Pato Pekin opiniones
Nice restaurant with great lunch specials. Without a doubt, the Peking duck is a must, truly excellent quality, along with a mini show. Only critique is the service is rather absent, especially if you’re at a table away from the view of the servers.
Food gave many of my tour group stomach ache and service attitude of staff were mostly piss poor. There was a tall waiter who did not even spend a second considering where to place the hot jug of tea and tried squeezing it onto the turntable. The hot jug overturned and scalded one of my member which resulted in severe scalding and also caused her skin to tear apart in huge patches. We had to send her to the hospital after the entire ordeal. Mistake by waiter, it's alright. However, he was nonchalant about it and just stood there dumbfounded after committing such a grave mistake. Only after he was shouted at to get cold water did he started doing something. Moreover, he had absolutely no sense of urgency to even rush to get the needed items. He slowly walked over to the kitchen and slowly walked back even though he was pressed to move faster. This restaurant has zero customer service knowledge and zero concern for their customers. Excuses were coughed up by the senior staff such as "the boy doesnt understand chinese" (no conversation was made whilst the entire incident happened, there was no need to bring up language barrier as a reason for occurence. It was up to the waiter to THINK and figure out where was the best place to put the jug for stability), and "We were very busy". A senior waitress brought over some scalding ointment but instead of helping, she was promoting the product as the "best in spain" as if it would make the situation any better. Restaurant didnt seem busy at all yet they couldn't deliver even a subpar level of service. Every single waiter/waitress who attended to us has very poor service attitude. We asked for the wifi password, a knife and chilli oil on three separate occasions yet in ALL of the occasions, we were dismissed by a "wait" by 3 separate staff and they never returned. If you dont want to get a stomachache, have your day spoilt or get injured in general, DO NOT PATRONIZE this restaurant. You will thank me for this review.
Raciones generosas.
Cheap price for solid food and cheap drinks across the board. Very spacious restaurant. Service was good. Would recommend.
The Beijing duck is delicious (we were a group of 4 and we ordered additional sauce and crepes). Noodles with prawns were also tasty. However, staff seems unfriendly and very tired. Definitely try the duck ;)
Disappointing. Strange service, half second course arrived before we finished starters, then the second half had to be requested. Odd
Had dinner there today. Very fresh and authentic. We had a variety of dishes and it all tasted well. Value for money great too.
Molt bon servei i menjar deliciós. 100% recomanable
