35Moderno y agradable. Vistas muy bonitas de la ciudad de girona por la noche. Piscina mirador. Se encuentra subiendo la cuesta desde plaça catalunya. Salas para congresos, bodas, con aparcamiento. Precio cafeteria caro aunque con poco personal. Personal atento.
Beautiful and within walking distance of the old town of Girona. Free parking and WiFi although the WiFi is quite terrible.
Lamentable tener que esperar 45 minutos cronometrados para que nos sirvan unas cervezas en la terraza, un camarero solo mientras el maitre y otro camarero estaban hablando sin parar en recepción. LAMENTABLE DIRECCIÓN!
Guanya per la piscina i les vistes de tota la ciutat des de dalt de la muntanyeta. Perden les habitacions, amb alguns desperfectes petits que no s'han anat arreglant. Vaig trobar a faltar una caixa forta a l'habitació.
No way this hotel could have the Marriott credentials.
No Wi-Fi in the room, only in the common areas, where the sofas are the most uncomfortable sofas I have ever seen.

It’s on the top on a hill. Ok, it’s “only” 10-15 minutes walking down the hill to go to the old town. Not funny to go uphill after dinner.
This looks to me as a hotel/building that was abandoned and was “remodeled” to have the Marriott brand on it. Toilet had washbasin poorly fixed, like some kind of “renovation” not properly done.
As a Marriott elite member, I always have a room with a nice view, etc. This hotel doesn’t look as a hotel that recognizes guest’s status within Marriott. We were given a room overlooking others.
Reception staff was polite and professional in both occasions (check-in and check-out).
The unique good point was a free parking but I would rather pay for parking and stay in another property.
Hotel without WiFi in the room, in the 21st Century deserves ZERO stars.
Todo correcto. Un lugar bonito y tranquilo. Perfecto para unos días de relax. Buena ubicación está a 10-15 minutos andando del centro.
Fantastic city view. Easy access to the old Town. The room is ok, good for staying few nights. The view is definitely the reason to go back again.
Modern hotel situated just a short walk from Girona city centre. Rooms comfortable, good bar and staff very friendly Definitely stay here again
Hotel que cubre todas la necesidades con respecto a la estancia en él. Es atractivo y el personal muy amable. Pero se encuentra en la subida a una montaña junto a la ciudad y no es cómodo para salir a la ciudad a pie. La necesidad de utilizar el coche o taxi hace que no sea una elección óptima.
Shocked to be charged 5 euros to bring the room service.to the room.else pick it up from the bar. This is supposedly a Marriott, not an Easyhotel. I wonder who does the marketing positioning and what is in his/her head? Adjust the pricing if you must, but charge a room service fee?
The hotel is pretty decent but the room views not so excited as marketed. The breakfast good, though in need of more healthy options. Staff is very courteous, polite and check-in /out quite efficient.
Not an eco-friendly place either and limited TV in EN.
Despite all the positives, I'm overwhelmed by the pettiness of the 5 euro charge for room delivery. Tempted to call Glovo.
First of all, it’s a joke to call itself a 5 star hotel. I’d give it a 5 star if it’s marketed as a 3 star hotel. Here are a few features I want to mention:
- It’s a great plus to have a free parking if you visit by car. In terms of facilities, they do have a small fitness room (I wouldn’t call it a gym) and a “pool” the size of a real 5 star hotel’s bathtub.
- The hotel is constructed on a highland and has a terrace with great view of the city. Easy walking down about 10 min to the old town. Takes longer to go up.
- Elite member benefits are not recognized at all. Only got room number and breakfast info at check in.
- Room is decent size. Windows open to another wing of the building. No view at all. No complimentary water. No coffee maker or water boiler. No safe. No bathrobe. VERY poor soundproof.
I’d recommend this hotel when it’s below 70 euros per night. Otherwise it’s not worth it.
Hôtel décevant! Censé être un 5 étoiles. Les chambres sont à peine décorées, le mobilier est très léger, et un peu trop modeste. Les lits King ou Queen size n'en sont pas. Seule la vue vaut le détour. Et le personnel est exécrable. Passez votre chemin!
¡Primera visita al hotel y me dejo un gusto a incompleto! Si bien trabajo para la cadena, también vacaciono en los hoteles de la cadena! Fui con mi novia y ya habiamos estado en otros AC pero en este no se nos ofreció el desayuno como empleados, la habitación que se nos asignó primero no era lo contratado (sin adicionar que faltaba la cafetera o kettle, los albornoz y demas amenities) y cuando se nos cambió de habitación, me extrañó que la misma no tenga caja de seguridad! Algo raro y muy distinto a otros AC de la misma Catalunya. Positivo, parking gratis, vista privilegiada de Girona, a 10 minutos a pie del centro y atención del staff muy amable y cordial!
Great views over Gerona, quick walk down in to the old town - good exercise to walk back up (short taxi journey alternatively). The rooms are spacious and comfortable. We found the staff friendly and helpful
