Olivia Plaza Hotel, Barcelona

We stayed at this hotel for one night, it was a beautiful stay, the staff was super lovely, the room very tidy and clean, and do choose the room with the view for an amazing square view. We got complimentary wine, amazing and fast service and the breakfast is mmmm.delicious

Pero lo más importante es la atención de todo el personal desde la de la limpieza, recepcionistas, metres, camareros en general todo de diez

Estuve alojado en este hotel en Octubre de 2021, la experiencia no pudo más satisfactoria. El hotel muy limpio, con parking gratuito, y me ofrecieron un upgrade de la habitación por deferencia del chico de recepción.

Sin duda, repetiré.

Overwhelmed with the friendly staff and super service. Upon arrival a free room upgrade, a bottle of cava and free secured parking. Location is in the heart of Barcelona close to the Rambla and all public transport. Rooms are large, clean and offer fantastic views. Good buffet type breakfast. A true 4 star hotel and highly recommended.

I'm living in hotel from last sunday leaving next saturday 8th of January. The hotel has a good service and the staff is friendly.
The room and bath are very small, by the way the frigo bar is empty so we need to go to bar in reception (too much expensive). To my mind not 4 stars at the moment. Francesco.

Muy detallistas, muy buena atención y un lujo de habitación, muy recomendable la comida del restaurante y excelente desayuno.

Formidable, no nos salen las palabras de agradecimiento para valorar al increíble personal de este hotel, y mira que las instalaciones son una pasada, pero quisiera destacar a est@s maravillos@s trabajadores que han hecho que nuestra estancia haya sido una gozada. En cuanto al hotel, moderno, limpio, detalles cuidados, comida muy buena en el restaurante y ubicación ideal en plena plaza de Catalunya. Mil gracias por todo, de verdad

Bel hôtel, plutôt moderne et extrêmement bien situé.

Excellent Hotel! Fantastic rooms, staff, super clean, everything has been perfect.
Breakfast buffet is great, very healthy and fresh products, also they offer a la carte breakfast where you can order omelettes, pancakes, etc.

Our experience at Olivia Plaza Hotel was a mixed bag.
Positive: central location, very friendly staff (always ready to help, whatever we asked was brought to our room within 5 mins), tasty breakfast, comfortable beds
Negative: cleaning (our room was not properly cleaned), rooms are old and need a renovation asap, noisy (our room was closed to the elevator and we could hear everything), toilet has a glass door

Nice hotel. Employees are very kind and love the rooms: the suite is beautiful. Location is excellent. They have a buffet breakfast that is very complete: eggs, fruit, juices, bread, etc
Precioso hotel. Personal muy amable y las habitaciones me encantaron; la suite es preciosa. La ubicación es excelente. Tiene un buffet para el desayuno bastante completo que incluye huevos, fruta, jugos, panes, etc.

Lovely hotel, staff friendly and helpful, food very nice, rooms very comfortable. Only downside was no kettle or tea making facilities in the room. Would recommend this hotel.

Posizione insuperabile! Fuori dall'hotel ci sono tutti i bus per arrivare ovunque e a 1 minuto a piedi la metro con di erse linee. Le camere sono molto spaziose e pulite, complete di tutto (anche se cosa comune a diversi hotel, non vi sono due prese elettriche vicino al letto da entrambe le parti). Per completare il personale è molto gentile e attenti ad ogni cosa. Assolutamente da raccomandare come hotel!

Overall a great place to stay. They check guests room cards at the front door late at night which I liked given the central and busy location. The sheets were a bit stiff/rough but that's my only complaint. Staff was courteous. I did not order any food or drinks so I cannot comment on the restaurant.

Our room was flooded and we were denied any kind of compensation for the inconvenience because we ''prepaid''- you have to prepay which basically means that if anything happens to you they dont have to do anything. And they dont. Reception was unhelpful and the doorman was rude. I will not be coming back

I booked hotel a little bit over priced but still have been very satisfied since super friendly staffs, especially door man from south America, he was a genuine guide when taxi was on strike and let me know how to get to the airport without delay, upgrade room, free late check in and out, free wine, and cake! I was super exhausted when I got there since there was no taxi and i hadn't prepared any information to get to the hotel and airport was nightmare literally. But as soon as I saw the upgrade room and wine, I was so happy. Anyway thanks for all staffs!
