C1:) The teachers are very kind and helpful and welcome all questions to ensure our understanding. The school also offers free weekly activities allowing you to explore the city while also making new friends. I’ve had a great experience and highly recommend to anyone who’s looking to learn Spanish in a welcoming environment!

I have been a student at Ole for 6 months and couldn't recommend it enough to anyone coming to BCN looking to learn Spanish. I majored in Spanish in college but have learned so much more here in 6 months than I ever did at uni. It also helps that the teachers are native Spanish speakers who are all amazing, personable, patient, and fun. Additionally, the school provides at least two weekly excursions to help you get to know the Cataluña region better. I have no doubt this is the best language school in Barcelona, look no further:)

Perfect for extranjeros. Compared to my two previous experiences with Spanish schools in Spain, Olé is by far the best. It is a nice, clean facility with a very positive environment where I have been able to connect with other internationals living in Barcelona. I can't imagine living here for 6 months without the community of friends I've made at Olé. All of the instructors I've had so far have been extremely competent and have helped me reach a true C1 level of Spanish. Shout out to Christina, Marcos, Victor, Soraya, Daniel, Almu, and Carmen! <3 Additionally, as an American, I needed to be enrolled full time as a student and provide specific documentation to obtain a visa so I could stay in Spain for more than 90 days. Olé offers the intensive 20-hour-per-week course that satisfies this requirement AND can help you get private health insurance also required for the visa. The administration responded to my requests for documentation extremely fast via e-mail and WhatsApp to help me get my visa in time. I love Olé and recommend it with my whole heart:)

La mia esperienza alla scuola è stata fantastica sia dal punto di vista umano sia dal punto di vista dello studio. Essendomi trasferito in Spagna per fare un dottorato di ricerca, la mia necessità era quella di trovare una scuola per migliorare il mio livello di spagnolo e potermi finalmente confrontare con serenità con la scrittura di articoli, la preparazione di conferenze e altre attivitá accademiche. Le lezioni non sono state mai pesanti anche quando gli argomenti diventavano più elaborati. La scuola è accreditata dall'Istituto Cervantes e gli insegnanti sono simpatici e professionali e si riesce davvero a confrontarsi su qualsiasi argomento dal piú accademico alle cose di tutti i giorni. L'ambiente della scuola a livello di studenti è internazionale e non si fa fatica a farsi degli amici anche se non si conosce nessuno in città o si parla altre lingue. In generale raccomando la scuola perchè offre un eccellente livello di insegnamento della lingua (scritto, orale, approfondimento grammaticale etc.) rendendola allo stesso tempo alla portata di tutti e per tutte le esigenze indipendentemente dalla ragione per la quale si sta studiando lo spagnolo e dalle esperienze pregresse. A questo aggiungo infine l'ottimo livello di comunicazione con lo staff il quale è sempre a stato a mia disposizione per qualsiasi problema o chiarimento. Riassumendo: TOP!

Great school and awesome teachers. It is located right in the centre of the city and about 10 minute walk to the metro. The atmosphere is great with people all around the world. I would recommend coming to this school if you want to learn Spanish. Also, a special thanks to Valerio for all the help! Gracias máquina

This school is amazing! Good teachers and cozy environment, they really care of your improvement, not only learning the language but your live in a new country. The students that frequent the place are very cool people and they are focus to learn while having new friends. The most important thing: the teachers correct you and have patient to teach. I love this school, I totally recommend it!

My experience learning Spanish at Ole has been great! The teachers really made the classes entertaining which also helped me get a good grasp on the grammar quickly. They are very encouraging and care about helping every student reach their full potential. I also enjoyed the central location of the school as I was able to get there quickly each day and liked to try the different nearby cafés with classmates during the break. I felt welcomed by the teachers as well as the staff and am very happy to have chosen Olé Languages to study Spanish. All in all, I would recommend this school in a heartbeat!

At first was all about learning spanish! And now is so much more! I want to describe this experience with these words: Professionalism, Very good communication, Friendship, Fun and Real cultural exchange. I love to spend time at Ole learning spanish because it is the coolest place to go!

I have been studying Spanish for 2 month in Olé and I’ve been lucky to meet five incredible professors! All of them have a passion towards teaching, that’s why it was such a pleasure being their student. We had a lot of talking and grammar at the same time. None of the lessons was boring. Also girls at the reception are very friendly and attentive. I have met a lot of kind and interesting people all around the world in Olé. Definitely will return to this school to improve my Spanish!

It was a wonderful experience to visit this school for 8 weeks (intensive course). Very good teaching staff with sensitivity for the individual's needs and strenghts. Muy amable!

Excellent balance of grammar and conversion. I’ve had several teachers during my time here and they are all great. I recommend Olé to anyone that wants to improve their Spanish. The school also has weekly activities and many students hang out after class.

Bellissima esperienza presso Olé. La super prof. Almudena, molto preparata, competente e molto simpatica, ha trasmesso passione e interesse verso lo studio della lingua spagnola, rendendo le lezioni non solo divertenti e spontanee, ma anche efficaci e utili. Fin da subito in aula si è instaurato un clima di grande empatia tra gli studenti e la docente e tra gli studenti stessi, con una dimensione affettiva dell' apprendimento. In particolare ricordo con grande piacere una parte della lezione del 18 giugno 2021, dedicata all' uso degli imperativi affermativi e negativi per descrivere quella che, secondo ognuno di noi, è la chiave della felicità (foto allegata al messaggio). La lezione è stata bellissima e profonda, regalandoci notevoli spunti di riflessione.
Anche tutto il personale Olé è molto gentile e umano, pronto a venire incontro alle esigenze di ogni singolo allievo. Raccomando vivamente questa scuola di spagnolo: è quanto di meglio si possa scegliere.

I took semi-intensive A1 evening courses here and taking a small break as I also study full-time here in Barcelona. Considering that I have been in other language schools, some run by the embassies directly, I was quiet surprised by the way I was taught Spanish. I was quiet lucky to have Cristina Bernal as my teacher who not only made it easy but also super fun. I honestly miss her classes and hope to re-join soon.

I've studied a lot over the world — the US, Malta, England (English courses). Taking into a count all of my experience I can say that Olé language school without a doubt is my favorite one. The first day I popped in I felt like in a home. Hospitality, attention, decent teachers, small classes. And I can't be stopped surprising how quickly I make a progress here with my Spanish. Just in 3 months, I was able to talk with people to solve casual issues such as repair or documents. In 5 months I felt I can speak even better than en English which is I've been studying for years. Now I'm in the middle of my intense course and am sure that soon I'll be proficient enough. So all I can say — thank you a lot, Olé! It was really the coolest decision in this strange 2020 to apply for a Spanish course here. Muchos besos y abrazos!

I recommend this school to everyone who wants to learn Spanish, the staff and the teachers are really professional and caring to the students.
Besides, I lived in the apartment provided by the school, it is well located and the school always helped my roommate and I when we encountered problems.
