Service was terrible. We waited for around 20 minutes whilst the people in front of us decided which bracelet they wanted. We were stood right in view of the staff member serving them, however after they had finally been served the staff member went and served another customer who had just turned up; she completely ignored us despite the fact we were stood right in the middle of the counter. We left and went to a different branch - I would suggest others do the same
