63Fuimos por la fama de ser un escape room de terror muy bueno, y la verdad bastante decepcionante. Miedo no daba mucho y las pruebas nada del otro mundo. Si que destacar una buena ambientación, pero no lo recomendaría.
Excelente! Lo hemos pasado super bien! Un ambiente logradísimo y una experiencia genial! Muy currado! Lo recomiendo 100%
I would'nt recommend this company at all!
One night (around 00: 00) before we planned on going to the escape room we booked through the website. They offered an English version of the website. Also on TripAdvisor there where a lot of people from the UK who played the game. So we asumed the game was in English as well. Also in the notifications we asked for the English version of the game, so they knew. We found it already odd that we had to pay in advance (through paypal).
An hour before the game we got an e-mail saying that the game is only in Spanish. We don't speak a word Spanish so we asked if they could cancel our booking and refund our money (€72). And that while we booked not even 16 hours before! They say they didn't want to refund anything and refused to give us a call.
We feel helpless about this situation.
