¿Estafa? ¿O simplemente poco profesional?
Servicio al cliente muy muy grosero.
Nunca me había encontrado con algo así, me sentí como si estuviera enviando mensajes de texto a un niño pequeño que no recibió sus dulces. Al intentar reservar algo, me dieron un tutorial realmente malo y no muy lógico de 3 depósitos diferentes que aparentemente serían necesarios para hacer una reserva. Como tenía una duda al respecto, era yo quien estaba complicando las cosas y lo que sea. Ahora estoy bloqueado en las redes sociales (comportamiento de niño pequeño y no realmente de una empresa)
Incluso me enviaron un mensaje de audio enfurecido, ¡muy lindo!
Y ver cómo responden a los comentarios negativos aquí, ¡se cierra el círculo! Realmente emocionado por mi respuesta.

De todo corazón, aléjate de este lugar si quieres disfrutar de tus vacaciones. Esto de aquí es sólo un comportamiento falso que se muestra.

Nos unimos al amanecer como un grupo de 3, ¡fue increíble! Propietario súper servicial y amable incluso cuando llegamos unos minutos tarde (lo siento). Una experiencia increíble y sin duda repetiremos.

Personal muy agradable, servicial y amable. Súper útiles durante la reserva, también dieron algunos consejos sobre cómo levantarse y "navegar" correctamente. Absolutamente para volver, recomiendo encarecidamente que pases por aquí.

Althrough it was cloudy it was very relaxing.
Amazing staff at Paddle Barn, good location, next to the beach. Highly recommend going on early mornings ️ We will come back for sure.

Had a great few experiences with Paddle Barn. Good boards, waterproof bag, lockers and close to Barceloneta. PJ is always super helpful. 100% recommended

It was my first time to do the SUP, and I was a bit scared to do it. But the team helped to make me feel at ease and motivated me to stand up and paddle. It was an amazing experience.

Era la primera vez que practicaba este deporte y lo pasamos super bien en gran parte gracias a Leopo que siempre estuvo atento enseñándonos todos los trucos posibles y siendo super flexible e incluso haciendo fotos para recordar esta increíble experiencia. Muy recomendable sin duda confiaremos en el para la próxima.

(Beginner's Experience) I tried the Sup Yoga with Francesca and it was AMAZING! Highly recommended! I had never tried paddle surf before and I've only been doing some yoga at home, so I was doubting a lot before joining.but so happy that my friend convinced me after all!
Francesca and Leo were super nice and encouraging, and she guided the practice very clearly, adapting it to the context and giving different options according to everyone's capabilities. Also super good vibe, and a great chance to get to know new people. It felt like we already knew each other from before. Super super recommended!

Best prices, super friendly personnel and boards are in a great condition! Totally recommended.

Went to sunrise SUP yoga today with Kate. She's a very skilled and lovely yoga instructor. Pedals are in great conditions, staff is nice. Great experience overall! Highly recommended.

10/10! Amazing experience! It was my first time paddling and it was so fun and relaxing! The instructor took the time to explain everything in detail and made us feel super safe and comfortable the whole time.

Great evening on the water! The man helping us (not sure of his name) was so helpful and friendly and gave us some great tips! Highly recommend! Close to the water too.

I did a SUP Yoga Session with Kate in the morning. It was a really nice experience on the ocean. Would do it again anytime!

We had a great experience renting from Paddle Barn. Leo is super nice, boards and paddles are in fantastic condition. Rental facility is very close to the beach. Rental includes a life vest (we got them for kids) and a wet bag. I felt very comfortable leaving my things in their locker without locking it, but keys are also available to rent. They thought through everything including communicating tips for getting to and from the beach, care and transport of the board. If it’s your first time paddle boarding he also gives a mini tutorial on getting on and off the board & standing up. I highly recommend and would rent from Paddle Barn again next time!
